I'd give 0 stars if I could. Used to take my vehicles here but no longer will after my last visit. Took 3 different technicians who all had hissy fits trying to get my oil filter back on and kept bickering between each other on who needed to chill and step away. After all their cussing and nervous glances up at my wife and I while we watched them get more and more frustrated to the point one was smacking their hands and the oil filter on my car out of annoyance of the difficulty he was having, a technician "got the filter on" and now my car has a pretty noticeable oil leak. I provided pictures from the day after my service in 2 different parked spots. Nice . I'd suggest if you care about your vehicle take it to people who care about the work they do.

I ve been going to Valvoline for many years. I have gone to locations in multiple states. I drive a lot for work and thus need regular oil changes. I have enjoyed the speed and professionalism of the service until now.I recently visited my local Valvoline to check my tire pressure and fluids. I had a very long drive ahead of me for work and wanted everything to be safe and squared away.I was told I was a quart low on oil which seemed odd to me as my car does not leak oil but I have always trusted the teams at Valvoline. I paid for my quart of oil and left for a 6 hour drive to my destination. Everything seemed to work great. I arrived at my hotel parked my car in the secure garage and stayed for a 3 day work conference. The day I left again everything seemed fine. On my way home the check engine light came on, but I made it home safe with no incident.Next morning I started my car and it could barely run. I took it to the closest mechanic I could. Car smoking and almost stalling each time I slowed down. Mechanic took one look at it and said you have no oil cap on top on your engine and there is oil everywhere.Logic tells me the last person to touch the oil cap must have either not put it back on or not put it back on correctly. Mechanic tells me I am lucky my whole engine didn t blow with how long the drive was.I contacted Valvoline and they say the cameras show the cap being out back on so they will not help with the repairs.This eliminates the cap being forgotten. But how does an oil cap just go missing? It doesn t, it came off during my drive after it was working on at Valvoline. This logically means to me the cap was not properly secured or perhaps too much oil was added causing too much pressure build up. But they are refusing to do anything about it. The total loss I have experienced is still being added up. I m in for almost $500 worth of diagnostics and repairs at least at this point. But it will be more. Not counting the work I have had to miss because it is my primary vehicle I use to provide for my family.I used to refer anyone I could to Valvoline, not anymore. Never have I had such lack of care in response to damages done and I have been in customer service for almost a decade. Valvoline has lost a customer for life because of this and I will tell anyone that will listen to stay away because if something goes wrong they aren t going to help.

Good location, unfortunately that means they're almost always busy and a bit of a wait. But I've also pulled right into the bay to have oil changed. Like most businesses like this it's hit n miss if their busy.

Oil change? Great, just don't let them touch your low profile tires. NOT knowledgeable on air pressure requirements. They set my tires at 35 psi. The sidewall clearly states 50 max. Driving away the low pressure ruined my tire to the tune of $200.

The oregon city valvoline is where I take my vehicles to get there oil changed. This store just got a new manager 3 days,ago his name is Joel and he goes above and beyond his call of duty to get you through quickly and makes,sure before you leave that all your questions are,asked. Valvoline tou need to hire more people like joel

This is exactly how I ve always wanted my oil change experience to be!I love the transparency and honest service. My wife HATES taking her car in to other places because she s been run around by one too many jerks at quick oil change places. This is one of the good ones, and she won t have any problem being treated right at this place.Thanks folks!

I give this place 10/10! They were AMAZING!Customer service was top notch, they were extremely friendly & fast! I was in and out within 15min. I am definitely coming back & recommending them to friends and family !

I took my wife s Jeep in to have an oil change right before she drove to Boice, it took at least 2 hours however everything seemed fine. A few months later I went change her oil again, the drain pan bolt had to have been impacted on! It was so tight I thought I d for sure twist it off. I finally broke it lose and I cracked my knuckles on something. If that wasn t bad enough, when I tried to remove the oil filter, I would swear that it was glued on!! It also was so tight it actually ripped the metal filter trying to get it off! With hours worth of work chiseling and working a pipe wrench to get it off it finally came off!!Do not go to this place!! They will ruin your car! They have no idea what they are doing!!!!

