We are repeat customers of Luis' Tire Service. We've bought tires there, had oil changes, alignments and other services done there. We always get great service at a fair price. My husband was a mechanic in a past career and he always takes his cars to Luis. That says a lot!

Noticed I needed trailer tires on my 2 horse. Shopped around before calling Luis' Tire Service.. 10 ply tires for cheaper than 8 ply elsewhere.

Awesome customer service! Excellent assistance on the purchase of my new Copper Discoverer AT3 tires. Amado was extremely helpful in narrowing down my choice of tire. Setting up tire delivery & installation was extremely easy. Omar and his co-workers completed the tire installation to my satisfaction. Highly recommend this tire shop. Will definitely be a return customer. To all their staff- Thank you for your assistance, much appreciated!

These guys are legit. Finally an honest mechanic. My brakes were squeaking badly and I feared the worst. Ended up just being caked with brake pad dust. Cleaned them up for less than $50 and I was on my way in less than an hr. Couldn t recommend this place more.

Luis' Tire Service is incredible! I had an issue with a tire on a Tesla, I was asked for a photo of the tire and it was ready to be installed the next day. The friendly knowledgeable staff was already expecting me and there was no wait. 20 minutes later, I was safely back on the road with a perfectly matching tire. I will always use Luis' Tire service from now on.

We just bought a car and wanted new tires on it. We got the best deal on all 4 tires and they were super helpful and nice. They didn't try to over sell us on anything. We will be going back for our future needs.

Unfortunately a 2 star review due to bad communication and scheduling issues with this tire shop. I decided to leave the big box tire stores and try my local small business for tire installation and alignment. After the tires were installed they Informed me they couldn t do an alignment because I needed new ball joints. They scheduled me to bring the truck back the following Saturday (1 week later) for them to install new ball joints and complete the alignment. 3 days prior to showing up for the work I received a confirmation phone call from the tire shop confirming the Saturday 8am drop off time for the work to be completed. Upon arriving to the tire shop. I was greeted and told they were unable to complete this work on my truck and told that Saturdays were not a good day for any suspension work. And wanted to reschedule it on a weekday. Unfortunately at this time. I will have to take my business back to a tire shop that doesn t schedule an appointment and then turn away the customer.

I procrastinated getting new tires as long as I could, but with the potential bad weather approaching I knew the time had arrived. Les Schwab quoted me about $800 for moderately decent all-season tires. I gave Luis a call & Amando quoted me $650. I thought Oh wow, with prices that good they must be super booked out, right? . WRONG. Amando tells me I can get you in first thing Monday morning unless you want to come now. I can have them done in 45 minutes - I took him up on the offer. My call to Amando was at 1:30, I got to the shop at 1:45 where the tires were already pulled, the gentlemen had my car up on the rack before I finished the check-in process & the job was completed at 2:15. 30 MINUTES. I couldn t have asked for a better experience. They also do oil changes so you can get your oil and tire services done at the same time! Friendly, fast, affordable service. THANK YOU!

The hardest working crew of individuals. It was a really hot day, made my appointment to get my oil changed, and was treated with great professionalism and kindness. I so respect Luis for his hard work and especially training his guys. Recommend this place for Brakes, tire rotations, and most certainly oil changes.

Luis's Tire Service is THE BEST place to go in the area to get work done on your car. His prices are absolutely unbeatable, and the customer service dealing directly with Luis is ideal if you want peace of mind and honesty. They've made a lifetime customer out of me. Take my word, you will not regret going to Luis's.Update of 2024! Still an amazing place. Terrific customer service. Work is top-notch. I feel much safer in my vehicle now, which gives me so much peace of mind driving my children around. If I could give ten stars, I would.Thank you, guys!!

Luis is the man! His crew is awesome! Called around for new tire prices, and Luis beat everyone else by a noticeable difference. I showed up and was professionally greeted by Justin. They then took the time to answer questions and explain the process. Service was prompt, and they even pointed out some things to look into and keep an eye on. These guys deserve 10 stars!!

This is an awesome local business! They communicated with me throughout the whole process and did all 4 of my brakes for about $200 less than what I would have been charged at Les Schwab or a dealership. They are friendly, use good parts, and extremely quick. I highly recommend this place! Give them a shot before you go anywhere else. You won't be disappointed.

Full front end rebuild on my 4x4 and i couldn't be happier. Fantastic quality of work and friendly, knowledgeable customer service second to none. Much more than tires and a hidden gem in Oregon City. Highly recommend.

Super nice and low cost. Comfortable waiting room with TV and coffee, or you can walk to Safeway while you are waiting. Both times I was there they started on my car without delay.Louis' is where I got my last two front tires. I asked if they had any used tires in my size, and yes... two 95% tread tires in my size for half the cost installed . If you are on a budget, ask them.I super recommend this LOCAL business :-) I plan to use them for my next oil change and brake pads.

Is there 10 stars?? The other big name retail store gave me an estimate of $260 with Luis s staff and his help I was able fix my tire for $65. The retail store wanted me to buy a new car without checking my tire, Luis checked my tire and my tire is fine!

I had a slow Lea k took my car in. They were very busy. He fixed my slowly with a screw in my tire in 30 minutes. I won't go anywhere. Great, great service.

My tire was suddenly low, they fit me in right away for a patch and Luis provided excellent customer service to me as well as everyone I saw go in. His team was fast, efficient, and kind. I will definitely be purchasing my tires here in the future and going here any time I have a tire issue.

The guys at this shop have been great! They communicated with me everything that was needed, and didn't once make me feel like I needed my husband with me so I didn't get railroaded. I got there a little early to pick up my car but they were super accommodating offering me a ride anywhere I needed to go, I didn't need to go anywhere but it was great to have the option, and they have a very comfortable waiting room away from the shop with refreshments, TV and wifi what else do you need? Anyway 10 out of 10 for sure!

The other day I took my vehicle to see if it needed tires. Luis, the owner, checked my tires and told me they had at least 200 more miles left. THAT'S HONEST. I needed to write this review so that people could read this and be assured that when you take your vehicle in to Luis' tires they will always be honest with what you need done. About 6 months ago they put new tires on my other vehicle and I got a great price and great service.Diane KWest Linn

Absolutely awesome with quick service. We were originally waiting at less schwab like 45 minutes then they said another hour wait just tom hange a flat. Called up Luis and boom we drove 3 minutes to them and were in and out in less than an hour. Thank you so much guys

Best prices, best service! I got tires on my Subaru and trailer, they treat their customers like gold. Pride of ownership through and through! Extremely clean and comfortable waiting room, equipped with coffee, tv and restroom. I also come here for all my oil changes too!
