Roger and his staff were super helpful squeezing us in to fix a pinched 7 pin wire harness. Quick and VERY reasonably priced. HIGHLY recommend Drakes RV Services! Thank you Roger!

They can have all the stars i can give with how great this place is. I am still in awe of how they fixed our rv and how fast it was. 3 different rv repairs center, 12 months of waiting, going back and forth phone calls, more than a week stay in a hotel and they fixed it in a few days. I didn't even have to call keystone. Joe explained the problem well enough that i could understand it. He just made it so easy and simple. Also asked him to check our toilet since it was "fixed" but i wanted to make sure we wont have future problems. He fiugred it out right away and the previous rv rapair shop basically just "bandage" it. He had to cut the pipe! Our main problem was that the wall had separated from the frame. He fixed that easily so as our door. We always had to slam hard to close the door and winter time, sometimes, it doesn't close. I expected the repair will be at least a few weeks, base on past experience. We were also told we needed new jacks since it bent. Joe said no and they just fixed our bent one!!! Now we have extra stabilizer we dont even need.I highly recommend this place, joe will tell you they aren't fancy (which i dont think it matters), BUT they get things done right, fast and cheaper! Easy communication as well! This is definitely going to be my rv repair shop now. I dont care if i have to travel an hour which could be more when we move to our next destination!

I have been using Drakes for many years for all of our RV needs. They are reliable, timely, and always have the answer to whatever your need. 5 Stars doesn't begin to give them enough credit. I can't recommend them highly enough.

My trailer had a water leak, and I had to have it functional in 5 days so I called rv places in the TriCities but the earliest they could get me in was September. So I called Outdoors RV and they were booked solid but they recommended Drakes RV in pendleton.. I called them and they were booked but after explaining my situation they told me to bring it in and they d work it in somehow..The following day I picked up my trailer, repair complete and with a very reasonable fee.The personnel at Drakes RV were friendly and yet professional The scheduling, the quality of work and the staff were all five stars.!

Guys are awesome. Don t sell RVs or parts. Just repair. Great professional crew. Replaced my FW tank in the estimated time and cost including additional work that should have been done at factory. Worth the drive up from Utah. Yea they re real busy because they are that good.

They saved our bacon, literally! Refrig went out. Jarred fixed it in 15 minutes and gave us a tech lesson too! Great, honest people. Thanx Amanda too.

Excellent service. The initial appointment took awhile to get since they're backed up from Covid. Once we got our RV there, the service was great, speedy and didn't cost as much as the initial quote. Had a tire blow out on my RV while on a long haul trip. This great group of guys helped me immediately. Super friendly and professional. Went out of their way to find a local shop to get tires at a good price without a wait. Above and beyond. You guys are amazing!!!

Had a broken frame issue crop up as we drove east on I-84 on a Sunday. Was able to limp into an RV park that evening. Called Drakes at 8 a.m. Monday and emailed pictures of the problem. They called back within the hour telling us to bring it in. As soon as we got there, the manager and welder were looking at the problem and said "drop it off and let us get started, we'll call you when it's done in a few hours". Four hours later they call to say they were done and to come pick it up. Paid a very reasonable price for very prompt, professional work by extremely nice folks. Should I ever have RV problems again in this area, it's the only place I would go.Service: Steering & suspension repair

We we're towing a truck from Idaho to Washington and broke a couple leaf spring equalizer shackle links on our trailer going down Deadman's Pass. Nursed the trailer into town and to Drake's. Guys were slammed with work but took the time to help us out and got us back on the road in a couple hours. Cannot say enough how appreciative I am and how great they were! Highly recommend!

Had us bring our camper in right away. Had the fridge replaced, which a independent said would not happen. Fixed a couple other issues. Had us ready to camp in two days. Great job. Wouldn't take our RV anywhere else. Highly recommend.

We were experiencing brake wiring issue. They knew we were traveling and couldn't go on. Talked to Rodger got us in the next day. Met Dave in the morning, 5hrs later repaired,and done at a reasonable rate. Thanks guys.

I have used Drakes RV on different occasions, they have fixed my RVs from my home and also at their shop. The work has always been top notch, and the service has been as good or better than expected and always fairly priced. I recommend them highly, but it is always wise to call ahead to check their schedule. They have always given me a time to bring my unit in or a projected date they can get to it. Work has always been done on time and usually quicker than expected.

