Was traveling through town and had an issue getting my car loaded for transport. This business took the time to go over the car and ensure all damage was noted and steering / suspension was not affected. Did not charge for his time or expertise really nice guy owns this business. Highly recommended.

Todd at Pendleton Autobody is simply the best in town. No matter how booked the shop is, he will always take the time to evaluate the damage, work with your insurance, fix it, and get you back on the road timely. I have taken my vehicles there for many years. I have yet to be disappointed. I highly recommend!

I would give zero stars if I could. I brought my car here after it was hit. they took the mileage down and wrote it on the estimate they give you before the work is done. I got my car back after almost 4 months and it had FOUR THOUSAND extra miles on my car. There is absolutely no way that I had put FOUR THOUSAND miles on my car from the time the estimate was taken to the time I got my car back from this body shop. I ABSOLUTELY believe someone at this body shop drove my car. I confronted the manager but he denied it. Again the mileage was taken and after 4 months of my car being in their care it magically had FOUR THOUSAND MILES added. They also left multiple scratches and marks on my dashboard. I would never recommend anyone to come here.

I would not recommend this place to an enemy. Their service was the worst I have ever had from an auto body shop. I called to check on our car on day 5 (a friday)to see where they were at on the repair. They told me that it was going into the paint shop that day and I should have my car back early the following week. Wednesday came and went, so I called them on thursday and they told me my car was going into the paint shop that day? WHAT!! You told me that 6 days ago! We finally got our car back on day 14. We go in to pay and thier card readerwould not work with our card that has never failed any other time. Then to top it off. I went to put fuel in the car 5 days later on a friday night. The night before my wife leaves on a 10 trip that she has to have her car for. The fuel door would not open. After a little research I figured out how to get it open. They failed to take the masking tape out of the insde of the fuel door. Than god we figured this out before she was 300 miles from home. The finished product of thier work was fine, but the customer service left a terrible taste in my mouth. I will not be taking my business there EVER again.

I have a "new" car! I had to wait for over two months to have the dents and dings addressed and it was worth every day of the wait. I took pictures of before and after and am more than pleased with the results. I highly recommend Pendleton Autobody.

Pendleton auto body has Respectful knowledge of vehicle repore!! Truth be told they strive to make all party's satisfied! In my opinion that's something hard to come by as I am learning as auto insurance is indicated as difficult to deal with but pendleton auto body does and will figure it out for their clients!.. #respect for all!!
