Great customer service and communication, very friendly and understanding and very helpful they did a great job working on my car. And fair price hands-down recommended this place.

Where do I start? Well, first off, when you talk to the people they run this outfit, you'll quickly find that they are pretty down to earth transparent easy going and most importantly, honest.Hard to find these qualities from an auto shop these days. The highest of which is honesty.I'm preparing for a big trip and these people have put my mind at ease as for as helping me maintain my vehicle. Tune up, check. New belts, check. Needed a new transmission, check. Now, I know what all of you readers are thinking while reading this, "man, this guy got taken for a ride". (Get it a ride? HA!) No sir I assure they did not.These were all my requests and they made sure to ask all the right questions to see if these were things my vehicle really needed. And yes, I needed these things on a vehicle that had 130k on it. It's called maintenance.Highly recommend this shop. I'm not going to tell you that charged me the lowest prices. Besides, would you really trust a place solely based on price? They are very reasonable but it's the quality of work. You know you're getting piece of mind.No one Googles "cheapest doctor for my surgery". Went would you for good auto service? Exactly.Only place I would bring me fleet of vehicles to from now on.Thanks for reading.

Terry was able to fit me in SUPER last minute before my cross-country move. My transmission had a leak and there was a leak in my vacuum system. They were very communicative, friendly, honest, helpful, and it ended up being so much cheaper than I expected! If you're in Oregon City, don't bother going anywhere else. I've been to a few other places in OC, and they usually end up charging me a lot without figuring out what's wrong with my car. This place found the problems immediately and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

There's a reason why these guys are 5 stars! Terry is awesome!In my opinion, they feel like your old school mechanic team! Meaning: they seem more concerned with helping you and getting you back on the road! Communication is GREAT! Totally friendly, helpful and reasonable! Found my mechanic shop for sure!

Terrific people doing excellent repairs. Terry, the owner, is honest, knowledgeable, and cares about his customers. A great guy to trust with your car. Never have to worry about your repairs and prices are very fair. I won't go anywhere else anymore.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Guess I'll start by saying my story. I crashed my BMW drifting and needed a lot of work done. To be honest, I didn't even think a lot of it was fixable. I ended up taking my car into auto team and talked to the owner Terry. Right off the bat he was very helpful and honest with me about my problems and what might be causing them. They had my car done in one day. I had 6 different warning lights on in my dash, and they are all gone now! They even did extra stuff to make me happy. This place is great! Super honest, reliable, and quick workers. Don't waste your time anywhere else. If you live in Oregon city, this place will give you the best work for the best price. Their customer service is truly unbeatable. I will never be taking my vehicles anywhere but auto team for now on. Thank you terry and the auto team crew for all that you did for me and my beautiful BMW. One happy customer who will be returning in the future!

I am very happy with the service I received here. The guys called me ahead of working on the car to go over the problem at hand (turned out to be an oil pressure sensor) as well as recommending a few other fixes. I had them fix a couple but politely declined a few others and there was no issues or pressure. The service was done very quickly and my car was ready before noon. On top of the superior service, my wifes dog locked her out of her van outside the shop as we were picking the car up we asked the guys if they might be able to help out and they quickly and happily aided us in getting back into the car. Great guys, great service, and they will be my go to shop for any car needs I have!

These guys are the bomb!I've never dealt with a mechanic shop as awesome as these guys. They are extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy.They don't try to give you the runaround or upsell you.They knew I was on a tight budget and worked with me to get my car up and running.I can't say enough about Terry and his crew. They are amazing people!

We get amazingly good service. Terry and his team are all so honest. If something doesn t need fixing, he ll tell you. They never try to pressure you. And to save money, he has a deal where you pay for your oil changes a year in advance at a greatly reduced price.

Honest, reliable, friendly shop. Taking a car into a new shop is always nerve wracking for me--I'm grateful to have taken the chance with Terry and Autoteam! I initially went in for an oil change and have been back a few times since. Most recently I had them do my brakes. The turnaround was quick and the price was very reasonable, especially considering they drove me home when I dropped it off and picked me back up when the car was ready.They are committed to being a positive force in the community, and that commitment shines though all aspects of the work they do. I highly recommend this shop!

I finally found a trust worthy mechanic. Terry explained everything fully. I knew what I was paying for and why I needed the service. The price was explained, agreed upon before the work started. I now take my mother's car here for service, too. I highly recommend this little shop.

I'm the kind of guy who usually does his own work. I have used Auto Team several times now. They have totally gone the extra mile for me over and over. Their work is great and very honest. They keep you informed.

