This company went above and beyond for me and my son. They picked him up at 1am made sure he was in a hotel for the night. And then helped him with a new tire. Above and beyond grateful. I was broke down on the middle of the I 84 in the median 30 minutes past baker city on my way to Caldwell. Other tow companies were a couple hundred dollars more and over two hours out. I had the best experience with High Desert Towing. I was pretty worked up and scared because I was at the bottom of the pass in a spot that was dangerous. As soon as I heard Camron s voice at dispatch I was able to calm down because they were able to get to me in a little over an hour. A younger tow truck driver came and loaded up my rig like an experienced pro. They charged me a fair price and I received great customer service. My motorcycle broke down on Sunday June 8th. The driver was great, aside from missing the turnoff. He loaded my bike with care. After droping the bike off at the shop he was kind enough to drop me off at a motel and along the way point out a couple of great options to eat at!

We own a repair shop in Fruitland and one of our customers had his vehicle break down with a truck-bed full of garbage at the landfill. After they got his pickup loaded the driver drove him up the road and helped him dump his trash before hauling the vehicle back to town. Thank you!
