It was a great experience! Andrew was awesome, helpful and so nice!I have been talking with Spencer, the service mgr. for a year about getting a new car. He pointed me in the right direction ! So grateful for everyone at Wilsonville Subaru!!

Great experience this time. An experience last year wasn t good. This time I was able to speak with someone in service. Got an appointment easily. Car was ready when promised. Helpful checkout. Got good advice on what to expect at next service. Car was ready to go except my digital display had been changed from where it was. Perhaps the battery was disconnected?

I bought my car preowned from this dealership, and had to have thousands of dollars of work done to it within the first few months of owning it. It concerned me that I was the one that had to catch all the problems with it, and the service team didn t notice anything during their presale inspections. During that time, they took great care of me, and went above and beyond to make sure that I was safe and the vehicle was fixed properly.When I bought the car, I also purchased a lifetime oil change service contract. Since that time, they have fired the only two service writers I knew well and trusted, and the service experience is shockingly worse. Two days ago, I called to ask if they could fit me in to get an oil change done, as I m due and of course not nobody available. But they tell me I can come on Saturday. Okay, but I would rather come during the week, so I ask, what about the Express Service? Even though the service center is open until 6 pm, your voicemail states express is open until 5 pm, no appointment needed. Will they do it if I get there before 5? I was told no, and that I need to get there before 4, and then I can have it serviced.So today, I left an hour and a half early from work to make sure I made it before 4 pm. I arrived at 3:55 pm where a service rep told me sorry, they re closed and they d just taken the final car. I told them I called previously and was told that if I got there by 4, they would service my vehicle. He tells me he s sorry, and when I ask him what I should do, because I need service and my oil light is on, he tells me I should come Saturday or make an appointment. They have cost me time and money, and now annoyed me enough to leave a review. Obviously not helpful. While I was being told that the service center was closed during listed operating hours, another employee pulled up behind my car and blocked me in. As she was exiting the vehicle, I tried to stop her and let her know I was needing to leave. She didn t even look away from her paperwork to acknowledge me, shut the door, walked past me and said, yeah I ll let one of the service guys know. I wouldn t even do that to a stranger on the street. I called to request some customer service advice from the manager, but haven t received a call back.I don t know what is going on with these folks, but their standard of service is drastically worse than it was 2.5 years ago. I have never seen a branded business just blatantly ignore and misrepresent their hours of operation or fail to honor their service contracts faithfully. I had every intention of buying my next vehicle there, because despite the initial issues, they took care of me. Since then, I have really lost faith in their ability to support my needs as a customer, and once I decide to move on from my current vehicle, I will likely take my business elsewhere.

I drive in from Lincoln City to have my car serviced. The people who work there are super friendly and very helpful. I want to keep my 2022 Outback Onyx Edition in tip top condition. This is my "rest of my life' car! I was driving a 1998 Volvo with a cassette player. My son called me in 2021 and told me he was buying me a car. As a mom I resisted, he has a young family to raise. It was during the pandemic, and he searched a long time to find this car in New York, then had it delivered to Lincoln City for us! Never in a million years did I expect something like this to happen. When I picked up my car, a young man walked me to my car, I told him my story of adopting a newborn and watching him grow into a very smart, kind and responsible young man and excel in business as he did the start-up for Instacart and Spire space company and many more. Thank you, Lithia Subaru for the great service and care!

This business service department has gotten better and better every year over the last nine years we have been going there.They were just average and unremarkable years ago however slowly but surely the management must be listening to the customers and keep improving.

Deseo from Parts and Service helped me over the phone initially and got me an appt w the service team less than 2 hrs from my call. They got my Forester in and not only was it repaired the same day within a couple hours, but it was covered under my extended warranty, which is always good news. They did not screw around, they took care of the problem, and I was on my way to continue with my work week.

I came in with a Subaru guaranteed trade, my Costco purchase program certificate and a pre set appointment; looking casually at a Solterra. The sales team, and my sales manager Amber was so easy to work with. So happy to have driven off in my new 23 Solterra!

I usually have to wait a few hours for my oil change and tire rotation but I happened to go on a day that wasn t too busy. I came ready with things to keep me busy while I wait but I was in and out in less than an hour and got a quote for other issue!

Excellent service as always! Took less time than quoted and was given a veteran discount without ever asking for one. Brian Hubble the ASM noticed my veteran plates, applied the discount and thanked me for my service when I closed out. Nobody gives that kind of service anymore except the folks at Lithia so it was much appreciated!

I went in for a 30k appointment service on my 2019 Crosstrek, and was greeted quickly by the staff and assigned a service rep. He went through all the recommended items, and I had already done three, so those were taken off the service request. After waiting in their lounge with free coffee, water, WiFi and bagged snacks for about an hour, the rep came and got me and I was ready to go. I've always had fast friendly service at this location. Other local dealer, not so much.

The folks that work in their service department have all been awesome. I've had a great experience the whole way through every time I've gone. Most recently, needed to go in for a quick bulb change as my front headlight had gone out and I wanted to get it done before the rainy season started. It was a very busy day but the guys who helped me were quick and efficient and went above and beyond.

Excellent service they were extremely kind and friendly for both visits and helped us to get everything addressed for our 2016 crosstrek. The rental car they provided was great and had us very excited to test out a forester and had the same bells and whistles we have on the cresstrek so getting used to driving it was flawless.

My love hate relationship with my 2016 Outback began soon after purchasing it new at Lithia Oregon City. It had been in and out of the shop (and others) for various electrical/battery/key fob issues. Long story short, eight years later Subaru of America finally decided to address these problems as these issues were common amongst hundreds of other customers. I took my car back into Lithia Oregon City and Service Advisor Derek was such a joy to deal with. He understood my frustration I'd been having with my Outback and proceeded to have the shop work on the situation. It appears that as of this writing, my Subaru has been "updated" and or repaired to address the electrical problems. Shout out to Derek who in my opinion went above and beyond to treat me fairly and retain my business with Subaru. Thank you.

Wife and I had filets full of gristle. Very difficult to cut. The restaurant venue, the service, the meat preparation was great. The evening was a gift from our daughter, and we chose to not complain to the server to ruin the event. But filet mignon should never be riddled with gristle. And were they really filets? Looked like they were size and shape? You have a serious problem with your butcher/ buyer.

Angel and his team were awesome! Even though I was a walk-in, my spark plugs were swapped and my whole car checked within a few hours. Plus I enjoyed some great coffee, snacks, and Wi-Fi while I waited.Thank you!

2nd time in two months that I needed a new tire due to a puncture on the sidewall of my tire and each time I was treated with professionalism Ryen handled everything and kept me informed as to what was going on, I m so glad I got the dent ding windshield and tire insurance when I bought my car

The service person that we worked with was very helpful and courteous. The only problem we had was a scratch/abrasion on the front drivers side bumper. It wasn t there when we arrived. I didn t report it at the time because it was minor and didn t want to get into a fight over how it happened of if was already there before we arrived. In the future I will have the service person go around the car with me to document any scratches or damages.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tire rotations, Wiper blade installation, Oil change
