EXCELLENT IN EVERY WAY!!At age 86, I must say that Eugene and Taylor are two of the finest people I have EVER done business with! They are very knowledgeable and extremely honest and fair in their pricing.I would never even consider taking my vehicle to any one else.

My wife drives a 2007Audi A6 and I've been to several shops in O.C. & L.O. and these guys are by far the best. No long waits or misc. charge. They share pictures and quotes online and give you a priority list of what work should be done next. Taylor the front counter guy talks in layman terms and never makes you feel like your eating his time like what I got at several other places. I highly recommend anyone with a German car give these guys a shot.

We have been to several shops in O.C. & Oak Grove area regarding an issue with our 2006 Rav4 and these guys are by far the best. They share pictures and quotes online and give you a priority list of what work should be done next. You have a log online so you can always check it. Taylor talks in layman terms and always answers all your questions and never makes you feel like you are wasting his time. I highly recommend anyone to take your vehicle to this shop.

I have booked car service with the Auto Shop Northwest crew for brake repairs, and other general service repairs my cars have needed over time. In fact , my car got a tuneup today (and a software update) and my car performs much better!Eugene and his crew provide expert care and service and aim to keep my car in tip-top shape.Thanks for making my life safer with your experience in auto repair needs. Auto Shop Northwest has become our go to shop. They are always accommodating, quick on the turn around, and affordable. They are honest and trustworthy. So thankful to have found this Oregon City Gem of a group of individuals who care about you and your vehicles. I would recommend them to everyone I know! Brought our car here for service. Cannot say enough about their service! They came and got our car and dropped it back off due to the virus. Took very good care of the car and even brought the vehicle in perfect condition. Cleaned everything and inspected it for free also. We will be back! Thank you for such great services!

I came in for brake pads and rotors, after calling ahead to set up an appointment and an over the phone estimate. They did a full evaluation and found a few other issues, put it in a digital estimate that was line by line. When I didn't understand what some of the things were they explained with metaphors or even showing me in person what the parts did and why they should be replaced. AND when I asked if they could replace only the brake pads and rotors they did without being pushy about adding anything on. On the estimate was an air filter change, they never brought it up in person to try and sell it or take it out and show me. Really honest feeling shop

I keep returning to this business.Even though this business is about 40 minutes fast driving from my base, I keep returning here for car maintenance and repair. First, the business is small and local, so I am able to talk directly to the people working on my car and ask questions if I need to. Second, they provide me with a digital record of all the parts of the car they checked during the regular service, and whether any problems they encountered were critical or "keep an eye on". Third, personnel are willing to answer questions I have on other car-related matters, and that helps me a lot. Thank you, Auto Shop Northwest, keep treating your customers with the respect and care you already show, and I will keep returning.

I was having battery issues and after taking it to a dealership who couldn't fix the problem, I searched the internet and found Auto Shop Northwest. They were not only professional but made me feel at ease about fixing my car. Car is fixed and it didn't cost me both my arms and legs lol.If you have any issues call Auto Shop Northwest. First time here with my 2012 JK Rubicon was a good experience. Got a thorough 150K mile inspection and all vital fluids serviced. Will be back for brakes and more. It's hard to find a shop you can trust but these guys seem like pros.

I discovered Auto Shop NW when taking a lunchtime walk. They moved into the neighborhood on High St after having been down on 14th for years and when my car had issues, I decided to try them, both for the convenience and the professional look of their business. I was definitely glad that I did. Eugene was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. The services provided were outstanding and my confidence was built up after having several services completed on all of my family's cars with 100% satisfaction. I highly recommend Auto Shop NW. I m very impressed with these guys. They have my business for life. There are so many untrustworthy people in the auto industry. I trust these guys. The biggest fear I have of dealing with a mechanic is being lied to or taken advantage of. One of my vehicles was having intermittent starting issues. They did some tests and could find out what was wrong. Later the issue kind of went away by itself. They didn t charge me. I m an established customer. I don t think they would do this for anyone. But really appreciated their honesty they had an opportunity to take advantage of me and they didn t. I value integrity and honesty. I am so thrilled to have found Auto Shop Northwest! Their professionalism, attention to detail & their customer service is exactly what everyone hopes for when working with a mechanic shop. They send pictures and videos of the things they find that need repaired, which for me, not only made me feel safe to drive away, but it also made me feel like I was not taken advantage of. When I picked up the vehicle, I was so surprised & excited to find they went above and beyond and washed my vehicle before giving it back:) This shop is top notch and I highly recommend it!Service: General repairs & maintenance

We went to Auto Shop Northwest to have an inspection done on a used Prius we were looking at buying from a private seller. I called the evening before and Will offered to see the car the very next day without an appointment. After we viewed and test drove the car, we were able to drop it off and he had it back to us in under 2 hours. Based on the report we got back, the inspection seems to have been thourough and the price was very fair. I would definitely go back for future work if we lived in the area. Highly recommend giving them your business.

