I really wanted to be able to leave a good review. This is my second time here and the first time I was very happy with the customer service and work done on my front breaks. I appreciated how the mechanic came and talked to me about some other noises he heard but didn t pressure me to get more work done right away. I felt that I was charged appropriately. So I returned 6 months later to get my rear breaks done and the noises to be investigated as well as the maintenance light. And unfortunately I was disappointed with my recent experience. Although Jason was very nice, I feel a bit taken advantage of. I was charged for 2-3 hours of labor but was surprised that the services took an hour. I did research on the cost of the parts replaced and it was very low in comparison to what I was charged . I called to talk with a manager about it and asked if they could issue a partial refund or credit for more work to be done in the near future. He said he d speak with another manager and get back to me. And I have not gotten a response or any kind of follow up. Furthermore, my car sounds the same as it did when I brought it in. If they had followed up at least, this review could have gone differently.

First time at Meineki! They were very personable and made me feel that they cared. The wait was a bit longer than their initial estimate but nowhere as long as most other place. About 1/5 the wait compared to previous experiences at most other places in the area. They performed a good, clean, and thorough job on my vehicle.I liked them a lot and intend to return for my vehicle s next service needed.

I brought my 4Runner here after doing a lift and needing an alignment, no one had available appointments but this place was able to squeeze us in at our earliest convenience. They did a great job even though it needed a little extra work than a normal alignment. They advertised on service needed but were not pushy at all. Will return and will recommend people to come here

Jason and the Pit Crew were very professional and helpful. Took the time to get the job right and discussed with me before moving on to the next step. First time customer I'LL BE BACK!!Maybe tires, oil change, filter change. Thank You for a Outstanding Experience.

I brought in my motorhome on a Friday evening and Saturday morning they had it diagnosed with a list of services needed and fully up and running by Tuesday despite some extra electrical problems left from the previous shop. Very fast, professional and knowledgeable.

Took our suburban to meineke in Oregon City. We had a leak in our condenser unit and needed shocks I initially took to the dealership but was appalled. Ended up taking it to meineke. Jason the manager was professional everyone there was efficient they took care of us worked everything out with our service contract provider. Will be will be taking all of our vehicles there moving forward. Awesome experience.

Fantastic service! Brought my daughter's car in because it ran really loud and wanted to eliminate the muffler as a cause. They immediately got the car into a bay and figured out what the problem was, said they could fix in right then and there, gave us a loaner car for the 2.5 hours it was being worked on, and fixed the problem so it runs quietly and smoothly now. Highly recommend!

When I took the car to the shop. Jason and Rob were very happy, they were quick to take care of fixing the car right away. Having finished the car on the drive home I felt completely different half an hour ago. You guys are so great.

We had brake work done here (new rotars and pads) and were very happy with the work the Meineke mechanic did. And Jason at the front desk was friendly, thourough and very fair in his prices (we checked around). I highly recommend this place -- Oregon City location. We'll give them our business from now on. Changed oil and topped off fluids on my older hybrid. The car had a strange signal going off intermittently. They checked for any codes, but there was nothing. They test drove it and said It appeared safe. I will Come here again. Thank you.

Friendly service and reasonably priced, they weren't able to fix the issue with my check engine light due to the part being a dealer-only replacement, but they let me know about a recall on the part and did the diagnostics for free. Will definitely be back for future maintenance.

I got to say... after so many poor experiences at many different places and different mechanics, it was so great to get my car taken care of how it should be every time.My opinion and issues mattered and believed. They were not discarded, and I wasn't treated like I wouldn't know what I was talking about. It saved time and money.They got me in and took care of my car in two days, both under 5 hours.Definitely have my business and appreciation.

My highest praise to everyone who works at this Meineke, Oregon City. They recently helped with a flat tire just after the freeze. Everyone I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and prompt.

The employees at meineke are great. From the service desk to the mechanics. They are friendly and are actually concerned about trying to save YOU, the customer money. They don't try to UPSELL you on work you don't need. I've been looking for a mechanic I CAN TRUST for quite awhile, and I'm glad to say I have found them.

Very impressive. The Chevrolet dealer told me I needed about $1400 in brake work on my Suburban. Jason took a quick look at it for no charge, said there was no way my brakes needed replacing and sent me on my way. Obviously, I will be back when my car needs service.

The employees at the shop were kind, diligent, and efficient. They took care of the concerns I had with my car, and worked within my budget to make sure the car was safe to drive. This is the second time I ve had my car work on here. It s been an amazing experience both times! They re very upfront about cost. Last time I had an issue with my air box? And they fixed it for only the diagnostic charge and same with this time! This place saved my bacon...was overdue on an oil change and had a big job with hauling equipment the next day...even though they were booked up they went ahead and got the work done! They were willing to work a little harder to give me the price of mind that my truck will be ready for the job with fresh oil! Really appreciated the extra mile they went to make it happen and still be affordable!

They got me to install an unneeded part for $2,200 and it didn t solve the stalling issues or my dropping rpm s in fact there is no difference from before I brought it to them. They didn t fix the problems and I m still experiencing car problems. Really unhappy with them!

The best place hands down. Came for an oil change and found that previous shop, Jiffy Lube in the shopping center intersection 213 and S Beavercreek road, had messed up my oil pan. The leak was profuse but Meineke handled it well. In spite being only 2 techs working that day they pull through and made it happen. I am very pleased and will be my go to place from now on. Thank you Meineke!!!
