Consumer beware! This shop will rip you off!Multiple complaints about this scam of a mechanic.First off the front desk lady is so unprofessional! She tells you she will call and then doesn't, if you call back to check in she will get upset with you.Originally took my truck here because I had heard a lot of good things. I was told I could bring my truck in and have them check a sound it was making. I did so and then scheduled to bring it back when he would fully diagnose, as well as look the truck over for any other issues it was having.After driving home it became apparent that the truck should not be driven. I scheduled them to be the ones to tow me to their shop.They towed me a week before my scheduled appointment and said they may be able to get to me early. Which they didn't. No big deal. But 3 days after my actual appointment they still had not looked at my truck.Finally on day 4 they looked at it but instead of giving it a full once over to diagnose all and any problems it may be having they only looked at the things I had listed out for them. ($120 down the drain)At that time I was told ujoints, fuel tank seal, carrier barring.(all things I already told them) I agreed on price and asked them to fix these.Days later I had to check in as I had not heard any progress or time line. At that time I was told that I had a bad injector and that I needed it to be sent away for testing. I declined and asked if they could just let me know which injector it was. I was told that they could adjust the timing in order to determine which injector it was, and that would be covered in the price originally quoted for the diagnosis.Another few days of calling and checking in, promises to get called back and never getting called back. Finally I was told a date the truck would be ready.Upon arrival I paid the balance which reflected all the fixes. (minus the ujoints but cost still added up to what we originally had agreed on but I did not realize it). I went to start my truck and it would not start they seemed to get the issue worked out and I drove away. Got diesel in LC and crawled under to see the new ujoints only to find out there were no new ujoints.Called and of course no answer.Drove back spoke to Phillip directly this time, finally!Excuse after excuse. Basically told me they didn't need to be replaced. Asked why his front desk lady had told me that and why my bill reflected it.Said the bill was as such because I got changed more then I was told I would for the timing. The ujoints were never part of it. Even though the front lady told me totally different.Come to find out they only messed my timing up, now my truck is smoking upon start up which it never did before.I still don't have fixed ujoints and I'm out a lot for time that I spent waiting on them! Plus additional cost I never agreed upon.Phillip refused to make anything right!DO NOT give them your business. If you care about your truck don't take it here!!!! They might just decide you bothered them and do this!

THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING!! Talked with us every step of the way about what needed to be done, and let us have a choice in parts that were ordered. We dropped our truck off without an appointment and they got to it in between their other jobs that had appointments and still got it done in a timely manner! Would definitely recommend. As long as they re here. We ll be using them!

HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone who needs work done to their diesel trucks, these guys are great. True professionals in the game. They have the tooling, the knowledge, resources and experience to solve just about any issue you're having on any major platform! Phil is an absolute treasure to the community and will do what needs to be done to get you and your equipment back on the road or work site! Veteran owned and operated and ready to continue to serve his local community!!

PR Diesel saved the day! My car broke down, and they were able to help me get it towed to their shop, even after my insurance told me there were no service providers available at the time. Phill was super quick to diagnose the problem, and Aleasha contacted me shortly after. They presented me with a couple of different options. I appreciated that they offered something that was a little more budget friendly, but also what was in the best interest of my vehicle. A break in the cost of labor made it easier to choose the second option. They also noticed I was due for an oil change, and offered to do that as well. I'm very pleased with the service I received, and I'll definitely be coming back for additional services in the future. Thanks again PR Diesel!

The crew at PR Diesel maintains my work truck and keeps it in great running condition. I m a owner operator of a tree service company on the central Oregon coast, One of my main work trucks was down and I was in fear of getting behind on work and tried reaching out for help, with everyone being booked out including PR Diesl, but yet he made an exception and was willing to come out with roadside assistance and help me out immediately.( I would highly recommend them for any of your diesel needs )

Truck broke down on a hunting trip near the shop, I called and Phil was able to diagnose and install parts within 2 hours getting me back on the road. Highly recommend using PR diesel for repairs.

I had trouble finding someone to work on my excavator. I called PR diesel and they did not hesitate taking on the repairs. All my personal diesel trucks go to them now and dump trucks. They make you feel like family and are not afraid of a challenge.

Used these guy multiple times! From tires to starters they do it all. Always quick to answer and able to tow the vehicle if needed. If you need someone to work on your vehicle this is who I recommend.
