My trailer experience 2018 Keystone Cougar. After just four years is was leaking down both sides front to back. I was the second owner in 2019. It lived in the out doors for the two years that I owned it. Never seeing any water leak inside. Love the floor plan I just don t like the fit and finished workmanship. Employees that are fulfilled bring immaculate Product.PS this is the second keystone cougar that I owned. We typically love their floor plans. And love hauling the trailers around to enjoy with our family.I know that gonna be hard to manage such high expectations in the marketplace. I hope Keystone continues to make trailers. I did not make this review To hurt the company. I only made this review to give them a better understanding of where they are.

I own a 2021 Keystone Montana 5th Wheel. It is my 3rd RV and the best one of the three. I wouldn t trade it for anything at a comparable price point. I now have over 10,000 miles on it and I don t have a single complaint to offer. The 3 slideouts have never failed to extend or retract. Both awnings work perfectly, no plumbing leaks, no electrical problems, no roof issues, no appliance failures and believe me, at 10,000 miles I couldn t say the same thing about either of my first two RV s (Jayco & Grand Design). I m sad that other reviewers haven t had the same Keystone experience as I have, but if for some unexpected reason I have to buy another RV, Keystone will be one of the first places I look. I m incredibly happy with my RV and I live in it fulltime.

I loved the work I did but the management was horrible! They do not care about you as an individual and will not hesitate to fire you even though they only have 50% of the faculty. They do not care about the quality of the trailers, only about quantity. They will lie to you. They will take advantage of you. The pay was good and then great.

Keystone is junk! Of all my trailers the Keystone has been the worst. Poor fit and finish, terrible insulation for a 4-season, the lost goes one.Never again will I buy one.

We bought a brand new 2919 Keystone Cougar RBSWE for $30,000. After only 2 1/2 years, and covered, heated in winter, and cooled in summer, at all times, and barely used, the laminate flooring separated from the frame leaving the floor feeling squishy like it had water damage. Took the trailer to our dealer, and they told us that this was a known design/manufacturer flaw. Our dealership & extended warranties do not cover manufacturing flaws. It would cost over $10,000 to repair with no guarantee it wouldn t happen again. So our dealer reached out to Keystone to see if they would fix even tho the one year warranty had expired because it was their flaw. They said NO!!!! That their warranty had expired. Even tho they knew about the design/manufacturing flaw!!! And then basically Keystone said it was our problem now.So now we are stuck with a $30,000 trailer we can t sell or trade in!!!WE WILL NEVER OWN A KEYSTONE TRAILER EVER AGAIN!!! And will tell EVERYONE this story!!!

I will never buy another Keystone product. Bought a keystone Premier in 2018 off of the showroom floor. Leak in bedroom closet because the hole for roof marker light strip was never sealed. One slide was not sealed properly main door was not sealed. Fresh water tank leaks because of a bad spin weld that filled up the belly of the trailer. Wiring at the front of the trailer is exposed to the elements instead of putting a $10 sealed electrical box in. The shelf under the sink was not installed properly ( one side stapled on top of the support. The other side stapled to the bottom of the support so the shelf is on an angle) 120 plugs are all crooked. The couch was in the middle of the main floor on our 3rd trip because it was not fastened properly. Hot water tank pressure relief leaked since day 1.We have only used this trailer maybe 15 times and has never gone on any far road trips. Always stored with cover on it and heated in the winter months and winterized It s always something with this trailer. Must have been built on a Friday. Poor workmanship and cheap materials used. For the amount of money people spend on these trailers and think the are high quality is pretty sad. Beware You should be able to put negative stars-

We purchased a 2022 Keystone 28RKSWE RV back in January at RV show here in Idaho. We have only used it once. That was a disaster, roof leaks in camper. Clothes wet and bed. Looked on roof and caulking was cracked and open spots on roof. Camper has been in the repair shop more than us using it. Repair service said workmanship and quality was definetly lacking. Lots of issues. We believe we have a LEMON. No confidence if it will hold up these next couple of years. $50,000.00 maybe down the tubes. So SAD! Keystone needs to do a better job when it comes to workmanship and quality.

