I booked my room in December, the company that they work through(in Denmark?) took my payment a few days ago. When you arrive it is self service check in. We had no code to get in our room? As well as no Internet to speak of anywhere in Ocean City without a password. We drove back a couple of miles to get service. The number they gave on the office wall was answered promptly. She explained that my reservation had cancelled out. She wasn't sure why? Thankfully she was able to find it and we got it sorted out. It was my 56th Birthday, and I can be technically challenged I know. For older folks I can see self check in as a problem.Once we opened the door, our room was wonderful. Old hard wood floors, vaulted ceiling, and big windows looking out on the water.I appreciated having all the streaming networks available in our room, with the windy wet weather outside. As well as the deep and jetted tub.Such a great off the beaten path location. We will be back despite the frustration in the beginning.

We absolutely loved this place! Stayed in #5, with a separate bedroom and fully equipped-and nice-kitchen. Comfy beds, great views and, in January-a beach to ourselves. We were there during the ice storm and lost power for 6 hours. The woman who cleans the units made her way to pull out extra blankets for us. Great service and a definite step up from our usual beach stays. We ll be back!Food & drinks: Roseanne s cafe is across the street. Closed part of our stay but we got take out breakfast. Good food, very accommodating. Bs k in Netarts, had dinner on their patio because we travelled with our dog. Stayed cozy around theirs fire table and had the FRESHEST oysters we ve ever had. Pizza was great too.

Beautiful hotel with beautiful views in a beautiful spot. Check-in was a little weird the keypads on the doors look like touchless keycard readers, and you may have to touch them a few times to get the keypad to show up. My room had a great giant bathtub and I loved waking up next to a huge (and very clean) picture window overlooking the ocean.

This is our second visit to Three Arch Inn. We stayed in room 4 which was very comfortable, nice sofa with chaise right by the picture window boasting a lovely view of the Three Arches. Unfortunately, two lamps were in need of bulbs and we couldn t get the coffee maker to work. Still, we got to agate hunt on the beach at night and came away with a pretty impressive haul! We had such a nice sleep in the very comfortable bed! We are all ready planning our next visit

I was very disappointed with my stay. This is the second time I've visited Three Arch Inn and the experience was nothing like the first. Upon arrival to Room 3, we noted a large crack in the window, which was disappointing but not a huge deal. Then we saw that the tub jets were not functional, which had been a big draw to stay the location. Later, when we attempted to use the bath, we discovered the tub stopper did not work either, so it would not hold water, rendering the tub unusable. Shortly after, we found a puddle of water on the ground and on our food in the fridge, as it had been turned off prior to our arrival. None of these issues were detailed in the listing. I reached out via email (per their emailed directions) during the visit about the issues and still have not received a reply. I am very disappointed and I cannot recommend this accommodation to other travelers.

I ll start by saying I ve stayed at the Three Arch Inn multiple times over the years. It s one of my favorite places to get away from everything. There s very little cell service and located in a tiny town right on the beach. The two places to eat close early in the off season so go prepared/plan ahead. The rooms are fairly updated. Coffee maker, small fridge, pull out sofa bed. The rooms I ve stayed in were always clean. My latest stay was rather disappointing though. Room 3 needs to have a disclaimer when booking. The jetted tub was out of order. It s clearly been that way for a while. There was painters tape covering the jets in the tub and a note on the wall saying it s not working. Bummer when you go there to relax. The large and only window in the room had a large crack through the left side of it taking away from some of the view. The tape over it was another elegant touch. There s an additional fee for pets which you have to call and add on after you book online. No interactions with staff as it is self check in and out. Parking can get awkward as there are a few spaces on the back side of the building and the rest is street parking in the front. All in all a good place to get away. Maybe just avoid room 3 There were games and puzzles and a small ice maker down in the office area for guest use. The view and proximity to the beach are the shining factors here.

I loved the view from my room, and while the room was pretty basic, the bed was really comfortable, and the location to the beach was perfect. The check in process is the reason for the loss in a star. I had no idea there would be no cell service when I arrived in the area, and I needed service to be able to access my Airbnb app and get the door code to my room. I was lucky enough to catch a coffee shop employee closing up, across the street, and he gave me his business WiFi password. Once your in the room you can connect the WiFi. Parking is crazy limited, I found a spot but I think i got lucky. Happy Traveling!

We arrived during published hours and had no one to check us in. There is no cell service nor internet ( a problem they acknowledge). After several texts, emails and phone messages we cancelled the reservation with Expedia in the final hour allowed with a 50 dollar feeThe owner has acknowledged to the grievous nature of their shortfalls. With promises concerning refund of the fee charged for cancelation, non have been followed through onWe were fortunate to find a room at a last minute premium cost to spend the night, so this retired couple didn t have to sleep on the streetP S the photos are very complimentary to the location. Not glorious!

Very nice and clean. Up to date furnishings. Nice kitchen. Good view of the ocean across the street. The only downside was the air conditioner was noise in the livingroom and the bedroom one rattled.Rooms: Comfortable and clean.Walkability: On the main street in Ocean Side.Food & drinks: Two very nice restaurants within walking distance. One just across the street.

I've been wanting to stay here for a few years and finally did it! We had an issue with the door code that they cleared up immediately. The place was gorgeous, comfortable, and so freaking adorable! Giant windows! (Unfortunately none open to get a breeze or hear the ocean) but the view is great! The location is fantastic! Over a Cafe, across from a restaurant and the beach is also across the street. The city of Tillimook (quaint and small like a town) is just minutes away. Full kitchen, air conditioning, wifi etc... limited parking, but off season, not a problem. During tourist season, had a hard time finding parking between 9 or 10 a.m. and 4p.m. . Luckily, we had things to do and would return around 4 and get spot. I can't wait to go back! It was clean and had all the convenience of an air bnb.