These guys are awesome! We were in a wreck and stopped to get some help. They helped secure the damaged shell, cut paneling for the Windows, checked electrical, vacuumed the glass. After all that they refused to let me pay anything. I can't believe they would go this far out of their way to help me get back on the road safely. I would definitely take my trailer to them. We broke a leaf spring on our trailer in the middle of our trip to Canada from Colorado. These guys went above and beyond to help us get back on the road right away. They didn't hesitate to bring our trailer inside and start working immediately. They worked fast and were easy on the wallet. Thanks so much guys!

I took my 2017 Cougar 5th wheel to them for a delamination problem on the back corner. They had it done on time and did a great job. These guys are first rate. I would highly recommend them to anyone for your rv repairs. Great job guys!

We had just pulled into Pendleton and found our RV was pouring water out of the bottom. We called Drakes and then decided to drive to their shop. We told them what was happening and we would only be in town for two days. They told us bring it Buy and we ll look at it. My wife and I drove it over and within a hour they found the loose water connection and had it repaired, and only charged us $47.00. Drakes saved our vacation. Highly recommend Drakes.

These guys are good at what they do... repair and maintain Rvs. Got our trailer in and out very quickly due to damage from cattle in the mtns. Looks and works better than when we took it in. Thanks again guys for great service and craftsmanship. Will definitely be back and reccomend to anyone looking for great service.

Great customer service.... We had a six hour drive to get here and they made sure our repairs could be done as quickly as possible.... Showed us what needed to be done to get our camper's delamination problem fixed, explained everything and did a great job. A very profession operation that has a great work ethic..... Would go back again even with the long drive if we needed work done on our rig...

I was really looking forward to working with Drakes. I had heard nothing but good things about them. I installed a second AC on the top of my roof( the third ive done) however the " pre wire" was left in the wall. So about 2ft the ceiling needs to be pulled. Or a camera and fish tape. to bring the wires and T stat to the opening. Yes, it was ducted, and a breaker already installed with wires on the "load" side heading up the wall. Should only take an hour(ish)I called and spoke to some one, who took all my information and said they would let me know(1st Monday) He was friendly and knowledgeable.Nothing, ( second Monday) I called back; the gentleman i spoke too said he knew nothing about it, and the other tech was out. But would be back in, in the morning and he would have him call me, letting my know they were busy. -also friendly and knowledgeableNothing( Thursday)- I call back. The gentleman I talked to said he remembered me calling but was unsure why i was never called back. Again, friendly and knowledgeable. He took my information, thought it would not be a big deal to bring the wires to the front. Said they were booked for the week and he would call the beginning of next week to get something in the books.Third Monday- nothingWed- I was in a mtng at work, had a voice msg saying the tech was going to be in my area, and wanted to stop by that day. I called back, a shop tech answered, I said, unfortunately i cant leave work right now, but would be happy to give out the key code to the tech and explain where everything was. Or if i got a little more notice would have everything ready for him. Would be happy to give them a credit card number for deposit if needed. He explained that unfortunately the mobile guy did not have his cell phone and could not be contacted. But he usually calls the shop to run a credit card number and he would pass the info and my cell number along then. But he would get back to mefourth Monday- Nothing Fourth Friday, Nothing.I wish I could give a good review, but i get the distinctive impression im just getting the run around and they are not interested in the work, or my money. Mobile guys usually have a steep fee, not to mention what would of been an easy job. It should not of been a money losing deal for them. ( if it was not a brand new Fifth wheel, id just pull the panel myself but am not comfortable doing it)I feel i was more then patient and now will have to go elsewhere.

These guys are great. They took care of a tricky leak in my LP system, and did it quickly with no fuss. It's tough to find a good place to get an RV serviced, but I'll go back here.

July 14, 2018 one of my air conditioners went out on my class A. Called Drakes. No answer, left message. No call back. On July 17, I drove over in my Jeep to get info on their mobile service. Was asked by counter person to write down my name and number with brief description of problem and that a tech would call me to set up a time to look at my unit at my campground to the tune of $90/hr. I did. Today is July 27, no call yet. No big deal, I guess, it's only 100 degrees everyday.

I was driving through the area and heard a strange noise coming from a wheel on my trailer. Called Drakes and they said bring it in, they'll take a look. I arrived, they pulled my trailer in and started taking off the wheels. Packed all 4 wheel bearings, rebuilt a blown out brake assembly and hooked the trailer back up for me. A life saver, as my family is on vacation and needed to be in Portland by night fall. Thanks Roger, Joe and techs.

The guys here know their stuff. All of them have rv experience, all of them are from the rv industry. They're not off the street learning what to do, they already know. We had water damage in the front of our toy hauler and at our entrance door, along the left and front side and our cargo area . They got it fixed. Great job. I would recommend them above all others in this area. If you have anything happening with your rv and can't figure it out give Joe and the guys on the hill a try.