Bought a new Keystone Hideout April 2021. Overall we re happy with it. Our dealer, Bluedog RV, has been waiting several months for Keystone to respond to warrantee claims. Help! We need our brand new RV repaired. Update April 12, 2022. BlueDog RV in Pasco, Wa did receive all the parts needed and performed the repairs under warranty.

My girlfriend grandparents bought a new hideout in January of 2023 within two months the siding started to fall of along with the awning they spent 11 thousands dollars redoing the siding and the awning. Keystone wouldn't warranty any any of the structural problems with it my advice just stay away from Keystone period

I would give them 0 stars. I bought a brand new cougar fifth wheel. It has multiple leaks. One in the bedroom one the bathroom. It has a hole in the roof that they roofed over. The furnace didn't work, and the electric fireplace didn't work. I have made multiple attempts to contact them and have my trailer repaired. They will not follow up or contact me in any way. At this point no insurance claim will fix damage they are responsible for. Making me the owner of a totaled new trailer.

I wish there was a negative review I could give them. Our dream was to own a Keystone Alpine. It has been a dream... a nightmare. I suggest you avoid Keystone all together. The dealer we purchased from stopped carrying them, because of the poor quality, and poor support. Please do not put yourself through the stress.

Horrible customer service, i purchased a new Springdale 298BHWE from a local dealer. Its a bunkhouse, with 4 bunks and a queen bed, sleeps at least 6 adults, brochure says sleeps 11, supposed to have a 60 gal fresh tank, 70 gal gray, and 40 gal black. We take it out several times with empty sewer tanks and a full fresh tank, and every time we go the fresh water gets down to 1/2 full and my gray tank is now full. I call keystone for hours and hours and hours trying to get through and i get no where. So i run a capacity test on my gray tank and come up with 33 gallons pouring 5 gallons buckets down the kitchen sink... I finally get ahold of keystone and their customer service says, "we dont know whats going on, sorry we cant help you." i talk to my local dealer and ask them what i can do, they say well you can bring it in in 12 weeks when we have openings and we can access the underbelly and check out the tank sizes. I decide i cant wait that long so i hop under the trailer and pull down the bottom liner, and Boom right in front of me is my one and only gray tank with a label on it that says 35 gallons. I call Keystone, and every time i call their customer service rep rudely tells me that they have a disclaimer on the back of the brochure that specifically states something like "components installed on trailer may not match what is noted here"... i ask to speak to a manager and they say that wont due you any good as we have a disclaimer on the back of the brochure that say "components installed on trailer may not match what is noted here" so i call my dealer and ask them to work on it for me and it takes them months, and nothing happens so i call keystone again and they say "we have a disclaimer on the back of the brochure that says..... blah blah blah you bought it you're stuck with it". I guess i should have know to check the capacity of the gray black and fresh tanks before i bought them.... cause thats something normal to do... the customer service was always short, and my measured pleading of saying, i bought a trailer that is 32 feet, sleeps 6 adults, and you're saying that a 35 gallon gray tank is an acceptable amount of capacity? Needless to say they pointed me to the disclaimer on the back of the brochure and told me to deal with it.

Their electricians and plumbers must be union, because the only time I've seen craftsmanship so shotty is when it was union work. I've had to go below for three days now, and I am disgusted with what I've seen below. I was an electrician and what I saw would have got me fired. Learn what zip ties are and how wire runs should look. Also, an almost $70k trailer and that's the best craftsmanship that can be offered?! These "builders" so called, if you can call them that, actually put in the most unlevel horizontal stud I have ever seen in my life. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company. I am fixing things every other day. I am replacing everything. I just had to do the water heater. Why is this built so cheap, so shotty, when we're paying a premium? Step it up Leystone, get some actual quality control in your factory.

I have a 2017 keystone carbon 347 and I love it. Compared to similar, or even more expensive models such as a grand design, I found keystone to be a far superior product.