Terry and his team at Auto Team are very friendly and professional. Right now they have my 1979 Corvette and taking care of the issues. Terry is also rebuilding a 1976 corvette of his own so I felt really comfortable with him taking on my car because of his passion for corvettes.What I like about them is they're great consultants as well. My car has other issues that requires a specialty and instead of Terry telling you where to take the vehicle they delivered the vehicle for me.My first encounter was my alternator light and some requested that I needed to replace the alternator. But when Terry's mechanics looked at it they said your alternator is good we just need to replace the wiring connectors which is far less than replacing an alternator. I love their honesty... At that point I was sold to only take my vehicle to them.....Now I have an electrical issue where my car needs to be completely re-wired and Terry sent my car to Auto Electrical for the repairs then he's sending it to a window shop to get my T-Tops resealed to prevent water leakage....I highly recommend Auto Team and Paula the office manager is really nice as well.

These guys are amazing. I called them up to see about changing out my motor. It sounded good and all, but I wanted to have some work done by them first to make sure they actually live up to my expectations. I have been to a bunch of mechanics that have completely jerked me around with everything, doing work that was not the best and charging a premium price. These guys don't do this in the least. They not only charge a very fair price, but they also make sure the work is done correctly the first time.My first experience with them was having my clutch worked on, which I thought needed to be replaced. They informed me what was really going on, fixed it at an awesome price and made sure everything was perfect. When something else broke in the same area, I thought the work they had done was bad, but it was something else completely. They fixed the new problem up without question and threw in some other minor maintenance at no extra cost.I had my car worked on by a very reputable mechanic shop recently, who told me that my motor mounts were loose and it would take quite a bit of money to tighten them up. When these guys took a look, they let me know that one of them was completely shot and needed to be replaced. The quote for all four was FAR less than having them fixed at the other shop.These guys have proven themselves thus far and will have my business from here on out. I highly recommend these guys for all your mechanical work, they will not hustle you just to make an extra buck and they stand by their work.

I am very pleased with the auto team service. I have been very impressed with Terry, the manager, as he always seem to have a good understanding of the problem and how to solve it. I had to get the air conditioner charged. He did it for 106.00 The Jeep dealer gave me a bid of 252.00 to do the same work. I would highly recommend Auto Team Auto Repair in Oregon city OR

Terry runs a highly efficient honest and thorough mechanic shop. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle here. My family and I take all of our vehicles to Autoteam. If you need a solid mechanic you can trust and that will do quality work this is your spot. I highly recommend.

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had with a auto shop. They always kept in touch with me on the progress of the vehicle, even sent me videos of the problem. Any problem I have with any vehicle in the future will go to these guys.

I had to take in my van for some transmission work. After looking online for a mechanic, I took it to Terry s shop and couldn t be happier. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and had the parts delivered by the next morning with the repair done quickly and professionally. If you re searching for a mechanic search no further, their expertise was great and their pricing very fair.Will M.

They've always been upfront and honest with me. Pricing is fair. I've had them do everything from minor suspension repairs to major engine work. I'm writing this review after looking up their hours since I will be taking another vehicle to them for repairs in the next few days. If you're in the OC area I absolutely recommend them.

I ve gone to Auto Team for all of my maintenance needs ever since I met Terry about 10years ago. He always gives me a fair price, never tries to sell me anything I don t need, and does quality work! I would highly recommend getting all of your auto needs done by them.

I have been looking for a decent mechanic to work on my 87 turbocharge toyota pickup with little satisfactory results. Auto team solved my issue and are able to tackle untypical problems to get the desired results. I'm very happy with thier service

Auto Team is the best mechanic shop in the Portland area, the staff are down to earth anf they go the extra mile while being honest and fair. We've been exclusively servicing our vehicles here for years and will continue to do so. Cannot recommend tbem enough.

A fine shop with a few folks who seem to actually enjoy what they do. Mechanics and staff were very informative and down to earth. Diagnoses was diligent and well thought out. They understood my time crunch and came through admirably and sympathetically...and didn't gouge me for unneeded service or parts. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Excellent attention that was beyond expectation. We requested a second estimate from them, because the estimate from our Nissan dealership was outrageously bloated. In the end, we saved thousands of dollars and were delighted with their service.

Terry is above and beyond about the customer. I went in for a second opinion and he was 100% honest and set realistic expectations for what repairs were necessary. I won't go anywhere else going forward!

My daughters car was in need of repair and I was referred to Autoteam by a friend. I was skeptical about taking my car to a mechanic for fear of being taken advantage of because I am a woman, and I felt like it has happened to me before by a different auto shop. Terry at Autoteam was very friendly and honest. I was informed, kept up to date and sent pictures of what they found wrong. My bill was exactly what they said it would be. I have since taken my car and my other daughters car to Autoteam. I was informed of what needed to be done to my car and given a quote I could only afford so much and Terry told me what needed to be done at that moment and what could wait, he didn't push anything on me. I highly recommend Autoteam!!

These are the most honest, respectful car maintenance people I have ever met. They did a wonderful job on my car and are completely fair and honest. This will be the only place I take my car for future maintenance.

I couldn't have asked for a better mechanic shop. Close to home. Left my Range Rover there over the weekend while on vacation. Wife went in a picked up day we got back. Was easy process. They even offered to pick her up from the house from now on. Thanks will be back for my wife's brakes.
