Absolutely the best service I have ever received. I own 5 trucks so servicing auto s is something I usually feel discouraged about with so many negative results. We were driving a dodge 3500 4x4 and trailer mind you-complete new front end and rims we received death wobble several miles away from Pendelton I immediately google reviewed shops in area 5:15pm I called their shop let them know what happened I said I cam limp over there but it possibly be past the closing time he replied get it over here. We pulled in and they checked everything for all possible problems as stated earlier all new; ball joints, free spin hubs, track bar, tires to rims all new. Let s get theses tires off and check for balance, note I just had these balanced and installed 350 miles ago, one rim off considerably. I was back on road in 35mins. The professional care taken to my truck was outstanding Thank you Brock and Logan and team, hope I remembered your names correctly.The BEST SERVICE EVER!!! I hope Les Schwab understand the professional workmanship of your team.No issues, 1500 miles later. Home writing a review because you save the daySteven 2005 3500 4x4

Very helpful and personable staff, getting there early was helpful to get out in a timely manner. High quality work and fair pricing. Gave great advice on what needed upgrading/replacing vs what could wait, which was helpful and didn t feel they were price gouging.

Professional, accommodating, excellent customer service this business runs like a well oiled machine. Staff are knowledgeable, happy so are the customers. We came and had our air valve fixed on our motorhome. We asked about looking to see if we needed brakes on our tow vehicle. They checked and said the brakes were good no charge we received immediate help, warmWelcome HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this business! Thank you Les Schwab Tire Pendleton Or.

Just passing thru town and had a slight squeak on front brakes. Suspect I might need brake pads. ( only 46000 but heavy towing) they got it in right away, turns out pads were slightly glazed but plenty of pad left. Didn t even charge me to look at it !! All this on the Saturday of a holiday weekend. 5 stars, absolutely!

Les Schwab Pendleton, OregonOn September 29th, I needed help with a flat tire. I had called AAA to come change the tire but the person who came from AAA didn't know how to get my tire from under my vehicle. He left. So I called Steve at Les Schwab to see if he could help me. He said yes he could. Within 15 minutes, he sent Camron to the rescue. Camron knew everything someone who is trained to work on cars should know. He was friendly and professional. I had great confidence in him. I drove my car to Les Schwab to have them fix my flat tire. I did not have to wait very long. Camron was able to show me the damage to the tire which unfortunately could not be fixed. He researched about my type of tire and he gave me advice as to what to do about my spare tire. Matt put on my full size spare no charge. I was on my way in no time. I am grateful for all the great employees who helped me. Thank you!

I was traveling through, back to Utah, when I started to have issues I called Angel, and he took me right in and got me back on the road within an hour and a half. So grateful for the flexibility and their care of me while traveling. Highly recommend!! 5+++

Professorial customer service, reasonable price. Exceeded expectations. Came in on a whim for tire rotation. Friendly, fast, and infirmative. And they serve popcorn too!!!

Had a flat downtown and they sent Ryan out put air in to get to shop ,they repaired it in a timely manor with great service. Thanks again so much. Tell Ryan good job also.

Came in for an alignment and got done what i was asking for but because it wasnt "perfect" they offered me no charge. Y'all did the work i asked for and deserve to be paid. Thank you for the alignment and great customer service.

Wheel bearing started grinding on my way back from the coast with 1000 miles to get home. These guys got a part in quick and had the wheel hub replaced in less than an hour. They were 1/3 of the price of the local toyota dealership and did a perfect job. Noise is gone, no sensor errors, no pull in the steering, and allowed me to be on my way. Highly recommend!

Always a Pendleton business, since 1980, when I moved here. The employees are 10/10. Tire stores come and go while this place stays put. At some point, they have totally revamped the place, and it looks great. 43 years of doing business with them from me. Thank you, Schwab folks. You rock!

Took my truck in because of the front end shaking. Tech found a huge bulge in one of the tires. 2 new tires and we were on our way. Great service.

Tire went flat at the Casino. Threw the donut on went to Les Schwab and they had me out within 20 minutes. Awesome service!

Top service!!! All I can think about, as I sit in their waiting lobby is.....man, im glad these guys MOVE!! I have just over 10hrs of driving today, half-way through, I noticed my trailer had 2 flat tires. Stopped in here, and these guys had me back on the road in under 20 minutes, once they started on the trailer. Top notch!! Thank you so much, and keep up the good work.

On our annual Trip down to the RV show in Quartzite AZ, we had an blowout on our Fifth Wheel. It was 5:00 at night just east of Boardman. We got it replaced with the spare tire. When we got back in the truck we realized we needed to find a tire shop that carried trailer tires. So I called 15 minutes before closing, and they were an hour away. The gal that answered the phone was very helpful. Told us what tires were available and the time they opened. We arrived the next morning right when they opened. They were very thorough, the technician informed us we also had another trailer tire that was bulging. My husband and I went out and reviewed the situation and decided to get all new tires and upgrade to 14 ply. They Made coffee and popcorn, it's always there. They were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about our situation..A blowout on the freeway towing anything is unnerving and stressful. We are glad we stopped and took careof the tires. The rest of our trip was sunny and wonderful, thank you so much.

Always friendly and hard working. Great place to hang out while your vehicle is being serviced. Free guest wi-fi and television. I didn't wait, so not sure if they still have free popcorn or not, lol

We are from out of town (WA state) and came through town for a family reunion. On our drive over, we blew out a tire on our travel trailer which resulted in us using our only spare. Instead of making the trip back home without a spare, we swung into Les Schwab. Before we even put the truck in park, a gentleman had gotten to us (literally came running out) to greet us. We had great service, not to mention we were in and out of there in a matter of a half hour. Best service we ve ever experienced. Highly recommend this location!

Wyatt was amazing! We were traveling and had a flat tire. We were in and out from start to finish under 15minutes. We expected to wait at least sn hour if not more. Great service!!!

We always appreciate these people! Tonight we needed a new battery and were in and out in less than 30 minutes! There is one gentleman working there who is always so courteous and has been there I'm sure more than 20 years! Very thankful for their credit program!!!

Asked for a credit raise and instead of doing what I wanted they just asked me what tires I want.... So I get the tires I wanted finally still no credit increase and show up the next day as they are busy. The next day I show up I'm the 1st person there at 8am was told 45 mins for 4 new tires and end up waiting for a hour before they even take my keys and car back back as the tech forgot to take my work order even after he was told by the very nice receptionist so 2 times the amount of the time I was told. They got my my credit increase as I was leaving no update on my information though so not sure whats with that.

Updated 3-23-23I just had an incredible disappointing experiance with them. I scheduled an appointment for my seasonal change over online. While I was on their website they asked if I wanted an free alignment inspection as well. I said sure no issues, we'll apparently the alignment takes priority over the seasonal change over in their system and now I can't got kicked off my seasonal change over time slot. Now I have a chance of not being able to get my tired changed over before the Oregon law date. I'm honestly really disappointed, they didn't make any attempt to try and make it right.

Went in with a broken electric trailer brake on my vintage camper, left it for a couple hours and got a call saying to pick it up. Easy fix no charge. Absolutely amazing. Saved my butt. Les Schwab loyal.
