Really great people the owner & the receptionist are really helpful & nice. Called to get a quote on tires, we had a certain tire in mind.. they were so great got the quote back to me in no time at all. While talking about tires they recommended another brand & we were a little hesitant but went with the ones they recommended & boy are we glad we went with the ones they recommended we are so pleased with them. They are great with the traction in the snow & ice. So pleased with their choice of tire. When they recommended a tire I would take it. They know want they are doing. Would recommended them for all your needs 10/10

Stopped here for tire chains on my vehicle. I'm so happy I called here first and stopped. Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend asking for Scott, as he taught me a life skill I will use moving forward in the future. Friendly staff ready to help. Experts in all things cars and tires for travelers and townspeople. Highly recommend, 10/10, thank you for all the help.

Stopped here for a worrying tire. I'm so glad that I did. They were super friendly. Pointed out the real troubles and had me on my way within the hour.They are a great bunch of people who are experts. I would recommend them over and over if I could. Thanks, yall, for the help and support.

Really bad customer service. The front receptionist & owner were rude & unprofessional. They quoted me & then when i payed charged me almost 200 extra Heard from mult ppl in the area theyve had similar experiences(regarding customer service). I highly recommend going to les schwabs instead ive never had a bad experience & they re customer service is always on par. I would absolutely put zero stars if i could.

Took my SUV into em, first time customer. Very friendly receptionist lady was very helpful. The car sounds lot better and shifts more smoothly.Not one complaint at all.

They inspected my vehicle without any charge as well as fixed a couple issues that I'd been getting the run around from 2 other mechanics and said were fine, the price was very fair and service is superb from everyone I've meet here. Will always take my vehicles here.

Brought my car in after an accident right before closing to see if it was safe to drive. They did everything above and beyond their job for my husband and I. Out of the kindness of their hearts they insisted we stay and allow them to do the repairs on our car on a Friday before closing.If you are looking for a company that will ensure your family is safe, on and not just looking to load their pockets; Pendleton Tire Factor is the only place to go!

In July I was on my way moving from Texas to Alaska. Now, I have never lived in a place with mountains making me a newbie to driving them. With 100+ degree weather and steep declines including a major one right before reaching Pendleton, my car suddenly began violently shaking when I applied the brakes. It scared me enough that I immediately pulled off the road when I reached Pendleton. That brought me to the doorstep of Pendleton Tire Factory quite worried as I still had miles and miles of my drive to reach Alaska and I was on a deadline. They could not have been kinder people and I feel like the stars and planets aligned to put me in their path! They checked my car over, took it for a test drive, balanced my tires, and then gave me a quick lesson on how to descend mountain passages without riding my brakes as I clearly had been doing! My rotors were slightly warped, but they assured me with my new driving skills I could make it all the way to Alaska and deal with it there. The honesty and kindness still blows me away to this day. With the violent car shakes, I would have believed them if they said I needed a hotel room in Pendleton as my car needed to stay overnight and be fit into their schedule. They could have taken my money and fixed my rotors. But instead they listened to the situation I was in with being on a deadline and they generously helped me to get myself immediately back on the road. You don't find that every day in this world. Pendleton Tire Factory, I want to say thank you! I would give you 500 star review if I could! But at the very least, I hope the review brings in new customers for you - you and your potential new customer deserve it!

My mom and sister were traveling from WA to TX when their AC stopped working. My mom has health issues and her body cannot regulate heat, and Pendleton Tire Factory was extremely helpful in repairing their AC. They were speedy and cost-efficient, and ensured my mom was taken care of and remained cool throughout the process despite the appointment being last-minute. Excellent company!!

The best tire shop in Pendleton, in my opinion!!After being treated less than stellar at another well known tire place, I went across town and met Scott and his crew. He was great,very helpful and gave me a great price on some tires !I have been back several times and everyone is always helpful and politeI won't go anywhere else Because of the prices and the service!!

