They were able to take a vehicle in at short notice to get the brakes inspected but were not able to order parts to do the job. They also did a tire rotation on a vehicle where the front tires are set to 55 PSI and rear tires set to 80 PSI as per the manufacturer and did not correct the pressure. We ended up with 55 PSI on the rear tires of a Sprinter RV . . we figured that out an hour down the road with the sluggish lane changes and corrected it at the next gas station.

Let me start with the great things about premium lube and my new tires:1. I was in/out of there with ease and with no appointment. I had four new tires put on my SUV2. Everyone that works at Premium lube seems very friendly and no high pressure sales.3. The shop and the waiting area is kept exceptionally clean and organized. Atmosphere reflects pride in their work.The not-so-great things about Premium Lube and my tires:1. I was given a quote earlier in the week for the same tire and my quote was almost $300 less. I couldn t find my quote and they couldn t find it either (it was computer generated so not sure why they did not have a copy). My original quote was not honored.2. I was told the tire I was getting had the 3-mountain peak stamp and would be considered the same as tires with snow chains in winter weather (if questioned up on the mountains). My tires do NOT have the 3-mountain peak stamp and this was a big part in my decision making. For $1700 in tires this is considered a pretty big mistake in my opinion.3. I have had the tires about a month and they ride nice but when I drive in gravel they pick up rocks and they eject them into my wheel wells and at other cars when I merge back onto highways. I have no idea what kind of damage this is causing under my car nor do I know if I m going to take out someone s windshield at some point. If I could afford it I would replace the tires immediately for this issue alone.4. The tires will catch an edge on the freeway and really pull the car in one direction or another with great force. This happens every so often and it will scare the heck out of you . and wake you up if you are at the least bit drowsy (the silver lining).I will probably use Premium Lube and Tire again but I will definitely inspect what I expect. I will also recommend that you get a quote from another tire shop and read up on the product. Do not rely on the guys at Premium Lube to get everything right. They are friendly and maybe just need more product and systems knowledge .FEB 2024 UPDATE:Premium Lube & Tires promptly responded after I left my review. PL&T admitted that there was a mistake and ordered me the original tires I had been quoted with the mountain peak snow designation (at the original quoted price). Once the tires were in stock, they quickly swapped out the tires and refunded the difference. I am happy they owned up to the error and made everything right in the end.

Love this place. Started going there when they opened many years ago on Southgate. Moved away and still try to take my car there when the stars align and I am in town for oil change. Great customer service, friendly staff and quick.

We were in town for 2 days and needed a car wash in the worst way. We stayed on the south side not far from another car wash, but when we went there it looked very run-down and not very inspiring so went back to the hotel and I did some Googling. Performance came up as the only other place in town. I went there and was very pleased with it. The equipment was very new and did a very nice job for a reasonable rate. Highly recommend.

I was stuck in the middle of the road trying to get ahold of a tow company. A PTL truck drove up and a nice gentleman asked if I needed help! Fixed the problem for me instantly and was so friendly and kind! Thank you Austin!!!!

I was on a road trip from Georgia when my car started rattling. I had to pull over and was unable to figure out what s wrong. I found this place and they were extremely nice and helpful. It was a great price and an even better experience. Would recommend this place every time. I didn t catch his name but shoutout to the dude with the ginger beard. He was great.

I want to give Bobby and the guys a "Premium" rating for the service I received! I had a leveling kit, tires, wheels and alignment done. I really appreciated the low pressure and patient communication. Bobby invested some time doing research and helping me make choices. Pricing was competitive, billing matched the quote and the install was finished on time. I'm a very satisfied customer!

Visiting hometown for family this month. Needed an oil change and rotation before getting back on road to Ohio. Great service! Didn't have an appt but they got me serviced right away.Shout out to the Miami Dolphin fan guy who was fantastic.

PTL has Quality products with reasonable pricing. Great customer service, friendly knowledgeable staff. From getting my oil changed to wheels tires, suspension and breaks they have it covered

I was on my way to tri-cities to do some shopping when one of my tires popped. A very nice gentleman pulled over to help me fix it and recommended I stop here to get the tire fixed. When I walked in to the front desk and told them about my issue they already had someone outside looking at my car before I finished letting them know what was wrong. When they finished looking at it, they took the time to pull me in the shop and explain the specific characteristics of the tire I would need to replace and how the one they fixed it with would work for a short period. They were extremely knowledgeable, very professional, quick, and personable. If you live in eastern Oregon or are traveling through, you need to give this place a shot. Highly recommend. Also, perfection doesn t exist so the real rating is 4.9 out of 5.

