Abel was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and efficient in helping me put a new battery into an older car I just purchased, along with purchasing smaller parts. I had several questions and he answered every one with no judgement. Thank you O Reilys for making a lady feel comfortable! Wish I could say the same for a lot of places in this industry.

I've experienced great customer service on each visit. Also, if they didn't have my part within hours or the next day, they could have it.

Hands down, the most amazing and helpful people work at this location. We had a hub blow while on the way to a job interview and we were from out of town. The manager and people working were so helpful and patient and kind and understanding. We appreciate it so much! I recommend always stopping in and seeing the people that work here! Thank you! You guys were heroes today. We will always be grateful.

Raced over to make it before the closing time which says 9. Showed up at 8:54 and doors were closed. There was a guy behind the counter who tried to pretend he didn t see me trying to open the doors - when I called out saying it s not 9 yet, he just shrugged and looked away. If you advertise that you re open till 9, stay open till 9. Might not be a huge deal to you, but it may be to someone who is trying to get their car running for work the next morning.

The store was clean and quiet. Cleetus was very helpful; not only making quick work of my transaction but also the installation of my headlight bulbs. This location is always my first pick for automotive needs.

O'Reilly's is my go-to spot to pick up car-related merchandise. I'm not mechanically inclined, so I prefer should where I'm going to get prompt knowledgeable service. You can ask a question here without feeling stupid. Staff is great, selection is great, prices are competitive.

The manager was very helpful, was having an issue and it required several visits over two days and he was on top of my situation and understanding as well as knowledgeable on my car issue. Thank you for your help!

The staff at O'Reilly is amazing. Thank you to Scott and Jessie. The battery in my Sedona died on my way home from work in West Linn. I was broke down and stuck at the Horseshoe bar on 213. My hubby came and we went to O'Reilly in OC. Thank God for Scott. I can't thank you enough you don't know what your kind gesture means to us. Also thank you Jessie for your great customer service.

After waiting for about 20 minutes they refused to price match advance auto parts price for a power steering pump even though it was right on advance website and they are supposed to price match local prices. He offered me 10% off which is nowhere close to the price at advance

Usually my first choice in Oregon City auto supplies. Today my wife waited at the counter while two services guy just watched her, then the phone rings and they answered the phone before even acknowledging her. The 3rd guy already helping another customer came and assisted her immediately. Thank you Tom.

Why bother to list "1 hour pickup" on your site when you won't actually stick to that timeframe? I only placed the order online thinking it would actually be ready in an hour for my husband to pick up after work. If I knew it was going to take longer I wouldn't have bothered placing a pick up order since it would have been faster not to.

Their staff took great care of me. One item in my order came in damaged and the rushed a new one in quickly. I ordered an entire AC rebuild kit, all the parts fit and worked and my AC is great.

As a shop manager who uses these guys daily, you can't beat their service or knowledge. Between Andrew and Lew your part needs will be met. If these guys do not know the answer give them a little bit of time and they will figure it out.

Very helpful & knowledgeable staff that doesn't try to up sell you on various parts that they offer multiple choices for. I recently bought some windshield wiper blades here with many choices & prices, and was given advice & options for the replacements parts. They also installed them which is a huge perk for me. Worth your time & $ to check their prices & services.

Excellent service. My buddy & � wer here buying a headlight bulb for his Mitsubishi Lancer and the gentleman that works there was so kind to actually come out and install it for us for free and then give us both some really awesome tips about his car! super cool! 5 stars

Was a very good experience. The employee helped me immediately when I walked through the door,helped me find everything I needed and made sure to install the part I needed as well.. Definitely will go out of my way to go there for my parts..

The cashier laughed at me and didn't want to help. Walked out. Plenty of other options in Oregon City. Go anywhere else.Typically fast and helpful. I'll add patient and knowledgeable. When I come here I always feel like I have a smart project buddy in Tim. He's sold me great parts and saved me time in equal amounts. I really appreciate this resource.

The best parts store around. They are great. They are a store based on customer satisfaction. They are very helpful, friendly, and honest. They won't sell it to you unless you need it. They have a huge variety of all things to do with vehicles. I really am impressed with their service oriented employees. They really have gone above and beyond the call of duty. They really deserve an award for customer service.

Cool people except they never like to answer the phones for some reason? Tired of calling 17+ times just to get an answer and when I go in there, there s four of them standing there looking bored as hell.

Good staff. Tom is especially helpful. Understands what you're asking for. I sometimes don't know the correct nomenclature. He can pick your brain for info he needs.

Bad customer service. Would have been no stars if possible. They're computer had the wrong info for an oil change on my car. Wouldn't let us return it because we started to open it. The staff was very rude and conceited also. I will never go in this store again and hope you don't either. The staff seems like just a bunch of guys who make minimum wage and don't really care about their customers.

Every other O'Reilly stores i have been to will replace a battery if you buy one but not this place. My son worked for them (another location) and he put batteries in all day long but not this place. Sounds like I'll take your money you get your stuff and leave or I really just don't want to do that today. Thank you my daughter is 1500 miles from home and needs a battery so I'll have her go to a better place
