Not just a glass & door shop. Good remodeling contractors are hard to come by and this company is one of the best you can find. We had to wait on a list, but it was well worth the wait. I would wait for them again if I had to. He completely remodeled our house inside and outside. I would recommend him to anyone who wants their remodeling job done right the FIRST time.

Am concerned about ever getting a window replaced under warranty. One delay after another and now a year has passed. People have gone dark in spite of repeated requests to call us to schedule the replacement window that is claimed to be on hand. About ready to get someone else to replace the window and send them the bill.

In 2019, I had Integrity replace 11 windows and couldn't be happier with the service I received. They were quick to get me a quote, communication through email/phone was easy and reliable, and they even informed me about/walked me through an Oregon energy rebate program (lots of $$$ back).The owners were a delight to deal with. We're been talking about having them do our doors, too. We recommended them to several neighbors.

After ruining my truck side mirror in a car wash, I needed a repair to get me back on the road. My mirror got creatively repaired at a reasonable price.