Brought my vehicle in, service was great. They explained what I needed to get done right away and what I needed in the future for maintenance with break downs of costs associated with each service. Priced very fairly.Not only that but when I picked up my vehicle they washed and tire shined the exterior. Great touch! Will definitely be recommending them.

Friendly, Efficient and CompetentI took my car in for an oil change and received some helpful insight on the timeline the manufacture recommends oil changes and the timeline they do, and why. I was in and out in just over 30 minutes with a detailed inspection on my 2012 car, including using equipment that most shops, in my experience, would charge extra for. All the points of inspection were given to me in a simple checklist and the recommended work needed was clearly explained and noted, including pricing and timelines to take care of them. I will be back for the work recommended and feel 100% confident in their abilities to take care of my vehicles honestly and efficiently. They went above and beyond to help with a challenge I had with my car before I came in, unrelated to my oil change. Lauren and Eugene are fantastic to work with!

My Nissan Murano would crank but not start over the holidays, so I had it towed to Autoshop Northwest. Their estimate was around $1200 which included ignition coil replacement for all 6 cylinders and new spark plugs. I had it towed to another shop and their diagnosis and repair was less. They even put in new brakes in the front wheels, oil change and final charge was still less.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Horrible receptionist, as I called to talk to a mechanic since my own mechanic recommended me to this shop she answered rudely and corrected me on his name she was extremely unpleasant to talk to, did not take her time to explain anything had a horrible attitude the entire time I was on the phone, then she puts me on hold and before she connected back to my line she was already talking, answered some of my questions without any courtesy and in a rude way told me that for my car to be diagnose it was going to be a x amount of money did not even offered me an appointment or explained anything I had to ask her how the process works, she was extremely short with her answers, this business should consider hiring people who are customer service oriented and more friendly when a potential customer calls. I will definitely be talking to my mechanic to make sure he does not refer anymore of his customer to this place to be mistreated by this horrible person with no sense of customer service.

Super friendly staff! Came in for an oil change, walked around town while they were working on it. I had my dog but they were fine with us hanging out for the last 10 minutes. Got to chatting with the staff about our plans to sell one of our vehicles and get a truck and they had some really great suggestions!

I was in need of immediate help. They got me in right away and were both friendly and professional. They took care of my vehicle much better than my old mechanic!!! I was so impressed I will be taking both of my vehicles here for regular oil changes and preventative maintenance check-ups.Thank you to the entire team at Auto Shop Northwest.

Eugene and Norma are fantastic to work with. I took my Jeep in for AC repairs after multiple failures to fix at another shop. Auto Shop Northwest was thorough in their diagnostics and follow through to double check results. I have found a shop that gives me confidence that a repair done once will be right. They are my go-to from now on. I don't mind driving further to get the service and quality I want.

Not an honest company I had a clicking noise in turns they checked it out and said cv axles. So almost $700 later I get the car back and it still clicked turned out the muffler was rubbing on the wheel. This is a very long overdue review... Eugene and his shop is the best! Long story short, I showed up unannounced the day before Oregon City became in the zone 2 fire evacuation. My passenger window of my van was off the track and so I couldn't roll it up. I stopped in to have it fixed and Eugene didn't have the part, but put the window back on the track and then took his time to show me how to connect and disconnect the window motor in case I needed to roll it down. The next day I had to evacuate my horse, 2 cats, dog and house and Soooo grateful that I had my window closed. Thank you Eugene for squeezing me in, even though your shop was busy. You were literally a life saver. I highly recommend this auto shop!Service: Auto glass repair

We were traveling through Oregon City and could smell diesel. I gave Auto Shop a call and they got us in right away and fixed our problem.we were back on the road in 30 minutes! It was great, friendly and reasonable service. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Great customer service, great work. Knowledgeable and friendly service. Staff was more than helpful and willing to help with talking through issues. An honest auto shop, what a concept. Will be using them as my go to people next to one other that knows our Volvo. Great job.
