Yesterday I had Custom Truck Ontario spray in a bedliner on my new truck. They were friendly and professional. They were done earlier than I anticipated and did a great job! Thanks for the experience.

Had them install a receiver hitch, a swing-out toolbox, and a bed rug. At that time I ordered an ARE shell for my blue 2019 Ford Ranger, which had a 3 month lead time. It finally came and was installed. Looks great and I love the look on the truck. Would definitely recommend them.

Thank you custom truck! We were on a trip to Oregon and one of our air ride bags lost psi. It was just the valve, but I guess it isn't an ordinary valve. We stopped at Lowe's, AutoZone, harbor freight and some truck stops for it. Either they didn't know what it was or they sent us on to another store. We finally stopped at Custom Truck with no real expectations, just carrying the little hope we had left. Let me tell you, they knew instantly what it was and they just whip it out of a junk drawer. Thank you, you saved the day. They know what's up.

Went down and had a GN hitch installed, they got it done quick. Now that I say that, these guys installed it made sure no extra space was between the holes that had to be cut and again they had it done in an hour. If you're looking to get some accessories for your pickup, I would recommend them everytime! Thanks guys awesome job

12-19-2019. I wanted to share the extra ordinary and exceptional treatment I received from Custom Truck in Ontario, OR. I purchased my 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 brand new in 2003. Within a few weeks of my new truck purchase I also purchased a new "Bed Rug" and a "Leer" higher end camper shell from Custom Truck in Ontario, OR. About 5 years ago I approached Custom Truck with concerns about my Bed Rug. The material on the top was worn thin with a few holes. Custom Truck worked with Bed Rug and they replaced it with a brand new one for free. Honored Bed Rugs life time warranty. Was exceptional customer service. About two months ago I was having troubles with my windows keeping the water out on the Leer camper shell. I noticed a major defect in the fiberglass structure on the upper right corner of the camper shell. Basically cracks in the paint and fiberglass. Custom Truck, again, sent my camper shell back to Leer to have it inspected to either get it repaired or replaced. Leer replaced it for free do to the lifetime warranty on the structure of the shell. I will be a lifetime customer and highly, highly recommend Custom Truck in Ontario, OR under their current management and ownership. I can't express how satisfied and pleased I am with them. I've visited this store 3 times. In all 3 visits the employees weren't helpful. In my third visit, they ignored me. The work that they did for me was excellent. The customer service skills? Not too good...
