These folks are great. My truck blew a coolant hose just before the top of Cabbage Hill and shut down. I was stuck and they sent a mechanic to me who replaced the hose and coolant and got me going. I had additional related problems a short time later and broke down again and they came a second time. Both times they arrived in a very short period of time. I can't say enough nice things about these folks but I highly recommend them.

These guys were great ! I called them an hour away with a truck break down issue and when I arrived they got right on my problem and fixed it!

Honest mechanics, fair price for parts and labour, kept us in the loop from start to finish with no BS about needing any work done that wasn't necessary. It took a while to get parts because what we needed wasn't in stock anywhere locally so they had to send someone out to go things, but they did everything within their power to get us in and out same day. The travel center next door is large, modern, and clean, so we weren't at all put out for having to spend the day there.

Pat and the entire team at Kenworth sales Pendleton never cease to amaze us. They are strong in knowledge and professionalism and truly care about their customers. This is not because they tell us this, in reality it is because they show this in their actions. As a trucking company quality workmanship is very important with rising fuel costs, rising parts costs to unprecedented levels, rate reductions in the transportation space, we need dealers like this that charge a fair price and look deep for the problem to make sure they have found the origin of the problem. We are so thankful for this group as they work together from every aspect, with each function blending together to ensure the smoothest experience they can for the customer. I recommend you go see them yourself and experience what we have. These folks are wonderful and if you don't want to give them a chance, we will take your spot as well. This is one of the few dealers we run out of route to visit because the outcome always makes good business sense "all in". We appreciate you team KW of Pendleton OR! I recommend this place 100%. And thank the manager and the mechanic Pat Choin and Cody craven for their service. Fast and professional and above all human. Willing to help the customer. And the charge is more than fair for the job. thank you for your good service

Called for parts. Kid that answered acted like I was bothering him. Asked if he could look up part by vin he said no. Can't look up vin on a kw at a kw shop? I don't think so!

Amazing service with a personal touch. Pat, Eric and Curt (and all that worked on our truck) took extremely good care of us and our truck throughout MAJOR repairs. They made a difficult, lengthy and costly repair as painless as possible throughout the entire process. My husband and I cannot thank each of you enough for your care and patience. I know it is a stressful job and you handle it with grace, dignity and respect for your customers. Highly recommended! Great people. Kept me up to speed on my truck repair. Did great and honest work. Everyone there works together so you don't just have to wait on one person to talk to. I would recommend this place to anyone wanted a very friendly staff and professional work.

My truck was down for the count here in Pendleton!! There was a bit of a wait due to jobs before-me, but the wait wasn t long. The guys here solved problems with the after-treatment that no one could seem to resolve, at other KW dealerships. Eric Smith went out of his way to insure that I received a quality repair and got me back on the road.

Was met with friendly courtiest service. Had a major coolant issue. They were able to get 2 techs to troubleshoot my situation within an hour. Turned out it was a thermostat issue. Great shop they are very knowledgeable and always treat me with respect I don't know much about engines but they very patient and always take time to talk about what's going on with the truck thank you guys

Certainly one of my better experiences at a Kenworth shop. Had to come in for a clutch adjustment. I called ahead earlier that day. They got me in right away when I arrived and took care of me so I could get back in the road. The service department was pleasant to deal with as was the mechanic that worked on my truck. Thank you for a good experience here. I was a refreshing exchange to what most Repair shops are like.

My truck broke down in Pendleton and I reached out to Kenworth for road side service. Adrian showed up and was polite, thorough and understanding. He went above and beyond and made sure we weren t stranded and got taken care of despite me choosing not to have their shop make repairs. Kenworth struck the lottery w/ Adrian as an employee. He is full of empathy, patience, knowledge and understanding for our situation. Thanks Adrian! Got work done here last month and they were able to get all the work done under warranty. They were amazing, friendly and professional. Didn't try to up-sale me and got the job done quick and clean. Definitely taking my truck back there for any my Paccar needs.

We were told that fuse is the reason why truck won't start so how they resolve the problem instead putting 10a they put 25A.Truck start, they charge us $1200+ for diagnostic and repair.After 200 miles truck brokedown again same issue and we tow the truck in Kenworth UT ( same owner as Pendleton,OR) .Before we told them that KW in OR ( same owner) repair the truck they find out chassis harness was damaged from 25A fuse and we need to replace the harness. We call the Kw in OR explain what KW in UT told as they said they will check with their tech and get back to as. After 3 days they told as nothing they can do and they did what is best for as at the time of the repair .

I had AC issues, called in for some parts and an AC Compressor. Katie git me all set up, but didn't have the Compressor. She offered to order 1 for me, I got the problem fixed elsewhere. After Compressor showed up at the shop, Katie called me and reminded me that Compressor was there.

I drive a freightliner transmission went out they said no problem they were exceptional in helping and getting parts needed to get me back on the road. Not to mentioned to me a few other things needed to be fixed. I thank them for taking time out let me know of these problems.

Plenty of good reviews on here about quick and good service. Couldn't sneak me in for a quick fuel filter change. Wouldn't even discuss it. I've even got the filter. Still wouldn't discuss it.

Informed service department my driver manager was going to leave. In an hour they waited to tell me anything. And I could not get a hotel due to the lack of being informed in a timely manner. How do they expect you to get a hotel or inform your company when there is zero information given

Very poor customer service. Josh The service department manager has an "I don't care " attitude. No on- call mechanic for road side breakdowns. "We'll get to it when we can, maybe". My truck only needed a regen.Yet they kept my truck there for 8 hrs..Telling me only " they're working on it".Never go to this dealership. Expect the worst treatment.

cherish is very rude and not customer service oriented. was lazy, expected me to look up company information, when I asked about when my truck would be ready gave vague answer, said they would let me know, and never did. truck was ready 1 hour before I came down from lounge to inquite about, mchanics are nice and helpful. if it wasn't for them I would probably still be waiting.