We absolutely love this place! The jetted tub and ocean view really took it over the top for us.The room s are open and spacious yet romantic and cozy. Staff is friendly and goes out of their way to accommodate you. A larger town with a super nice Safeway is only a few minutes away. We ve booked twice this summer at Three Arch Inn because we loved it so much the first time that we just had to go back!

Overdue review. We stayed at the Three Arch Inn a while ago and we had a great time. This hotel is amazing. It doesn t look like much from the outside, but I fell in love as soon as I opened our room door. We booked The Harlequin Suite, which is a small apartment with everything you need inside. No cellphone service there, but who cares when you need to get away from the world. Also, the view is great!!!

Was a nice room and well kept for the most part. A little annoyed at the fact that the signs say that you have to clean up the room to how you found it. For how expensive these rooms are, housekeeping should be doing this job. I don't want to come to a place on vacation and have to clean. The dishes in the cabinet were greasy and not cleaned so I can only assume other people just put them away after using them to avoid cleaning them. That is my only major complaint. Everything else was exceptional. The beach is a short walk and amazing. The view from the room is hard to beat. I enjoyed watching the fog come and go in the morning as the sun came up.

Charming spot in sleepy Oceanside with huge windows overlooking the beach. My suite had a bathroom, bedroom with siding barn door style, kitchen, and living room. This would be a great place to stay for a few days and bring your own food. Good for small families too because you could have a bit of privacy in the two main rooms. It's self-service check in with a code, so not a full service hotel or anything, but they conveniently have everything you would need.

While looking around Google for nice, clean, pet-friendly places to stay in the Oceanside/Netarts/Tillamook area with pretty short notice for a beach trip and wedding that my partner and I planned to attend, in my search I immediately came across the Three Arch Inn. The price for an oceanview room with a king-sized bed was only $158, which we found to be reasonable, especially for the great reviews it promised as well as the lovely pictures of not only the room itself, but the ocean outside.Honestly, the building looked a bit strange from the outside, and parking isn't exactly ideal, though you should be able to find something within walking distance. We parked across the street and my car was viewable from our window. I wasn't the most prepared person, and didn't have the access code to the room before entering the town (which doesn't have Internet service until you log into the inn Wi-fi, so make sure you are prepared for that). However, the employees were accessible and really helpful, even if I asked stupid questions, and I appreciate that interaction even if it was awkward. After that got settled, my boyfriend and I were able to enter the room, which was nicely cleaned and organized (beds smelled fresh and I couldn't find any issues during my initial inspection of the room), with a window looking over the ocean. We went in early October, which meant that there were a lot of waves. The inn is a nice walking distance from the Tunnel Beach, which is a great sight to see and I would highly recommend it. There's also a restaurant underneath from which guests can order, as well as some stores and restaurants that are a walking distance (though they may be closed). Definitely not a boring area at all.One of the most awesome things that the room offers is a big jetted bathtub, which my partner and I were super excited for and definitely enjoyed. Hot and cold water can be a bit inconsistent, so I would be prepared for that too. The bathroom in general is very nice, comes with a machine for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, though I recommend to bring your own bubbles, bath bombs, etc.Overall, we had a great stay and I would come back to this place if I were to come back to the area. I would also recommend it to other people who want to stay in Tillamook area.

This is an awesome place to stay, comfortable beds, great view. Just a fantastic location for the beach. It's a little hard to find parking when the town is busy, and waking up early to loud music down stairs from the surf shop is a bit rough, but over all we would come back in a heart beat.

Very spacious and welcoming suite. The living room and bedroom both had a great view of the ocean thanks to the big windows. Staff was very friendly. even let us know when they were leaving allowing us to obtain a much better parking spot.

Location location! Beautiful view, 1 minute walk to the beach. Room was clean and soaking tub was great. Made full use of the stocked kitchen (packing meals ended up being a good plan since the only 2 restaurants in town were closed the weekdays we were there). Expect this to be more like a self-serve vacation rental than an around the clock staffed hotel and you will not be disappointed. Important that we could bring the pooch as well. No issues with noise during our stay as some other visitors noted.

This is one of the few lodgings in Oceanside. We stayed in Room 1 on our visit in late June 2016. It was easy to locate having never been here before. Parking was easy. Our room was luxurious. The room was very clean, very well outfitted with heat and AC, hair dryer, toiletries, coffee and coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and TV. I slept so comfortably! The sitting area was so nice to be able to relax to enjoy the beautiful oceanfront view and have our coffee. The bathroom was up-to-date with new finishes. And the view I just can't say enough how nice it was to be right on the ocean front and see the Three Arches rocks formation.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were in room # 5 and the view is absolutely breathtaking. We had one small issue with the fan not working and it being a warm night and the gal in charge immediately went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The beds are comfortable and the space is perfect for a family of 2-4. Oh and the jet tub, that was a very pleasant surprise. Felt like a vacation. Lastly, my little girl forgot her favorite blanket wrapped up in the hotel bedding and without skipping a beat, they mailed it to us right away. We are so happy with the service and the place, will be back before we know it.

Just stayed in room #6 and my family and I loved it! Very nice inside the room!! King size bed is very conformable and my daughter loved the pull out bed in the living room. Three Arch made that comfortable to! Would highly recommend if someone wants something different I would recommend this place. Shower has great water pressure to. We stayed here after staying at the Best Western in Florance and this place is 10 times nicer in the room even though your on your own for food. Love #6
