Nate was amazing, I was in a fender bender, and he kindly Zip tied my bumper together so I could make it back to Portland safe! He did not charged me, and sent me off feeling comfortable I would make it home safe! Thank you!!!!!

Manager was very rude. He would not let me work on my car on the side of the building. I was given permission from the employee inside after I purchased parts, yet the manager ran me off. I thought I was being considerate by not taking up valuable parking spaces in the front.

We were traveling from Idaho to Salem Oregon. A hose in the car busted and Baxter's had Mike who was so professional and kind drive out to where we were stuck in the middle of nowhere to deliver the part we needed! We will definitely spread kind words about this business and pay the kindness forward!

They did have the special DOT 4 brake fluid I needed but the customer service representative was the most unfriendly person I have dealt with in a very long time!
