scam!! They said my charge card was declined, which was weird so I paid a different way. Then I was charged on my charge card, they charged me twice!!! No response when I called. Never will go there. This was my only time using this place and I will never go back! Also $20 thanksgiving other places nearby! $120 for a standard oil change.**** update still committing fraud on my account. Never resolved and charged me twice.

Went to get my oil changed and then I found out that they were able to rotate my tires and change my wiper blades both of which I was going to have done and I was thankful I didn't have to go elsewhere and another stop and wait. I also was pleased I could have my warranty maintenance completed without going to the dealership. It didn't take long either for everything I had done and was a fair price. It was so nice to have all my work done in one stop.

Very helpful we had our oil changed. Bathrooms could use a little cleaning. Other than that, they did a great job.

This Jiffy Lube is so jiffy that they don t provide the service you are billed for . I immediately drove to the Berry Hill Jiffy Lube who verified that I was charged for services that were not performed. If the service takes less than 10 minutes you got scammed in a Jiffy

Jerome and his team his team were super friendly and proffesional. Had oil change plus flush..had a few questions the next day as this car has no dip stick, oil or transmission..so they showed me how to check the levelsinside the car via the buttons available on the wheel. ..thanks for taking the time to help me.Service: Oil change

This store has consistently given half a$$ service but have no problem taking your money and ruining your car. Also love when you call asking for legit advice how they laugh and hang up on you. I was asking for help getting my drain plug loose since they way over tightened it the last time I was in. Turns out they never checked my other fluids and they didn't tighten the oil filter all the way which lead to an unseen oil leak and now engine damage.

They rip you off they don't have conventional oil when you want a regular signature service and then they want you to upgrade to it like a blend or a.Full synthetic and charge you more money? I just need a simple oil change and they send me away. They they toDld me on't have conventional so they're horrible if you supposed to provide oil changes especially for all oil types.

I was in yesterday for a Signature Service oil change and there were no other customers so I got right in. They were done in ten minutes which nice but when I got home I realized that they didn't vacuum the interior or clean the exterior glass as described in the service. Upon further inspection I found that the windshield washer fluid had not been topped off and the brake fluid was at the low level. I did see a new oil filter and the oil is at the correct level. I did have a coupon but don't know if that's what made a difference but they really should do the entire service as described.Service: Oil change

Fairly friendly folks over there, but slow. Their policy is "to finish the car that came in first" which is understandable, but does it really take 4 guys to work on 1 car? Two guys were trying to figure out the size of the engine in the next bay over, and the other 2 guys were standing around chatting. What's the point of having 2 bays when you can only work on 1 at a time? Don't they hire enough people to work on both bays simultaneously? Ended up going to the one down the road and they were amazing! Friendly AND fast!

Charged me twice for the oil chnge and wouldn't honor the coupon that i got in th e mail bc i used my own oil and filter i was getting a 4$ discount instead of the 24.99$ coupon discount he was very unpleasant about it wont be going back

Service was very fast, friendly, and honest. Pawan and his crew were great. When I shared that I was planning to replace my vehicle soon they gave some helpful recommendations, and the chip in my windshield was sealed for free and in the amount of time the oil change took. I have received good service at multiple Jiffy Lube locations, though this was the best experience yet. Thank you!Service: Oil change

Had oil service and they didn't check our coolant level which was empty. This was key reason to bring in with hot weather. Called and they said additional charge for this. Clearly no longer double checking work. This is so basic n we count on them for fluids. Do we have to now specify n confirm every component? Did they turn this into new profit center? Bummer when we can't count on this critical aspect.Service: Oil change

they were good they followed specs. on the process then they let me pick my own oil and i was recommended by the mechanic to change my cabin air filters which i did. If you need your oil changed go there they also do brakes!"

They did my oil change QUICK. And you can finally stay in your car now. :) The manager/ Lead was very kind and informative. I prefer this place over Valvoline because of their efficiency and quickness. They also will top off your oil within 3k miles of your last oil change which is not offered at other related businesses. Very professional and friendly staff. I m a new and now loyal customer to Jiffy Lube located on Berry Hill.

Really appreciated the no nonsense service with no attempted upselling. They use very high quality synthetic for German cars, so much so I quit bothering doing oil changes myself. Price is reasonable as long as you use a coupon, which are always easy to find.
