They let me swap in a pair of brake pads in the parking lot and they have a nice spot on the side that's concrete and mostly level. I had my own tools but happy that they let me work on it in the parking lot. Typically the best place to work on your car because if you need something tool wise they're going to have it inside to purchase.

last heavy rain we had, one of their staff talked me into buying a high priced set of wiper blades, saying he uses the same set on his truck. I slapped them on in their parking & upon starting my rig the song I can see clearly now the rain is gone began playing.. simultaneously the wiper blades summoned their inner Moses & parted the rain as if it were the Red Sea. Bottom line is great staff, great selection, & great price

My car s check engine light came on. So I stop by for them to do a check. I then realized I need to get a tow truck. I started to have a anxiety attack. This guy that worked their got me a chair and helped me to calm down from my anxiety attack. They called a few shops in town to see where I could take my car to. Since I was out of town and didn t know any good shops in pendleton. When the tow truck guy got their for my car the guy in o.Reilly let the tow truck guy know what was going on. I m very glad O Reilly employees was their to help me in the time I needed help. Their is some really caring people in the store. I just wanted to tell them THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HELPING ME THAT

Really like this store. Have always went there when I need something for a vehicle. Except they have a lady in there that today took advantage of the fact that my daughter is young and doesn't know much about vehicles. Instead of giving her an option on wipers. She seen that she was driving a prius and figured she would grab her the most expensive windshield wipers on the shelf. My daughter walked out of there paying 70 dollars for fing wipers!ridiculous! Do better people!

Will help the best they can. Usually a day to maybe a three day wait for parts if not in stock. Price is not bad. Friendly professional and courteous.

I always go back when need auto parts. Needed a new bulb left side headlight. Went in was assisted right away. The salesman even put the bulb in for Me! How cool is that! Much appreciated. They help put windshields wipers on too. Good helpful and friendly.

One of my lights had gone out when I was visiting the area and the associate was very helpful in finding the correct bulb. Some of the best customer service I ve received at an auto parts store in a very long time. Thanks so much!

I simply wanted to give a genuine thanks to the two people working last night, 12-18-2021, and especially Makayla, for helping me out when my 2003 Tacoma indicated a charging issue on my way home to Idaho. I greatly appreciated her testing the system and letting me borrow the necessary tools to exchange the battery. The rest of my trip went smoothly!

Most of the employees are knowledgeable others can't give you the right size radiator hose even though you have brought in the old hose for a size reference. Check your purchases before you leave the store!! It took me 3 tries and alot of wasted time to get the correct parts. Unfortunately, I misplaced my receipt and despite the salesman remembering selling me the part, I couldn't return it. I wasn't asked for a phone number and the computer said the part had already been returned under a name I am not familiar with.

I went unto the store tonight at 6:30 or so.. my Mom and Dad are elderly and I was trying to get a replacement headlight the lowbeam on their 2007 impala was out. Mom was fretting about the headlight being out and traveling for Thanksgiving. Brian greeted me when I went in the door and was friendly and helpful. He offered to help and changed the headlights for me. I really appreciate it. I'm a single Mom and taking care if my Dad who has had a stroke and he is disabled. God bless Brian for offering to help..Brian needs a raise for his great customer service skills

They have a scanner to find out why your check engine light is on. The guy in the shop was super helpful when we then had to decide what to do - if it was safe to drive our car home. He said it was safe and we got home just fine.

Certain associates can be very condescending if you're a woman, and there is still an employee that is actively racist. However, they will usually have what you need and most employees are lovely and are willing to help you find what you're looking for

Exceptional service when we had our check engine light come on while passing thru town. Checked our codes and he called and set up mechanic to take our jeep right in! Thanks so much for your over the top customer service!

Staff eas super helpful! Very knowledgeable. These guys care about you as a customer and go the extra mile to help you find solutions. Was there on a gambler trip and the guy despite them not having a tie rod helping me with a trail fix instead of just saying I was SOL. Thank you

These guys saved me and my family. Our car broke down on a Sunday and they came to our rescue. I could never thank them enough for being so helpful and getting us back to the road to get home after a long road trip from my dad's funeral. My family and I thank you so much.

Prices for the chain store are better than a lot of others, but still not as good as online. I always love going into the store though because of the people. They're always extremely helpful and they try to help any way they can.

My Volt threw up a CEL halfway through a trip to Boise ID. Stopped by O'Reilly's and they tested it ultimately going above and beyond making a phone call to one of the best local mechanics in the area and getting us with some much needed information about the codes. You guys are awesome!

I came in for wiper blades. Figured i could change them no problem. Subaru figured out how to customer proof wiper blade changes by owners. I was afraid I would destroy the wiper arms. Makayla came out and despite Subarus best intention to stifle anyone but their factory authorized dealers from as much as changing the air freshener, got them changed handily. Much to the damage inflicted upon my male pride I give Kudos to her and to O'Reillys for hiring her. Give her a raise. She deserves one after dealing with a macho curmudgeon like me.

I prefer O'Reilly's to any other parts store. I've never gotten a faulty part from them. I'm a loyal customer for life. They respect me as a woman that knows about cars.

Amazing people with INSANE knowledge of parts for most anything! Go see Lila or Tom for Chevrolet or Ford parts old and new. Keith is Chrysler (jeep, dodge, ram, etc). Prices are best around and hard to beat the nationwide warranties on most parts.

Never have I had someone add items to my purchase without asking me before this experience. It was just a couple dollars but I personally dont think its rite for an employee to pick up something and scan it without asking you if you would like to add it to your original purchase . completely uncalled for definately rubbed me the wrong way.

The young lady who helped me didn't know what she was talking about which makes the process just that much harder to get my truck fixed. I feel there prices are high as well.

Went into O'reilly on 10/2 with a leaking radiator to purchase a new. Pendleton O'reilly said they didn't have one, but I asked if Hermiston had one. Hermiston had one and the woman behind the counter said I should pay for it here and it will be pulled and set aside. When I arrived in Hermiston to pick up the radiator (driving in my vehicle with a leaking radiator), guess what happened? If you said that the radiator wasn't at the location, then you win! The radiator had been pulled, put on a truck and sent back to Pendleton and I wouldn't be able to get it until Monday. The round trip to Hermiston and back is 60 miles! I went across the street to Autozone and they had the radiator and it was $20 cheaper. Autozone has always treated me right. This is one of many screw-ups I've experienced with O'reilly. I'm done with you O'reilly.
