Apparently it's too difficult to answer the phone, or return calls, or hell even look at my car, I've been pushed off for about 2 months now trying to repair my car borrowing a family members for now, this company doesn't seem to want my business for some reason. They made me wait to ask for availability in mid October, I've been calling damn near every other day trying to reach someone and I'm either told to leave a voicemail or they just hang up. Save your self the time and find someone else at this point.

Asked for a quote late on Friday. I was told I'd have one on Monday. The office/home had papers stacked high in an unorganized manner andI didn't receive a quote until the following Thursday. It came back $1000 more than another shop estimate. I had reservations about the organization, price and if they would be able to deal with perform and deal with insurance in a timely manner . I declined this shop service.They may be fine, but my gut feeling said no.

I called them 5 mins from town, saw me as soon as I pulled in. I had ripped my bumper off backing out my driveway in idaho and was driving all the way to the coast. We couldn't do the full repair but made sure to secure the bumper for me, so I could travel safely. Not many people or businesses would stop what they were in the middle of to make sure you could keep in schedule with your travels. Highly recommended and will drive the 3 hours for him to fully repair my vehicle, after I get to enjoy my vacation. Thank you so much!!Service: Body & Trim

I had them paint a red 1970 chevelle and is currently on their webpage. A few years after they had painted it i now have bubbles coming through the paint. I called and talked to Larry and asked him to stand by his work He blamed it on rust. I said that i had paid for them to take it down to bare metal and seal it and he said he did. I asked why there is rust if it is actually sealed. He never gave me an answer. He kept saying he only had a 90 day warranty (what are you going to notice in that amount of time?) I kept trying to get an answer out of him and ended up hanging up on me. I went to a few other body shops trying to get an honest answer as to what it is. All of them said the same thing - Bad Prep work. So if your looking for a quick (expensive) paint job that wont hold up and who wont honor their work then this is your place. Stay FAR away.

Larry is a super good guy and a straight shooter.His laid back attitude makes him a pleasure to do business with,not to mention his son does excellent work in their body and frame straightening shop.I would highly recommend Larry's Auto Body & Towing to anyone looking for excellent craftsmanship at a reasonable cost.

They are not only the slowest I've ever seen but there finish work is TERRIBLE
