Challenger 550 bought here brand new, brought it up from Arizona to have an issue checked out and fixed. It set in the back of the business buried behind the newer machines they sell now. Set for 2 weeks. Do not buy from these folks. They do not stand behind what they sell. Polaris is calling us back.

Looked all over Washington and Payette County looking for a self propelled gas engine lawn mower.... was out of options and then saw this sign. WOW! Talk about selection and knowledgeable sales people. What a great experience. They even made sure it had oil and gas in it before I left. I highly recommend this shop.

Bought a new lawn mower, it's had some little issues but every time i have taken it, they get right in and call when it's done and ready to go. Great service and attention to detail for customer service! I wish i would gone there earlier, they have way more than just lawn mowers

They do good work. It did cost me $183 for a primer bulb to be installed on my trimmer! So yeah take that as you want.

Seems like they do good work BUT don t bring any Onan generators to these guys. I brought my Onan 4000 in for repairs since it wasn t starting. I pulled it out of my RV and had a friend take it there. They said they fixed it and it was ready for pickup. I walked in and paid them $300. Then I asked to show me it was running. They were very hesitant but I insisted since I didn t want to spend 3-4 hrs reinstalling it in my RV without being sure it ran properly. Garrett hooked it up on the bench and it wouldn t start at all. It was still doing the same thing as when I brought it in, so they didn t fix it and said they did. And now I m out $300. They should have at least refunded the labor or even part of it. Instead they charged me another $30 on top of it for the time to hook it up and show me that they hadn t fixed it! I won t take anything to them again.

Very helpful friendly people. They went above and beyond to help me. They looked up several different options for parts on my saw. Will definitely be back here!

Customer service? NoneHonesty? NoneIf I would have known how uneducated, unprofessional, and unpleasant my experience was going to be, I would have waited for any of the other guys in town. There is a reason why everyone else is months out, cause they are worth the wait.

The young men Tim and Derek were very helpful in my issues with an Odes side by side. They provided phone assistance at absolutely no charge to mentor us in repairing our UTV. Thanks fellas....

Customer service is not all that great ask for certain item had trouble finding it had another person intervene to help but was unable to get answers. Prices at this place are high. Almost seem like they didn't have time for customer service.

Who need to hire somebody that knows how to find the parts they sell chain saws a specific brand of change size but they don't have a simple everyday parts that you lose or you need to replace constantly sorry guys gotta do better

Ordered some seals for our race car. They were supposed to be in at 8:30am.. they weren't there at that time but when they did come on they called to let us know. Staff was very friendly...
