We had a wonderful time here, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. We thought we had booked an Airstream with Expedia, but upon arrival were directed to an unfurnished cabin that we weren't prepared for, didn't have the supplies for, etc. The folks at the office re-assigned us to an available Airstream, and it was everything we wanted, fully furnished, comfortable, etc. The location near beach was perfect, and we really loved the market/general store with adjacent indoor pool, hot tub and showers. I left two prescription bottles on a shelf in the Airstream, and the staff mailed them to my home. They were awesome!

Had a very lovely time. Everyone we met was pleasant to deal with. The Campground is huge and seems to be large enough to not feel crowded even though things are tight. The only thing I would caution about is for tent campers. The area is tiny. 4 person tent max. And that is probably pushing it. I highly doubt we could fit our 8 person tent in a space. All of the added amenities were awesome. Played multiple rounds of mini - golf and tried out a sand sled. We are already planning for next year!Rooms: It was a very rustic cabin (single room with a bunk bed and futon). Had one cadet space heater, but was sufficiently warm with a light (+55) sleeping bag. Mattresses were also comfortable enough. Small mini fridge and microwave and 20"ish TV with cable.Nearby activities: Lots of things to do. Across the street from the ocean. Tide pools and sand sled/surfing just down the sand. Pool/hot tub were excellent along with the 9 hole (22 par) mini golf course.Walkability: Mostly flat. A few restaurants near the camp ground. Pizza place was excellent.

We absolutely LOVE this place. We have stayed here 5 times since June. They do a great job with the grounds. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My only advice would be to spend some more time in the restrooms/showers. The walls need some good scrubbing. The interior of the men's restroom could use a good hard scrub down and then a fresh paint job.Update:5-14-2023They have not given the restroom the thorough cleaning/scrub down that it needs. Now that they are officially owned by the same people who own Cape Kiwanda, I would like to see them put a little money into this campgrounds facilities and maybe do a little up updating of the restrooms and showers. We still love it here and will be back many more times.Update:9-24-2023I'm not sure how much time or money they are spending on this park versus the other part, but there are still some deficiencies in the restrooms here at Hart's Camp. I intentionally went and used a restroom in the other park to compare. The larger park restrooms appear to be cleaned better and be a bit more updated. Both restrooms need new shower curtain rods. The Hart's Camp restroom could use a complete makeover to be a bit more on par with the other facilities at the larger park. They could certainly update the lighting and go with LED fixtures that will be brighter and work better when the temperature is colder. I do like the 9hole putt-putt course. I really like this park, but they need to invest a bit more in the facilities.Food & drinks: Pelican Brewery is right across the road. The beer selection is always tasty.Twist winery, located on the main drag on the Eastside of the river, is our favorite place to go and enjoy a bottle. The sparkling Syrah is a great warm summer afternoon wine.Noteworthy details: This is not a hotel. It is an RV campground that has 7 Airstream trailers that they have placed permanently and rent them out along with tons of other rentable spots for your own RV.

They closed the laundromat and it was the only one in the area. Everyone needs to know that little cheese laundrymat in Tillamook tried to buy it and keep it open but these people didn't want to bother. They don't care about the fact that some of the people in the community need a laundromat that's not a 25 mile trip ONE WAY. If they don't care about that then why would anyone want to spend a cent there? Not me.

We have stayed at Hart s Camp RV park before and was truly disappointed on our last visit. Making the reservation for two sites in a certain area was not doable online, when I called the reservation specialist was not very helpful - she did not sound knowledgeable about the different areas of the park that they conveniently have named. The website boasts games galore and nightly community fire which we have enjoyed in prior trips. There was NOTHING provided at all. In fact they groomed the horseshoe pits but did not provide horseshoes. The men s bathroom didn t have TP for over 24 hours. - clearly they are not checking things. Our site hook up post was rickety and barely stayed connected.WiFi does not work - we were even close to the building. The electronic gates in and out were problematic and the staff just watched people struggle. Not sure I will go back again. This has turned into an expensive parking lot with a fancy website full of false advertising for amenities they don t provide. Sad. Used to be a charming cool beach place to stay.Try the county run RV park adjacent to this place and save your self money and disappointment.