A big shout out to Anna, Scott, Parley and all the folks who work at Pendleton Tire Factory! They are all incredibly knowledgeable and clearly dedicated to providing quality customer service. We received very clear explanations and saw staff working hard to give us several solutions for our winter car emergency. We were pretty overwhelmed and they provided quick service and a genuinely warm welcome during our unexpected detour. Would highly recommend to anyone preparing for a road trip, shopping for tires, or needing to stop at a reliable tire place for any reason! Thank you Pendleton Tire Factory!!

I was traveling through during a rainstorm, had some windshield washer trouble, they got me fixed up and back on the road in a jiffy. Highly recommend

We had vehicle trouble in the night and were towed to this location. Someone came at 7 when it opens at 730 and was more than happy to help us right away. We were on a long road trip and they gave us great service and even turned cartoons on for my kids while we waited! We got back on the road sooner than we thought we would! Thank you Pendleton Tire and Auto!

I was stuck and no where to go with 3 horses. They had my trailer and horses to a safe and fabulous lay over until I could get back on my way. Had what I needed to get my truck to shop and feed for my horses. Great family feel. Huge thanks to Pendleton tiers for the supper care you gave to me and mine

We came out of the blue mountains and hit a piece of chain on the road, these guys opened early, patched our tire, and got us back on the road ASAP. Super nice!

Amazing customer service! I feel Scott went above and beyond to get me back on the road. THANK YOU SCOTT! That ride to Pasco on county roads made my week! I would definitely recommend this shop.Hell, i might even make the drive back to Pendleton from the Oregon Coast for my next tire purchase... That good!-William-

My experience with the very tall and perhaps hilarious owner of Pendleton Tire Factory was a nightmare that just keeps giving. After paying $3,000.00 for repairs and parts to my car in June, I found myself paying another $2,300 six months later to repair and replace the shoddy (also potentially lethal) workmanship on my car. At the beginning, I was charmed by Scott's apparent warmth and concern for the seriousness of my situation. But this veneer wore thin during the course of the full week it took to take care of my car. Failing to put the car on the hoist when it first came in so it could be properly diagnosed was only the beginning of what turned out to be an incredibly expensive and very unpleasant experience. As the time kept extending, Mr. Sullivan told me he would put his regular customers ahead of my repairs and I would just have to wait till it was convenient for my car to be fixed. In addition, Scott said he didn't have time to check the work of the men who work for him. Too busy being hilarious I guess. When it was all over, I had extra costs associated with paying for our motel room another night, a rental car to take us to our home, and then the drive back to Oregon to pick up my car and then to Seattle again. The final insult added to the injury was the failure of the work and the parts I drove home with, except for the new tires. i suggest you avoid working with Pendleton Tire Factory.

Had a blowout on the way into Pendleton. Called first thing the next morning had to get four new tires. Dave treated us real good he even ordered me a four way so it would be easier to change next time (I have after market wheels). Great service good price excellent help.

The front staff is very knowledgeable. The mechanics are old school, I like that. Their prices are much better than led Schwab, the wait is less, and they are warm and friendly. Be sure to put them in the loop when shopping for estimates!!

Phoned Scott at quarter to 5 on a Friday and told him my problem. He said bring it in so I got there about 5 minutes before closing time and he put it up on the hoist to check it over. I needed new brakes and rotors and he said he would stay and do the repair. We talked and he said as I was only towing the car behind the motorhome, that if I was careful I could make it home. Made him a half hour late in closing and he wouldn't even charge me for the diagnosis. Very friendly and helpful staff and manager. Would recommend them anytime.

Everyone was exceedingly helpful. They were able to identify the problem and track down parts from a local source for my vehicle, which had proven in the past to be difficult to find parts for. They had us back under way in short time and at a more than fair price. These guys really saved my bacon during a cross country road trip. Thanks again guys!

Had them install a fifth wheel hitch. They told me to bring it in at 2:30pm and they would get it done. I called 20min before closing and they said it would be ready in 10min. On arrival I noticed they put the spacers in the wrong spot even though I had all ready done one for them to use as an example. Long story short they had to redo it and then tried to charge me overtime. I talked them down a little but the manager was extremely disrespectful.

Awesome service!!! Traveling to Seattle we broke down. The mechanic came and got us and made sure we got to the shop safely. The Owner and mechanic went above and beyond to get us back on the road. Thanks so much guys!!!
