Not only was our original finish date of our vehicle kept pushing back, they called us 5 days later and 30 minutes prior to closing for the weekend to pick it up. We were in constant contact, (I have records to prove) they (K. and C.) told me that they couldn t hold the car. I couldn t make it before they closed because not only is it rush hour, I was still working on top of that when they finally finished. C. and K. proceeded to tell me how they have Easter dinner with their family and couldn t hold the car and continued to be condescending about how they are not a storage company and I had to pick up my car ASAP because they give customers an hour to pick up when finished. Our car was sent there by our insurance to get fixed, not impounded for repairs. Lastly, they wanted payment over the phone. This is by far the worse customer service.

Darcey with Gerber Collision and Glass and the office was friendly, courteous and understanding. They didn't take a month to get an appt like some other shops. Darcey came out took pictures and took the time to actually look and explain their process. Other estimators just looked and said my vehicle was totaled. She wrote up a report in 15 minutes while I waited. Very professional.

Over a year later, they still have not completed the repair on our vehicle. We stopped asking for updates months ago after receiving the same song and dance each time about supply shortages and "we'll let you know when the part arrives". Charged us an additional $1,000 for a deductible that had already been paid by our insurance company. It took weeks to get a refund check from their corporate offices after the local shop refused to reverse the transaction at the point of sale.

I had the rudest experience with a feckless estimator at Gerber. I also had to wait an hour past my appointment time just have the worst, most incompetent staff say they couldn't do the work but then later said they could. Do not go here.

Terrific, consistent communication so I knew where my car was in the repair process. Darcy and the front desk folks were wonderful and friendly. I m very happy with the repair my car is as good as new.

Took my car in to get it fixed last November. They did estimate and said they couldn't fix it til end of February. Got it back in April. I needed a letter explaining this timeliness to go after others insurance for loss if use. They couldn't even write a letter for me. They basically are costing me $5k. When it was J&M it was great. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! You've been warned.Service: Body & Trim

The quality of their workmanship seemed fine, but they had several issues with communication. I don't know if it was dishonesty, miscommunication, or ineptitude. They told me it would be a 5-day job, and on day 29 when I told them I needed my car back, they told me that "quality can't be rushed, you need to be patient." They also told me that my car insurance would cover rentals past day 29, which was incorrect.One week into the job, they updated me and told me my car was taken apart and they were working on it. Two weeks into the job they said they were working on getting a panel off, which is step number 1 and the panel was supposedly already off the week prior. They also told me there were no parts delays, my car was prioritized, and they would be "shocked" if it took longer than 29 days. By day 29 they couldn't even tell me when my car would be done "Anything could happen, we can't promise anything."They also told me there was a chip on my windshield, and "due to the location of the chip, the whole thing needs to be replaced." And it would cost around $1000. At this point I did not trust a word they said, so had a third-party glass company come look and they fixed the chip for less than $50.They also told me I owed $500 for my deductible, and tried to collect this money until I told them my deductible was only $250. They had no good answer for why they were trying to collect twice the cost of what I owed.Very cagey answering any question, could never give me a straight answer. I will not use Gerber ever again.

I had the pleasure of working with the shop owner and she was a friendly, down to earth person who was also very professional. They were very commutative with me and my insurance. They worked diligently and as quickly as possible to get my vehicle back to me as soon as possible. They answered all my questions and returned my vehicle back to me in excellent condition. Highly reccomend this Gerber.

I had a great experience! It took awhile to get my vehicle in to be fixed, but was worth the wait. They did a great job very quickly and my car looks as good as new. They also made getting and returning my rental car a breeze.

Used as J&M and was good job then.Using again and estimate was done quickly and easily. Staff very helpful and friendly.Made appointment, but just wish had not been a month out. Took to Shop and was early. Took it in and recptionist called Hertz for me.They kept me informed by texts. Said parts needed to be ordered in. Hoping to be done by Friday, but possibly not. They are making sure everything is rightAnd be upfront. I know things do not always go as planned with a car since my father was a mechanic

My expectations for auto body were very low due to having our family hauler go in and out of a shop in Clackamas 3 times and it still being broken. It then went to a 2nd shop to fix the previously shops shotty work. However, Gerber blew the previous shops out of the water and was the best auto body experience I've ever had.I came in for a estimate and ended up dropping off my car right then and there as they were able to fit my car in while I went away on vacay. Gerber was able to take care of me by fitting my car into their previously scheduled business and even with this limitation, they still managed to have it completed in under two weeks. All the estimates from other shops were at least three but likely four+ weeks to complete the work.Not only were they fast, but my car was returned to me detailed and looking super fresh and clean! It's beautiful again and you cannot see any evidence of the side swiping damage. After what we went through with two other shops, I was pleasantly surprised by their attention to detail and their thorough work. I'd rate them 10 stars if I could!!If you want great work, go to Gerber and you'll be well taken care of!

Got the jeep back today, the crew at Gerber collision and glass did an amazing job, looks like new, i took her in on the morning of the 5th and it was done yesterday, they were very nice and pleasant to work with, answered all my questions and I had no concerns at all, today proved that. Nathan and Fernando were very knowledgeable and professional, as well as all of the staff. A+++.

Had a slashed tire incident occur while I was in town on a business trip, Eric went above and beyond to get me back on the road all while I was stuck at work. My specific tire caused a lot of headaches and on a day they were short staffed- they kept me posted the whole way and even gave a bill well below expectations. Can't speak highly enough of their service and how much they saved me today! Will be bringing ALL my business to them in the future!Service: Body & Trim

Ran into a barrier and brought in my car to get fixed. These guys didn t try to bend me over and up sell anything. I was working with straight up honest people who were looking out for my best interest. I will be using them and referring everyone who needs any body work done. Also, the work was done within 2 days

They kept me informed and the work was done in a timely manner. The work was perfect: the car looked brand new. They also did a job of cleaning both inside and out. The staff was also friendly and attentive. Great work!

Comcast has a better reputation then these guys. After I scheduled a home visit to repair my windshield my headaches started. Chad, the tech I was given was mediocre at best. To say I had to reschedule with him three different times would be an understatement. THERE WAS NO RESCHEDULING. Just a vage attempt at saying he would be by 1st thing in the morning and I should expect a call.After not getting my first appointment, the following two days I received a call in the morning saying he would be over within the hour or mid morning. He never showed up. Hours after the scheduled appointment, I called him, with no answer. Then a short time later I would receive a call or a text from him, vaguely saying we needed to rescheule. The WORST part of all was he was unapologetic and laughed at me via text. Even when I called their main office to inform them of this and to get a different tech sent out, it took them 6 hours to call me back to try and reschedule for a 4th time.Even with making an appointment well in advance, I was unable to get a the basic service I needed to my SUV. Because of this, I could not get my windshield replaced before heading out of town for a road trip. Don't give them your business.

After having a horrible experience with J&M, I thought I would call and schedule a time for an estimate, since this location is now Gerber Auto Body.NOTHING HAS CHANGED! - Do not even waist your time calling, or stopping by. I was told the estimator is booked 3 weeks out. I would need to schedule a time to leave my car to be inspected. I didn't feel that I was being heard with my request, and don't trust this location with my car.

Fast, convenient, professional and the guy that came out and did my windshield was the same plus he let me chat his ear off as he just kept on doing the replacement of my windshield. Never stopped working

WOULD NEVER tell anyone to go here. what should of been a 1 week project has now almost been a 3 week. I go to check on my car and NO ONE IS touching it. Plus they can't even call you to update you. just bad.