This was the coolest camp site we visited on our trip up the coast! Unfortunately, we arrived late but check in was super easy and we were some of the only ones there, except for all the bunnies...There were SO MANY BUNNIES, at this campsite! More than I have ever seen in any one place. I assume that people feed them because they were not shy about coming right up to the camper and smelling us.There is a little market right at the front of this campsite that was fully stocked and had everything you could possibly imagine. It was $10 to buy a bundle of firewood and we enjoyed building a fire outside at our site. This place was definitely a little pricier than some other nearby areas, but in my opinion it was well worth it. The showers and bathrooms were clean and the views of the beach right from the site were spectacular. Give them a shot!

This was such a fun stay! The airstreams were the perfect crash pad for a busy day at the beach. The enclosed/ private patios were a huge plus and the outdoor showers were surprisingly amazing!!! Great for group getaways. The self check-in and check-out was a breeze, we'll be back ASAP!Nearby activities: Pelican brewery, local restaurants, good coffee shop + surf shop and other activitiesNoteworthy details: The trailer park and surrounding campsites can seem crowded, but not the case for the airstream sites. Each enclosed area makes a quite private place for folks to enjoy a campfire unbothered by neighbors

This place was awesome, exceeded my expectations for sure. We stayed in an airstream, which was very clean and filled with pretty much everything we would need for our stay and then some. My toddler had a great time and thought that staying in the airstream was a lot of fun! The grounds were quiet at night and just a short walk to the beach, stores, and restaurants. We did the Rise and Shine package (definitely recommend) and the coffee and pastries were delicious. We couldn t get over the wild bunnies lol No idea that that was even a thing! Lastly, the staff was exceptional. From check in, to a couple calls with questions we had, to check out, they were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay.We re hoping to have our own airstream soon and I look forward to renting an RV space at Harts Camp, but until then it s great to know we can use one of theirs. We talked about how much we enjoyed our trip the whole way home!

April 3rd, 2023 We rented a cabin for an evening and would have had a nice time except in the cabin next to us were four 20 somethings who spent the ENTIRE night screaming at each other, physically fighting, playing loud music and ripping down huge tree branches to set on fire that were coming dangerously close to the surrounding trees. We called the night services number and every other number provided, around 30 times, but no one answered and the voicemail was not set up to take messages. I spoke to the person at the front desk the next morning (Cody or Cory? ) who later came and took pictures of the large burnt branches. He apologized and said we would receive a refund but as of now(over a month later) we have still not seen said refund.

This RV park is super cute and incredibly convenient! A quick walk across the street and you're at the beach. Sites are close together, clean, and just as pictured. Unfortunately the bathrooms don't even have hooks, were not refilled with TP and had terrible ventilation. For the price of a stay here, fresh restrooms would have made it an A+ Water pressure and temperature were good though!

We rented one of the Airstream trailers for three nights.PositiveStaying in an Airstream was a new experience and fun for us. The setting was quaint and the grounds were well maintained. Staff are helpful and available. You are less than a five minute walk from the beach.NegativeWireless was advertised and was important in our decision to book with this host. It turned out that it works only part of the time and almost not at all in the evenings. The internet equipment needs upgrading. Cable TV is limited to a few channels and some of them are too fuzzy to watch comfortably. The trailer was well maintained but of 1969 manufacture. Many features did not work well or work at all. We paid more than $200/night, which seems high for what we got.Bottom LineWe're not sure we will book again, If we do, we will get assurance that all of the equipment is working as advertised.

Good way to test our bucket list idea of renovating an Airstream. Cured us of the bug! Best thing about this vacation was the little coffee shop in the building across the street.Outdoor shower is fine: better in your mind than in practice. Our trailer had pieces literally falling out/off. They set it up with all you need to have a fine time, but a bit of salt & pepper and similar cooking basics would be nice for the price (it s like an AirBnB and those always come a bit more equipped). Similarly, the towels were a bit worn. Just not sure that they know if they re renting a hotel room or a trailer, I guess.

My wife and I absolutely loved camping here. We stayed here on more than five occasions in our travel trailer. When I called last week to make a reservation I was surprised to learn the length restriction had been limited to 25 feet. Because our trailer is just shy of 30 feet, we are no longer permitted to stay here. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement.

The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. Cute friendly bunnies running all over. But...the RV sites were tight and too close and it was very hard to maneuver a big rig through. It was all gravel so it was hard to find a place to walk our dogs. The beach is within walking distance as well as a couple of restaurants.

