I wouldn't recommend going here unless you live in Ontario, or very close by. I called & asked for a specific part, was assured & reassured that they had it. I drove 75 miles one way, 150 round trip, to get the part..was sent out to the yard to find the vehicle. Finally found the vehicle, none of the parts I was promised were there were there! I went back to the office, only to be treated as if I wasn't looking hard enough, keep in mind I was picking up a 40 GALLON FUEL TANK- Pretty hard to miss! He says, I know it's there & goes to look for himself... about 7-8 minutes later he came back, surprise, with no fuel tank! He didn't even apologize...

Hate the fact that I called 13 minutes after they opened and I'm still not getting an answer online it says they're open I call and I call and I call no answer I have things to do and places to and them not answering their phones is really getting me in a bad situation

I needed a transmission which they did not have and they ordered me one from somewhere else. When I received it it ended up being faulty and they warranted it immediately and ordered another one

Avoid Keven. Very rude and unprofessional. I will make sure to send potential customers anywhere else but there to do business. And if the owners care. I have a copy of the internet chat with him cursing at me.

Always helpful, advice giving. They make sure you don't get ripped off. Wheelin' and dealin' on used tires and accessories. Hours could accommodate the working man a little more but, that's the norm these days it seems.

Jason got me what I needed. He even went out of his way to come outside to my car and show me where on my tire the size is stamped. I appreciated his assistance. I will most surely return for all my used auto needs.

North Verde essentially saved my car with a transmission that they pulled for me. Furthermore, the price was much cheaper than I anticipated. Before junking your car, call them to see if they have your replacement part to fix it, it's worth the time.

I just purchased a knuckle/bub from these guys. They took the time to unplug a sensor that everyone else would have just snipped. Awesome to see that!

Fairly priced, good selection of used auto parts & the staff is knowledgeable and helpful.... although the could try to smile a little more, I mean come on life is not that bad.
