I have been using Clackamas Auto Parts for nearly 50 years. They have been great to deal with. Always have great employees with lots of knowledge and great customer service.

Very unprofessional . I was put on hold 5 times on the same day. It s Pretty clear Clackamas auto parts obviously sees the phone number calling and avoids calls they want to avoid. Note: this company Answered and tended to my husbands phone call while I was on hold. We don t all live in Oregon city so we have to call. Clackamas Auto Parts,, thanks for nothing. Keep my money and I have no parts.

I have gotten my wheel bearings pressed from them on a few of my cars. They do amazing job every time never once have I had a problem with them. You guys have a customer for life when ever I need something pressed or rebuild.

I would recommend this place to anyone. They are amazing and can usually find all the hard to find parts. The guys here know what they're doing and it shows

Well this place is a gem, Dan and crew are great with the finding of auto parts and anything automotive related. Then there is Art in the machine shop, he is a wealth of knowledge and is very polite. For auto parts and machine shop service there is no better place to go to, and its been around for 85 years.

The most helpful and overall kind shop around. I have been using Clakamas Auto Parts for 5 years. Lynn and Dan have always gone above and beyond and I am thankful for their business in this area. You will be extremely happy with the service. The place to go to keep it local and in our community! Thanks guys, you are the best!!

You can depend on these fine people. Their service is fast, they are friendly and courteous. They do high quality work and they stand behind it. What more is there to want? I am a return customer and I drive from Salem. If you go in on your lucky day there will be a few old-timers holding court at the parts counter. It is something not to miss.

Go to this store, it is a classic! The guys that work here are smart, experienced and very helpful. We need to keep these brick & mortar stores in business. When you buy your wipers from them they install for free. I like that kind of service!

Love this place. Relaxing just to walk inside. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and yet not over bearing. Guys were sitting talking politics and just hanging out. I've been to cigar bars more uptight. They had what I thought was a common part that Auto Zone didn't carry. I will drive from Portland to get my part here now.

Excellent customer service and good selection. Very friendly, courteous and helpful. I came in to buy a couple of quarts of oil and the gentleman behind the counter came out to help me and put the oil in the car for me. Very happy and will be coming here again for auto parts needs.

great shop, knowledgeable staff. I always take my machine work here. gets done in a timely manner. only had one problem but they fixed it fast and out of their own pocket.would recommend!

Superb customer service! Dropped by Clackamas Auto Parts looking to replace the cabin and engine air filters. Dealership quoted $66.90, got both air filters installed in less than 10 minutes here for less than $25!!! Highly recommend for the friendly and fast service.

Have my parts on hand. Did not have to wait for them to come from another place. Been a customer since the 70's. Still a customer and highly recommend them.

Best place in town if you need something done quick, efficient, and cheap. These guys just can't be beat and they've helped me numerous times. They do bearings for both cars and motorcycles! Killer crew.

I needed new rear shocks that were going to be $300 to install at a shop, but got them for $100 here and some basic info about installing them. I called in and had the part ordered, it showed up the next day.

I needed a headlight on a rainy afternoon. I bought the lamp only to find out that I was short on tools at hand, and the bolt holding the battery in was very stubborn. Cold and wet I went in to ask for help. Obviously, I'm not a pretty woman yet they helped me anyway. In the process I opened up a can of worms as what usually happens when you tackle an easy project. These guys helped me all the way. Really cool. Although I left tired, cold and soaked, I was a happy camper.

Any time I need parts I call Clackamas Auto Parts. They are friendly, never talk down to me just because I'm a woman, help me figure out the parts I need and are patient when I don't know things like engine litres or size of something on my car. They offer me a variety of parts and prices for each thing I need. If it's not in stock, it's usually there by the afternoon. Close, convenient, reputable. I like supporting small, local businesses. They've been around for a long time.

The best customer service I've ever had at an auto parts store. Any store for that matter. I really felt at home there. Good old fashion service! I would recommend them to everyone.

I have never had a better auto parts supplier be so accommodating, reliable, and helpful when it comes to making sure I have what I need and even helping with some of the installation of purchased parts. I won't be going anywhere else! Clackamas Auto Parts is awesome!

Only place in metro area that has their machine shop open on a Saturday till 5 p.m. prest a axle bearing on in the late afternoon on a Saturday. Thanks to them i got the jeep back on the road with out having to wait till Monday morning like everyone else told me i would have to do thanks guys from clackamas auto parts for your commitment to your community

If there were 7 Stars Clak auto would have it.Machine shop, old school service, good prices military discount and BAR STOOLS AT THE COUNTER !!! For us old guys w/ bad backs.Thanks for the service

Dan and Art were incredibly courteous and knowledgeable and were very attentive, when all said and done bill was half what other mechanics were charging me. Couldn't be happier!