We stayed there for an evening when they just opened. Super stormy night on the Oregon Coast. Couldn't have been cozier. Warm and luxurious inside. Weather cleared the next day and we took long showers in the private outdoor shower with the living wall of succulents and the ferns growing in the gravel. Best shower ever! I'm going back next chance - winter, summer, whatever!

Easy walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We came to Pacific City for our Nephew s wedding on 07/24/2021. When we made reservations months ago we were told there is a 4 night minimum stay in the Summer months .When we got here on Friday to hook up we learned they don t offer cable anymore. We have stayed at Cape Kiwanda just a few feet away from Harts and they do offer cable and there wasn t a minimum night stay policy. Unfortunately they have been booked solid for months. All of our families went back home on Sunday and we are stuck staying and paying for two more nights without any TV to watch.Other campers around us have been coming and going while staying only one night. We certainly won t be coming back here.

The location, behind the Inn at Cape Kiwanda and just across the street from the beach was quiet and gave us easy access to all there is to do. Camp staff was friendly and responsive and there was an employee on site 24/7. The spaces were of average size but clean. There is a nice shared courtyard with a fire pit and lawn games. The only real negative are the RV spaces are basic. There is only gravel, no concrete, no grass and no trees between the spaces. Other than that we had a great time and will likely be back!

My husband and I have been seriously considering purchasing an Airstream. We thought coming to Hart's Camp and renting the 23' Flying Cloud would give us a good feel for this.My husband has an auto-immune disease and I was very concerned about the protocol for cleaning the unit. After an email to the office AND a phone call, I was assured that there was NO need to be concerned. However, when we arrived the door into the airstream was filthy with mildew on the door. Every window in the unit was very dirty - again mildew and what looked like mold. The office had to send someone down to clean this (as best they could). When we arrived, we should have been asked - "have you ever stayed in an Airstream? If not - let me walk you down and give you a walk through. This did not happen and there was no instruction sheet - how to work the windows - how to work the heater (of which we could never get to come on), etc.The refrigerator barely kept our food cool - NOT COLD. The kitchen sink water flow was extremely slow.In summary it was an awful experience. Instead of staying 2 nights we only stayed 1.I rarely write a negative review, but this was deserved and I will be sure to share this with many friends who have also thought of coming to this facility and renting the air stream. This was not cheap - on the contrary - expensive. I am hoping that you will refund our money. $280.34I look forward to your reply. You can reach me at [email protected] You,Janice R. ThomasReservation #: 128070

Loved it. Full site hookups, super close to the beach, and to Stimulus coffee shop. They have games for kids,a really cute Kite shop (fly kites,a must) and of course, the rabbits. The not so good:the sites are really ,really close to each order.

The location of this place is great if you want to be able to walk to the beach and there is some shopping nearby. It was a little expensive for the amount of space you get but it must be because of location. The staff is super nice. We were able to maneuver out 38' trailer but it was tight and I had to have a spotter so I didn't hit anything going around the corners.

Make sure to ask if the heat and A/C are working. Ours was not. When we asked about it the host said they knew it was broken and the part was on order. We spent the first night shivering. The second night we were provided a space heater. When they called to confirm my reservation I wish they had been honest and informed me of the situation. We then had to haggle for a discount. The outdoor shower was cool. Seemed pretty expensive even with the discount.

Hart's camp held a contest on Facebook for a free weekend stay and I surprisingly won. I decided to go ahead and pay it forward and gave my free stay to my parents in which they had an absolutely fantastic time. They said everything was very high quality just as advertised and there was no issues. Thanks again for the contest, I know I will now have to come and check it out one of these days for myself.

Very clean and roomy pet friendly park, walking distance to the beach and services.Fresh water, sewer and both 30 and 50 amp hookups, most of the sights are pull through and large enough for large 5th wheels and motor homes.

We were more than pleased. They have thought of EVERYTHING. I call this SUPER GLAMPING. Very clean, high end German knives, Aveda beauty products & the Air Stream was in excellent shape. Cute little black bunnies everywhere that will run up to you and eat out of your hand. I will for sure be back.

Cool, quirky, and a minute from the beach. Outdoor showers are amazing and the fire pit is a definitely a plus. Only downside is the price - very expensive when compared to similar arrangements nearby.
