Disappointing experience. My family have been regulars here at the Southgate location for years, we live close by and it was our go-to spot for gas, snacks, drinks etc. Right before Christmas I stopped in for gas, paid in cash and drove away without pumping my gas! My fault, I am STILL getting used to new self pump service. I went straight back after work to explain what had happened, the employee remembered me from earlier, she was very nice and tried to help me but there was no management there and she was not sure what to do. I left my name and number and she said her Manager would contact me. Of course no one contacted me, BUT I went back in the next day and the same employee told me her manager said there was nothing he could do. I was surprised I asked if they had cameras, clearly they could see that I paid and drove away without getting gas? They said yes they do have cameras but since someone must have come and pumped gas after I left there is nothing they could do. New owners seem to have put a lot of time and money into improving this location, too bad they can t put the same kind of attention into quality of service. Shortsighted of management to lose regular business over $30 in gas, we won t be returning.

Nice Sinclair gas station right off the highway in Pendleton. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were clean and heated, which was awesome in winter. Gas prices reasonable.

Toby is an amazing person, we were having car trouble and he went above and beyond to do whatever he could to help us. Thank you Sinclair for having such kind employees and good customer service.

the gas attendant that was working at about 5:30 pm on 2/12 was AWESOME! great vibes, SUPER friendly deserves a huge raise. made our awful day so much better

They have an outdoor bathroom that my family stops to use any time we go through pendleton and its been a life saver.

The people who own and work at these places are the most helpful and friendly people I've met. In Rawlins, Wyoming, I broke down at the west end Sinclair station. I was ALLOWED to plug my rv in and stay until vehicle was up and running again. The fuel delivery driver, Joie and her husband were very helpful. Dawn, the cashier was warm, friendly and so down to earth. They all were like talking and being with old trusted friends. Thank you all for your help.

The boy that pumped our gas didn t even let us know it was done just walked off and went back to talking to his friend no have a good day or would you like a receipt just walked always

Good service clean bathrooms and fair price for gas. Didn't get to check out the mini mart.

I was kicked out of their store for not wearing a mask I am fully vaccinated there is no mask mandate in Oregon . furthermore your store is the only one in town that requires this, that means there are plenty of other choices you better update if you want to stay in business .stupid propaganda will never win

I've been stopping at this fueling station for years, when I'm on my way out of town. It's consistent, and the attendants are usually friendly, and quick to help.

Good station, I feel like the prices are a little high, compare to other options nearby, but I believe is related to the proximity to the airport.