Husband took his car there last week before a long trip. They said he needed a quart of oil. He trusted them and they filled it. Somewhere along the way they either didn t put the cap back on, didn t put it on tight enough or overfilled the oil, or all of the above, but on his way home his check engine light went on. Next day after getting home he starts his car and it s chugging and spewing. Drove it quickly to the closest mechanic who says it looks like the cap was left off and the oil was overfilled. Not sure how much damage they have done as our car is still being diagnosed but Valvoline refused to take any responsibility or help with any costs. Never going here again and if you value your vehicle you shouldn t either!***And now the owner responds to this review with no way to respond back. (Aside from the number to the people who did nothing) Coward! Of course I m not satisfied with the result because the result was you and your company doing nothing! You jacked up our family s vehicle and don t give a damn! I will smear you on every single platform I can! I may be one person but myself and my family matter!Service: Oil change

Not pushy, great service. Will keep coming here instead of the other sketchy quick lubes that are pushy and annoying. They also have cameras showing the process which is cool.

I have gone to Valvoline in Oregon City for almost 4 years. I am a widow that needs to go somewhere trustworthy. They have always been fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly and experienced.Manager is so helpful. My jeep is running so much better with oil changes done in timely manner.Thank you for all the help which has resulted in the trust I feel driving!This is a added comment about the service I also used on my Kia. This was the first time that I took my 2019 Tacoma somewhere other than the dealership and the service was excellent and the value was incredible! Madison checked me in and was very friendly and thorough... so much that her alone makes me want to return to this location! Bailey and a new hire performed my oil change and were also thorough and honest! I am happy to have found somewhere that I can trust with my truck and somewhere that is much more affordable than the dealership! Loved the team there and family environment! These guys are awesome. Love their teamwork here and how friendly they are. Michael the manager provided exceptional service (as did everyone we spoke to), despite an minor computer error in processing my service. They honored my initial request and the coupon I provided. I will absolutely use them again. For the price and the speed it is hard to beat! The employees there were so friendly and helpful.

The staff is are always friendly and quick to help. They do a good oil change while giving suggestions on certain essentials to keeping your vehicle in top top shape without the hard sale. I've never felt uncomfortable saying no thank you to any additional services that they may offer or an added filter.I'm usually in and out and I can go about my day pretty fast.With a wave and a thank you, I can always feel good about taking both my cars there.Highly recommend this place.

Should absolutely not take more than 2 hours for a simple oil change especially when you have 3-4 guys trying to work on your vehicle. Also they tried to take a look at my cabin air filter and couldn t figure out how to get to it. Very upset with my experience. I came to this location because of their reviews and I too received above and beyond service. My air filter was all wet and they didn't have a replacement so they called around town and found me one and they couldn't deliver it so one of the staff drove up and got me one and they even gave me an additional discount for the service taking so long. They were not pushy about recommending extra services and were very knowledgeable and helpful. I was very impressed with the whole experience.Service: Oil change

I usually go to a different location but this one is closer to my home so I decided to try it. There are two service bays and one was occupied by a car that would not start after being serviced, this appeared to be distracting all the employees including the ones servicing the car ahead of me. It seemed to take an inordinate amount of time for that car to get serviced as well as my vehicle when I finally got into the service bay, longer than I am used to at a Valvoline service facility.There is limited space to wait in line at this location and incoming cars quickly reached into the street, several customers left because of the delay. I understand that this was an unusual circumstance with the other car that would not start but it seems that the crew assigned to the bay I was in should have been less distracted by the other car, and more focused on providing service to myself and the remaining customers, and kept that bay operating smoothly while the other crew tried to solve the problem with the stalled car. This one experience with slow service will not keep me from trying this location again, but I will be more likely to go to the other (West Linn) location I have used regularly in the past.Service: Oil change

With online coupon 50 percent off service paid 24.99 for oil change for Ford Explorer. And here I was thinking about doing it myself... ... didn't get the wipers SMH... had to go back a week later for them. 25 dollars for two of their premium wipers using another online coupon for 50% off. No brainer

If you are looking for a quality oil change with people that care go here! They are thorough and don't try to sell you anything you don't need. Our initial oil change with the assistant manager Mike was spot on. Then the next day our car wouldn't start due to a fuel additive we didn't realize was so strong. Immediately after I called the shop the Manager himself Jeff came straight to our house on his day off, fixing the issue!