TOP NOTCH CREW!!I got a flat on my trailer and this truck stopped to help WOW had me on the road in less than a half hour, mind you my road side assistance couldn t even find a tow truck to help. Any time I m in Pendleton I ll be stopping by and saying thank you and letting the guys have some puppy time with Sapphire !!!

We met Jake by chance in Lincoln City, we had a flat tire and he immediately offered to help my husband. Him and his son were amazing and helped my family and refused and money for his time. It was our 2nd wedding anniversary and I m 4 months pregnant with a toddler and a teenager, needless to say Jake and his son are definitely our hero s. Thanks again for the help guys!

Absolutely incredible service! Our tire was punctured by a cheap hubcap coming home from a road trip, and they fixed it up with a patch job free of charge Would 100% recommend if you re in a pinch or just need some maintenance done!

This place was a life saver with the best customer service I have received in a very long time if not the best ever. We got a flat tire as we pulled into Wildhorse casino. They came out attempted to plug it and determined the t wasn't repairable. They looked ever for a replacement tire. We ended up finding a used one in Tri city and had it delivered here. They again came out took the rim and tire and found the used tire was also defective. They then found us a tire put it on aired up all the other tires and charged us less for everything than the place in Tri city charged for the defective used tire.This has been one of the most helpful honest fair companies I have dealt with. There are still honest good hearted people in this world.

I've been coming to Premium Tire & Lube for a few years now and I think I am going to reconsider doing business here. Recently obtained a new-to-me Class A motorhome and I e-mailed PTL with a picture or two and the Vin of the vehicle, they said they could do a "full-service" oil change on it and that they do motorhomes all the time. Oh, and one thing is, they don't do exhaust/muffler work here, part of a deal they have in town with another business. Anyway, they couldn't [or didn't want to] do anything with the air filter when the motorhome was brought in, they could have mentioned that beforehand. Also, they don't do automatic transmission fluid changes on motorhomes as well and they don't do a lot of service/maintenance stuff on motorhomes [brakes/transmission, etc, ya gotta take it to a semi-truck place] cause apparently they don't have the space for a Class A rig on their "service side" which is where a lot of the more "in-depth" service & maintenance stuff is done. All of this would have been nice to know beforehand. Made sure to emphasize that this is a Class A rig, not a Class C or a Class B. Class A motorhome. I've spent a few thousand at this business over the years, and when my motorhome was brought in, I wanted it to get the Wix XP brand oil filter, so that it would have better filtration, they didn't ask what kind of oil filter was preferred before they put the Performax oil filter on. Now, I'm stuck with an oil filter that I didn't really want for however long. Oh, well. Apparently, one of the lube techs reccommended synthetic oil if the rig was mostly going to be sitting. On a positive note, when I had a new-to-me '99 7.3 diesel, I was getting the oil/fluids changed and it turned out that the batteries were bad, when we were having trouble getting it started in the lube bay, one of the chief lube technicians went and got out a battery Jumpstart cart to help get it started. It was a little difficult, considering it's a diesel and diesels need a lot more power to get started, but to his credit, he didn't give up!

Great work at an even better price. They were able to get us in for an oil change and fuel filter change as well as tire rotation on Saturday morning without an appointment. Friendly staff who went above and beyond!

I had a great experience, these guys are the real deal. Awesome customer service and a great environment. I had a flat on the highway from the Tri Cities to Boise and had to throw on my spare so I stopped here to see if I couldn t replace my spare tire with a new one. They found a used one, threw it on, and gave it to me free of charge. I don t know how often this happens but it sure helped my girlfriend and as well as the checking account! Very appreciative.

I don t normally give 5 star reviews. However Bobby and the whole crew were very friendly and professional. They put my new bumpers on that I ordered from iron bull bumpers for my Toyota Tacoma. Iron bull really dropped the ball on my bumpers. Installation instructions were not very good. Brackets had to be redrilled. It was not an easy job putting them on. But the crew was great, kept me well informed about what they were doing and why it was taking so long. When all done looks great. And they done great by me on the price as well. I will definitely go back to them for future work and definitely refer people to them.

Phenomenal service. It was just for a tire repair - I got a massive leak last summer after getting gas one exit away. They were super accommodating, super friendly, and got me fixed up right away. They turned a super headache into a minor inconvenience. Thanks guys!

Outstanding service!11 January 2023 - again, excellent service. Knocked out my full service oil change and rotating my tires.23 July 23 - another phenomenal visit with professionals in their field!
