Recently had to take my 2013 Fiat 500 in to get some work done. They not only took care of all issues. They kept in contact with everything they were doing. Excellent customer service, Excellent work, and great place for other FIAT owners to go. To get work done on the adult sized gokarts... The guys here really took care of me. Took my Mazda CX-5 in and they were good enough to let me know the car wasn't worth fixing due to the extent of the repair vs. the cost of getting a new car. They totally could have told me the cost of fixing it, made their money and never look back. But, they didn't. They also gave me a couple names of places I could take it to possibly sell or trade. Really nice guys. I'd use them again.

My new go to auto service! This is my second visit for an oil change and it will be where I get all my auto service and repairs done. They are professional, friendly, efficient and there s no upsell going on like I ve experienced at dealerships and oil service chain venues. No need to take my 2022 Chrysler Pacifica anywhere else. I trust and highly recommend Sparks!

I would have left a positive review even before they ever worked on my car because of how friendly and knowledgeable Gary the owner is when you go into the office. But they let me order a performance Sachs clutch from Europe and they installed it. They ran into a few rusted bolts that broke and they handled it with ease. They are honest and fair and transparent through the whole process. My car was returned clean and I am very happy with the work they did. Albert did an amazing job fixing up the front end on my 2009 RAV4. The with was done quickly and I definitely noticed an immediate improvement in how it drives. I would highly recommend sparks to anyone. Thanks Albert!

Having moved to O.C. recently and needing a new repair shop I started with checking reviews of local shops . Sparks automotive stood out above the rest. This is a highly professional shop that puts customer service up front. I am very happy with the repairs that were done.

Great service. They replaced my clutch, fixed my AC and aligned my wheels. Glad to have this shop within walking distance. Great honest guys. Always would recommend.

Great shop! They got me in and out very quickly and were very supportive of my needs and time line. I ve been around the automotive service area for almost 50 years with several friends owning or working at shops including myself and Sparks Auto Service stands out as one of the best I ve ever seen! Very clean and professional!

Driving felt rough. There were vibrations and the sound of a wobbling wheel. I thought something about the wheels or suspension needed to be addressed but they diagnosed it as badly warped front rotors. They offered to get it done by the morning the very next day. I had to replace the brake pads anyways so I agreed. I didn't know that warped rotors could cause so many different problems, everything feels smoother and I couldn't be happier. Thanks

For about a year now things keep breaking on my vehicle and they keep fixing it. Breaks, power steering... Competently and fairly as far as I can tell. What more could you ask for? They're pretty friendly guys too.I'll keep coming back as long as it keeps breaking down, hopefully not for awhile! and would recommend to anyone needing service in the area.Thanks again Gary and Ryan

honest and upfront folks. quoted me over the phone for the services i estimated i needed without even being asked. when it turned out to be a different problem, they called me before doing anything other than the initial diagnostics. very easily could have performed the services we discussed to squeeze some cash out of me and i wouldn't have known any better, but they didn't. charged me for the diagnostics only and discussed options with me, including more quotes (again without me even having to ask) and a transparent, reasonable financing option. really appreciated the customer service and honesty. trustworthy guys. highly recommend.

My first time to Sparks Auto and I could not be happier. I had a check engine light on my dream car and desperately wanted it fixed. Everyone there was extremely up front and honest. They found that it was simply debris clogging a couple hoses and thats it! The Acura Stealership wanted $700 to fix the issue! All I paid for was the labor for the cleaning and it saved me a ton of money. If you want honesty then this is the place. Will take all my cars here from now on. Special thanks to Robert, Wes, Anthony and Spencer for their integrity.

Completely overpriced, keep shopping around. Was quoted over $1000 for wheel bearing replacement on my 2001 Corolla, called Les Schwab after and was quoted $200-$300. They charge over $100 for diagnosis, whereas other local shops charge $50. Also charged my friend $2200 for O2 sensors, spark plugs, oil change. Way too much for those simple services. They re focused on profit over the customers. Taking advantage, ripping people off.

My wife was having issues with her Volvo XC90 brakes. They were able to fit us in quickly after another appointment cancelled. They diagnosed within an hour and chocked the bill up to a courtesy inspection. Couldn t have asked for better service or more honest feedback.

My car was not shifting properly and Sparks determined a transfer case low fluid problem and not a transmission issue causing the problem. They fixed it up good as new quickly and at reasonable cost.The four star rating is due to a previous repair job on my truck that was not completed in a timely manner but was made right by Sparks. They admitted their shortcomings and apologized profusely.Service: Transmission

Fast service, very friendly and fair. We had a van with unknown issues that would not start. They towed the vehicle and did a diagnostic. Very good service, knowledgeable techs. I've gone twice now, and I will keep coming back. First time I just needed to see what needed to be done mechanically and the second time I needed to see why my engine light was on for my Ford Escape. They worked on figuring out what was going on but it took a while because my car ended up having to need two pieces replaced. The pricing seems like a fair deal all around, Gary is amazing, the rest of the front counter staff are cool peeps, and I feel confident going back to them for my vehicle needs and repairs. I felt like they cared if the car was safe to drive. Not just for the money but because they cared. The services were alot cheaper than quoted. Also the services were cheaper than anywhere else in town. They did good work and it didn't take to long after they got the parts needed. I would recommend this business to anyone with Subaru issues or any other car.Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

These guys are good at their jobs, friendly, and trustworthy. As a woman without a clue, I always expect to get taken for a ride when I have to go to the mechanic. I had several check engine codes on my VW TDI and they traced all of them back to a single problem. Once they fixed that one thing, it resolved all the errors. This meant the price stayed low and all the issues I was experiencing were gone. I will always take my car here in the future when I need service.

Sparks is an excellent small business that provides excellent service that is fairly priced. Gary is a great communicator and tries to get you an estimate after the diagnostic is done. Once scheduled and all parts are available, they will get your car in and out usually within a day.
