I took my son's cell in to have his screen replaced. I would highly recommend Batteries Plus in Oregon City. All the employees are friendly and very knowledgeable. I was told how I could go online to find a case and screen saver for my son's cell. When I went back to pick up the phone, Matthew Reese even put the new case on for me. I could not have done it on my own. Thank you Matthew!

I went to this location to have my Iphone 11 battery replaced. The agents were friendly enough and offered to have my phone battery replaced within an hour. True to their word the phone was ready in record time. However there was an Apple warning on the settings app that a non recognized battery was in the phone and that I could expect to have issues. I inquired with agent and he explained that there should be nothing to worry about and that the warning would go away in a day or so. I went home and started looking up what happens to phones with unauthorized batteries and became concerned. The articles also said that the warning would never go away and that there were no known ways to delete it. I went back the next morning and the same agent told me that the warning would go away in a few weeks. The very same person who told me the previous day that it would go away in a few days. My error was that I wanted to return the battery and take the phone to an Apple store for service. Batteries Plus obliged my request, removed the battery and credited back the charges made to my card. When I got to Apple the repair department said that the inside of the phone was damaged beyond their willingness to work on it and declined to help me. The end result was I had to purchase a new phone The only thing I can offer to anyone considering having the Iphone or other electronic devices repaired at batteries plus is to be aware of the possibilities of voiding any product warranties associated with their devices. Also it would be reasonable to have the sales people at Batteries Plus provide accurate information about their workmanship and the consequences that might occur when using non Apple approved parts.

These people can t program key fobs! I made 3 trips to this store and each time they told me that they needed a different machine to program my pickup s fob. The last time they deprogrammed my working fob and I had to wait while they fumbled around trying to fix it. I finally got out of there, but the employee was quite rude and not apologetic at all. I will Never go to this store again.

I went to the Oregon City Batteries Plus and dealt with Chris, I was having trouble with my key fob, the alarm kept going off randomly, all hours morning and night. He tested the brand new batteries I had just purchased, and found out that they were completely dead. Chris put in a new set, and by deduction found out that the fob no longer works. It was a relief to finally have an answer to my troubles.Chris went above and beyond what I expected. I hope the company reviews this post so he can be recognized as the outstanding employee that he is. Thank you Chris for the exceptional service.

I was convinced I needed a new charging port for my phone; I had cleaned it multiple times to no avail. I called to set up the appointment and spoke with Kevin. He had me come over to set up the repair. Before that he took a look and using a tool that's much more effective than the toothpick I used, got a lot of gunk out of the port that now works as good as new. He could have still done the repair to get money, or he could have charged me for his time then, but nope, not a dime. Incredible service, friendly and helpful. The next time I need any of the services they offer, I will go out of my way to use this store.

If you buy a battery and it goes bad during the warranty period, be aware! They will hold it for 3 days while they test and charge it. Wasting your time. At least at Autozone they trade it out right then and there. Batteries Plus lost my future business.

Kevin was outstanding and quickly fixed my phone when I thought it was broken for good. Highly recommend trying them before a phone company store! Lots of other great services as well.

Brand new location. Went during their ribbon cutting ceremony and the staff was nice and pleasant to interact with. They have a nice amount of inventory and prices were fair. Will definitely return for any battery needs I may encounter in the future.

Store manager was very unhelpful and unwilling to accommodate my simple requests all for a very obvious warranty issue. I d highly recommend going to one of the other locations.

iPhone users beware: they are not using authentic Apple parts, and they don't tell you that until AFTER you have them do the repair. I had my battery replaced on my iphone 11 pro in July of this year and 3 months later, my phone is acting like it doesn't have a battery in it. There was an error message in my settings immediately after replacing the battery and it said there was an unknown part in the phone and it no longer showed me the battery health. I called the store and asked what this is about and they said "yeah, we don't use Apple parts but the error will go away after a couple weeks." It took a month to go away, but I still never was able to see what the battery health was, so essentially they could've installed an already faulty or used battery in my phone and I wouldn't know. I think they did, because it's only been 3 months and my phone keeps turning off at 80% battery and it's acting the way it acted before I had the battery replaced. Wish I would've saved myself the waste of money and headache by just going directly to Apple. It seemed like the cheaper option initially to come here, but it doesn't save money if I have to end up going to Apple anyway. Ridiculous.

Great crew working there - very helpful and kind. The store just opened, and has lots of recycling opportunities, including batteries and light bulbs. Also a very clean store. Lots of products for sale as well. Check it out!

Excellent selection of batteries for many things. Helpful staff to find the right thing we needed. Prices are pretty reasonable as well. They also recycle a lot of things which is wonderful.
