I had a good experience with Bullet Auto Repair. Randy is a knowledgeable when it comes to cars. He was able to figure out what was wrong with my transfer case on my Jeep Wrangler. He was able to find the parts at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend Bullet Auto Repair to be your go to mechanic shop. Thank you Randy!

I ve experienced a 5 star experience with Bullet auto and Randy, I got quoted $500+ from other shops to repair my a/c, he did the work for $120!!! I recommend him 100% for all your mechanical work

We have a vehicle that required an engine replacement. We took it to Bullet Automotive and the job was completed very quickly in just a few days. All work was completed to the highest standard and very reasonably priced. The staff were all very personable and welcoming as well as throughly knowledgeable. A big thank you to everyone at Bullet Auto and our highest recommendation to others.

Bullet automotive were excellent. we had a new wheel bearing installed on our 2010 Ford focus and couldn't be happier. They finished the car the same day we took it in. The mechanic and the owner were good people. I will be using them again no doubt. 1 million stars.

Randy is an exceptional mechanic and wonderfully patient to work with. He kindly explained all my questions, even agreeing to my friend calling him on a separate occasion so I can fully understand the scope of the situation. Although his niche is in hot rods and classic cars, he was kind enough to take in my little Honda Civic Hybrid and share his knowledge and passion in cars. He is well balanced, recognizing that the issue with my car needed to be dealt with the dealership, finding honest and modest mechanics is a rare gem these days. I have been to several different mechanics over the years with my 74 Chevy G10. I started taking her to Randy about a year ago and will never go anywhere else. He has fixed all the mistakes the past mechanics have made and then some. His work lasts and the prices are fair. His attention to detail is excellent. Wow Randy and Adam are top notch! I took my Ford Focus in for a heater core...they had it in and out in a couple hours, not only were they half the price of nearby shops but they don't mark up the parts!!! They gave me the same price they pay which is unheard of these days. I can't recommend these guys enough. Thank you Bullet Auto!

Bullet auto replaced my catalytic converters and 2 oxygen sensors, they saved me nearly 2,000 from what other shops like Firestone were charging me. He was punctual with the time that he told me it was gonna be fixed and was honest and reasonable. Randy and his guys were great. Had a leak that I could tell where it was coming from. And needed some brake work done. Dropped it off at 9am. He had a estimate for me by noon. Had everything replaced and fixed by 430pm. Great service at a fantastic price. I will definitely be recommending Bullet Auto Repair to everyone I know, and I'll be taking my car issues to Jim. Randy and Adam were honest, upfront and run the business with integrity. I thought my Sequoia was was going to need new CV joints and it turned out to be the sway bar. Very reasonable pricing and was done the same day. Adam was able to check the fan and blinker as well and gave recommendations for repair. I had an excellent experience here. Got a clutch replacement and had a few other things looked at and replaced. Extremely friendly and helpful, and a very reasonable price for everything. I'll definitely be going back here from now on!

I had such a positive experience at Bullet automotive, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service, fair prices, and knowledgeable mechanics. Randy is trustworthy, friendly, and kept me updated on the status of my car. They didn t overcharge me and were helpful with any questions/concerns I had. Brought my car in and had my o2 sensors replaced and cats, Randy said if the light comes on to send him a text, a week later all the same codes come back on, I reached out and never heard back and it s been several months.Don t recommend

Can t recommend Bullet auto repair enough!! I went to S and N auto in Milwaukee and they quoted me $523 to fix my car I thought It was too much and I called around and talked to the owner of Bullet auto and he quoted me $120 went in the next day and got it fixed, definitely will be taking my business there in the future! Had a great experience. Brought my 1986 k20 chevy work truck in and he really took care of it and got everything done that we needed. Feel relieved to have found a good mechanic for our gas truck. My car was stolen on Christmas day and Randy at Bullet auto repair helped us. This is the place you want to go for auto repair. Randy is honest and a great communicator. We felt very taken care of. It s a rare spot!

We bought a 2008 Nissan Frontier with only 78.000 miles on it from a (come to find out very shady car dealership} After buying the extended warranty from the dealership we had the truck for 6 days and the engine blew. This happened the first week of April. The warranty company denied our claim. It costed us $1000.00 to rent a car home, towing to a shop in Everett Washington. Then the expense to get the truck back to Portland. We called the dealership and they worked out some shady deal with the warranty company after we threated to take legal action. The shady deal was that they would pay $3500.00 for a used engine and that included the labor to change it out. I could go on and on with details but what I wanted to share mostly is the integrity, business ethic and just true human compassion of Bullet Automotive.Randy and Adam have truly went above and beyond, Randy had put more work in this truck then he has been paid for. The Engine has to have even more work, whole new Timing chain and thanks to the shady deal the car dealership made, he will not be getting paid the rate he should be getting. But he will not give up, because he feels its the right thing to do and he feels so bad for us and our situation with this truck. This is the integrity, business ethic and human compassion I am talking about. I wish I could give him the compensation that he deserves :( He has earned our future business. I would refer anyone to him. We need more of Bullet Automotive business ethics in the world. Thank you Randy!!Service: Engine repair

This dealership is where you SHOULD be going. Adam was the mechanic who fixed my car. He broke down the issues in a way I could understand, he didn't overcharge, and he had my car back to me in 2 days. These people are honest and they're focused on a lasting relationship.. not a paycheck. I won't let any other business work on my car after coming here. Thank you Adam and Randy. Randy is amazing - I locked myself out of my car right as the sun was going down, and called to see if someone from Bullet might be able to get me back into my running car. Randy drove right over, got into my car with zero damage and was incredibly nice. Seriously saved me in a bad situation! Thank you Randy!

I had an check engine and I called Randy for help, he had me come and made time for me to see the problem and was able to help me to fix the problem. Im able to go and pass my DEQ now. Very nice service and response time. Will be coming here from now on.