Bought a 2021 Keystone Cougar travel trailer, rear bunk house model. When we inspected the trailer when it arrived at the dealership we found; three misaligned drawers, a 10 long deep surface scratch in the countertop, loose trim over the slide, wood shavings and electrical wiring pieces under the sofa ,wiring damage to the light under the awning and misaligned front cap LED light. Then we found the Quality Inspected factory sticker on the front of the under sink cabinet, "snoozey" must have been the inspector.Qudos to our dealership that fixed all of the issues, except the wiring damage to the light under the awning which I handled later.Do your diligence when you buy, look everywhere, check everything and make sure you write it down for the dealership to handle.

We've had a multitude of problems with our RV, refrigerator has been replaced 3rd time in 6 months, same model with different issues. The water heater didn't work on electric, our convertor went out, we had a slide cable malfunction causing us to be stuck for 2 1/2 weeks in the middle of no where while we waited for a mobile repair service to help us. Fireplace just decided to stop working, and Customer Service initially was responsive, but now they just don't return our voice mails or emails. It is a brand new 2021 Keystone Montana. Luckily it's under warranty, and our dealership has been great, but Keystone has not been...

Good place to work, paid weekly work is like challenging everyday but good thing is it's like you work out everyday it will keep you in good shape, so if you wanna challenge your self it's good place to work and they build many different trailers

My wife and I bought a new 2018 keystones bullet. We're getting to old for tenting so we thought we'd try glamping. It has all the bells and whistles. Unfortunately it's so poorly made we haven't been able to try anything out yet. 2 days into our first trip the batteries went flat. So I tried plugging it in and the power inverter fried. The day before our hot water tank stopped working, so we are now 3 days into a 8 day camping trip and all we really had was a glorified tent. We drove it back to Blue dog in PostFalls where we bought it and they repaired everything and winterized it. This spring we took it back to our paid camp spot, which is 10 miles from our house. The batteries go dead constantly, the hot water rarely works, and now the roof leaks into the cabinets and bed. Trim molding through the inside is falling off and the brads on the interior are rusting. We drove it back to post falls, 62 miles. They have had it for months and I still haven't gotten an answer if they're going to fix it. This is the worst thing I have ever purchased and would never purchase one again. I wish it would just go away, never buy from this company. We even bought the extended warranty making it 36k total purchase and am being told it might not be covered. Please, please, please do not buy from this company!

Wow, where to begin with how poorly made these trailers are. The short review is, DO NOT BUY THESE! I purchased a 2019 Keystone Springdale 220 BHWE. Absolute junk in how they are built. I am still finding things that shock me as to how bad this trailer is. Wall panels falling apart, drawers that don't close, left filled with sawdust and metal shavings, poorly done electrical connections, but the worst is the welding on the frame! I am seriously concerned about the safety of towing this trailer. I am taking it to a real welding shop to have it fixed. The screens on the windows are a joke. Huge gaps where the screen frame does not fit the window. The screens in the roof vents fall off. I can't believe someone, most likely with a college degree, designed these things. The propane hose from the tanks was routed over the top of the battery holder frame and is being pulled down against the sharp edge of angle iron. Really?? JUST PURE JUNK!! I could make this list much longer but I hope you get my point.

This company does not stand by it's product. Bought a 2015 Keystone Passport. After being winterized we had a leak in the roof seal. Took it to a certifiable RV repair shop found out our trailer roof material was made with plastic and cardboard. This trailer was made with defective material. Tried several times calling and emails to customer service. No response. Be Leary of buying a Keystone Products

My dad has worked there for nine years. My sister recently quit after a little over a year of working there.. they seemed to be some of the only people there that want(ed) to get work done.. the employees and managers treat each other terribly, quite pathetic. They make great products, but nobody respects anybody.

This is the worst place I have ever experienced. The managers/employees couldn't care less. There is no safety or training on working with dangerous machinery and they skimp on quality just to push out as many trailers as possible. It's all about money. If I could give less then one star I would. From what I've seen, I don't understand how this place is still in business. Maybe not all are like this, but the one in Pendleton is.

Bought a 2017 Keystone Montana 305RL 5th wheel. The main slide is a piece of junk and no one can fix it. Never again.

Some of the bosses are extremely rude. Only caring about the money you're making for them. Do not care about their employees. They love yelling at 3 employees.
