Quick service, professional work. Randy is very knowledgeable and doesn't hesitate to explain in detail what is going on. He even showed me the parts to help me understand the failure more. They go above and beyond here.

Since we've moved here, we have brought multiple vehicles here for service. Some of them with major repairs required. We had a Tacoma that needed entire back-end redone, springs, drum breaks, axle bearings, etc. Not to mention new valve cover and oil pan gasket. The team here did an amazing job, they worked hard to find parts at cheaper prices, and got our beloved truck back up and running amazing. They've also helped us over the years with other vehicles we owned like both of our Highlanders, a 3rd gen 4Runner, and our Ford Escape Hybrid. Fair pricing, quality work and all in a pretty timely manner. On a hot day I blocked traffic so one of their technicians could back into the bay. He ran out with two large Otter Pops and handed them in the window. Shortly after my van broke down at the transfer station. I had it towed over there for a Diagnostics. The next morning it started and ran just fine so they were unable to diagnose a running van. They seem very nice and confident. They didn't even charge me for having it there for 4 days. I'll definitely go back with other vehicles.

Wow, what an excellent experience! I brought a car here for a pre-buying inspection and I m so grateful I did. They were incredibly thorough and gave me solid advice! I was ready to buy this car and was given real, honest advice that made me think twice and helped me to hold out for the right fit! I m so thankful I brought the car here! Go to these guys- they re REAL, honest, and supportive!!

Ripped me off completely. They said the diagnostic test was free, and I told them that's all I needed done. They proceeded to charge me $300 for "labor" and "parts" when they did not do a single thing to the car besides change the oil. We love $300 oil changes when you asked about headlight issues. Very very bad communication and professionalism. Do not give them your business.

Absolutely the best shop to take your car for any problem. Fast, efficient, honest, willing and all around amazing! Will definitely be back. Sadie is awesome with her knowledge and customer service.

Honest & Fast! Ended up needing a new master cylinder for my 08 Suburban, they found a few other issues that my other shop missed. I fully trust this team. They stand behind their work, are always fair and make it right.

When I took my car in over a year ago Ryan, the head guru, said he was going to take care of me and my car for the life of my car. These guys are the real deal. I had a sensor issue, they needed more time to research and said they would call me back, and before I could refresh my beverage my phone rang and they had all of the info I needed. Great follow-through! I never worry when I speak to APCC because it's always the real deal. And let me thank the entire crew for their hard work on this posting. Recommend this to anyone needing solid car care maintenance.

Ryan and his crew are kind, respectful, and also experts in car repair. I am a multiple time customer and would recommend them to anyone who looking for a mechanic. Very professional with a personal side that makes you feel better about leaving your car with someone, appreciate you guys a lot and will be returning the next time I need something!

Phenomenally impressed by Ryan and the Auto Pros team's professionalism, honesty, and skilled mechanic ability. They performed a pre-purchase inspection of a Toyota Sienna for me, doing a thorough and informative job at a good price. Ryan told me of the minor issues with the car, doing so in an unbiased manner and advising me on the best course of action. I had full confidence and trust in the team during the process and would highly recommend them for any car issues you might have. Ryan and his team are amazing! The price for the work done was fabulous! The best service and experience I have ever had with auto repair. Auto Pros and Ryan have scored another lifelong customer! Will send all my fiends and family there. He came highly recommended enough that we went there even though we live in Hillsboro. Worth the trip.

Trustworthy, honest, reliable. I ve taken my Subaru here for a few major repairs. I don t know much about cars but my trust in these guys is high. They are not out to make a buck. They will tell you what your car needs and doesn t need. Communication is strong and the sense of trust is high. I wouldn t go anywhere else. The Portland location as well as the Oregon City location treats me with respect and fairness. A+

WE had the BEST experience with Ryan! Two years ago we broke down on the way to the coast.A friend in Portland highly recommended Auto pros.Ryan had ourtruck fixed within 2 hours of taking it to his shop.This week on the way to Portland my engine light came on and Ryan came to my sisters house and diagnosed the problem.I took it to his shop and it was fixed as quick as possible.He is a very honest person and did not charge and exuberant price.We feel so blessed and honored to know him.Thank you Ryan and team.Cindy and Clint

I am a long term customer of Auto Pros Car Care. Ryan and his mechanics have always been honest with me and gotten my car fixed asap. They don't overcharge and give fair prices. If you want your car fixed quickly and for cheap, and don't want to be lied to about what really needs fixing, this is the place to go.

I generally do all my own work on my vehicles but I had a engine failure that just stumped me for months. Tried everything.The team tackled the diagnosis and told me it was a tough one but it ended up being a problem with the computer. Replaced the computer and the problem was solved!Charged a very reasonable price for the parts and labor! Very satisfied and they were extremely professional! A+++!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

They got us in right away! Did what was needed to be done and my check engine light is finally gone! Ford couldn't get it out! Not to mention did an awesome job of cleaning up my undercarriage! My GT is a happy pony now! We have found our new mechanics shop! Thanks guys!
