The attendant was right there as soon as I pulled up to the pump. He was very friendly and polite. He washed my windows and tried to help me with an app that got me a discount. I am handicapped and very much appreciate not having to pump my own gas. That is the main reason I wait until I am in Pendleton to buy gas because most other stations are self serve only.

The employees are kind and great workers. As for the manager Angie she was completely rude and disrespectful. The first time my husband and I came to fill our propane tank the worker said the hose is finicky and you have to hold it just right but it filled up fine. The next time we came the workers couldn t get the hose to fill our tank, it was splashing all over the road. Since then we have gone to other facilities like Arrowhead they fill up our propane tanks right up with no problems. We received a propane gas voucher from Helping Hands to go to this specific gas station. My husband came in to speak to manager to explain to her that the propane tanks aren t working properly. She had her worker try again and by no surprise it started splashing everywhere. My husband who is mechanically inclined then proceeds to explain to her that it looks like a washer or a piece of the connector is missing which is preventing it from filling up our propane tank. The manager responds that she spoke with her workers and that there s nothing wrong with their propane equipment and it s our propane tank that is the issue. We tried to explain to her we have gone to many facilities and just Yesterday We went to Arrowhead and they filled it up with no problem. She FlatOUT Said NOT My Problem and walked off. Poor customer service. It s disgusting for a person in management would treat a customer who was respectful and trying bring attention to faulty equipment and asking for a resolution and EVEN providing an Answer on to fix The Problem.

Excellent chicken. Best place in town to purchase a fountain drink. Really nice gas attentat's. They wash your windows and ask if you have any trash for them to remove. All of their employee's really look happy having a job there. Nice to see a business giving the youth of our community a chance to earn some money and get the work experience that they will need.

Our gas attendant was awesome and promptly at our car. As soon as we pulled in, the restrooms were clean and easy to find at the front of the shop, the chicken and biscuits are amazingly good, and everybody who worked here was extremely friendly and helpful.

Friendliest place to get gas and eat a great burger. I was amazed how nice folks were there. Even folks who came in for a purchase or whatever. Nice town Pendleton.

This place is a trip. Gas attendants are Awesome dudes. They are very helpful and respectful . Great job for a young man. Now let's talk about the inside staff. I can think of 4 people I really enjoy being helped by. The rest need to revise their customer service skills.

My significant other has been harassed twice in one week for no reason. Whiskey Fest, a major event, people dress pretty crazy, but she walked in as a normal paying customer with regular clothes and was told by one specific employee "Our EBT machine is broken." When it wasnt. She has been talked down to twice making the whole store bare witness to an unnecessary scene. She is now embarrassed to show herself in the store. We live locally as well. Used to not have a problem with the store.

Gased up and picked up some great food. They had a table of goodies. I bought cinnamon bon bons and delicious cookies. Friendly cashier and they had seating in there as well.

The gentlemen manning the pumps are very fast, kind and attentive.I appreciate it after a semi-long journey.Bathrooms were clean too.Shoutout to the gentleman who cleaned my windshield too - you re my freaking hero dude. He didn t even ask, he just started cleaning. That s awesome service right there.

Dave s chevron is a staple in Pendleton, employees are friendly and super helpful. They are attentive and will answer any question you might have. I always love coming here when I m in Pendleton. Also, the bathrooms are really clean which is a bonus.

The customer service at Dave's Chevron in Pendleton is hard to beat to say the least. Had such an adorable young fella help me out the other day. He was a real delight and made me laugh with his millennial theft protection joke regarding my manual transmission.

From Eugene area..on my way to Meridian Idaho...I have stopped here several times whenever I have made this trip..in fact it's becoming a habit ! Lol ! So, most recently was (2) weeks ago-late afternoon I pulled up to the pumps and while one young fellow was pumping my gas, another was Scrubbing All the Bugs off my Windshields!! Right ! FRONT & BACK ! I about had a Heart Attack ! Now..im an older lady and here in the Willamette Valley I have politely/kindly asked 100,s of times for an Attendant Pumping my Gas to clean my Front Windshield...Their response? Too busy, Don't get paid enough, do it yourself, forget it , nope !..I am Not kidding ! So..even though it is difficult for me to reach across my Windshield - I do it if it's needed. That's why I was so pleased these young fellows washed mine ! Every time I have stopped to Gas up here, they clean my Windshields! I cannot express in words how Grateful these Men have made me feel ! Not only that, it's why this place will continue to receive My Paying Business plus the Store! Which the Store, by the way, is exceptionally clean and the Staff has been very Courteous!

I am not from Oregon and hate having to wait for other folks to pump my gas. I always stop at Dave's as my fuel stop because the guys at the pump are fast, generally fun to BS with and always clean my windshield.

Gas attendants--great! However, I find the coffee pots are often empty. They lost my business to Dutch Bros. across the street.

Came in to fill up my car on a cold snowy day. Went inside to get a hot holiday coffee that is advertised and none of the workers knew how to make it or rather not do it. Then as I left my windshield wasn t washed either. Very very disappointed in my service

Pump attendants are great however the owner likes to make up fake laws and threaten to have you arrested (even though the laws don't exist, have not quite figured that one out) the rest of the staff has always seemed friendly but the faces always change so it's hard to get that small hometown feeling. Just a hunch (plus listening to former employees) but the turn over rate is so high because of the way the owner acts and treats people.

Good place to stop and get gas they use safeway points so it helps a great deal. Great service and always nice I would recommend u stop in and gas up!! Boys work real hard and fast to ensure u make it in and out

Well i am pleasently surprised, the service givin at this store, This AM 9/30/21 these guys deserve raises, just sry I did not have any cash to tip them wash my windows offered me a garbage bucket to empty my truck out pumped my fuel it was like old school service station service well done. Every other service station in the country could learn from Dave's SOP's

By far the best old fashioned service at the pumps you could expect. Wash your windows, take any trash you might have and all while being nice, interesting and engaging. The service is like out of the 1960 s!

I want to give a big shout out to Joel for his exceptional service Friday, July 12th. My kids and I were on day 9 of a 10 day road trip from Salt Lake to Boise, Portland, and Newport. Joel was the first attendant on the trip to truly greet us instead of grunting what do you want? He was the only one to wash my big caked windshield without me asking and he topped off you tank to the dollar as I would do if I had filled up at home. Thank you Joel, for providing such excellent service and taking pride in the work you do!
