Got a bad flat tire on my 32 ft motorhome coming into the Boise basin from US 95. Discovered it in Parma and drove limped in to Les Schwab in Nyssa. Brian (Mgr) and his team jumped into action and within a few mins located a new tire in Ontario and sent a man to pick it up, met half way. Installed the new tire, 100% covered by warranty, checked all other tires and reset the pressure. We were in & out in under an hr and continued our trip to E. WA (250 miles). Amazing service by Nyssa Les Schwab. This is why you should never go anywhere other than Les Schwab for all your tire needs. They always go above and beyond. Well done Brian and team!

I had the unfortunate experience of getting a flat tire after work yesterday. But I had the pleasure of being rescued by Andrew, who, efficiently and quickly came to my location, pumped up my tire and led me to the store. Then he, Casey, and Christian were able to save the day and repair my tire so that I didn t have to have the expense of replacing all four due to my all wheel drive vehicle. I really appreciated their professionalism, kindness, efficiency! They were awesome!

Bad customer service. Was quoted a price on putting tires on my Car for 145.Next day when I go in they raised price to 210.00. Explained the car was bigger than they thought. I told them the make and model on the car at the time of quote. They also were snarky about it. Do not go here they will try to rip you off.

Have been a customer with this company for many years. These guys are great. They always do what I needed and get me back on the road really quickly. The best part was they didn't charge me a fortune for the work I needed to have done.

Had to take my rv to get it titled but needed too air up the airbags on my pickup so it wouldn't buck all the way to ontario. Pulled in and the gentleman in the shop came out and had me pull under the Awning and got everything aired up and sent me on my way. These guys that work for les schwab are great at customer service.Fast and friendly service just like usual.

Took my pickup in to have my wheels torqued cuz my torque wrench broke . And I just live right behind it the Les Schwab .And the kid that did it didn't do it right and 3 days later was going to work and wheel came off my pickup and cuz a couple thousand dollars in damages . The manager told me tough s..t his kid did it right and wouldn't pay to fix my pickup or replace the wheel . Terrible manager he should be fired for his mouth . And the kid should have taught better on how to put a wheel and tire back on my pickup . Terrible service and management .

Great service ! Have gone twice ,ones for a nail in my tire and they didn't charge me . Second time my battery wouldn't start the car and again they fixed it ! Free of charge . Definitely will be back for tires when needed !

My Honda was shaking in the front, almost as if my tires were horrible out of balance. The guys took a look said my front suspension was good and checked my tire pressure. I asked what they thought it might be, one said it could be mechanical or a motor mount. I'm so glad I stopped here because 1. I felt better that it wasn't my front suspension, and 2. It gave me a different idea as to what it might be. Motor mount, passenger side one was completely torn and thrusting my engine. Problem fixed and I'm very grateful to the guys that work here!

This place has always been good to us. The staff come right out the front door and take care of you right away. This last time I went they took great care of me by fixing a tire on my vehicle free of charge. They go the extra mile to make sure the customer is taken care of. I will definitely be going back when I need new tires.

Been coming to this Les Schwab for years. I've never steered me wrong and always had grade a customer service! If you're in the market for tires or anything else Les Schwab provides this is the best one in the valley!

Nyssa, OR Schwab's by far the best, great group of people. Very friendly, fast, and honest. I will always take my business to them.

Less Schwab has been my tire shop for more than 30 years and will continue to be my tire shop for 30 more if I live that long.I just find zero reasons to change. I find myself treated like my business is important and that is what keeps me returning. They have created a terrific system and it just works.

We called Friday on 5 new tires for our horse trailer and they had them for us on Saturday. In and out. They are really efficient.

Yeah there's this guy named Brian does a great job very kind and courteous I'm telling you these knowledgeable and knows a lot plus he's a gun lover you got to love a guy like that thank you for all the hard work Brian of course I'll be back many years to come

I was visiting friends in the area and discovered I had a flat tire. My friends all suggested Les Schwab. The closest was in Nyssa. I inflated the flat tire and made it to Les Schwab without incident, where they identified a nail in the tire. They repaired it right away, and even though I 1) was from out of town; 2) hadn't purchased my tires at a Les Schwab dealership or 3)was likely to be a return customer to this franchise, they didn't charge me a cent for the repair!!!You can be sure I'll be looking for a dealer in my area. As for my friends near Nyssa, it just reinforced what they already knew - Les Schwab has GREAT service!

Wow they have changed, new interior. But jerk employees, ask a question about a rotation and balance and I thought I was back in boot camp. Last time I spend 640 on tires with them.

Nyssa Les Schwab is marked by customer service, community service, professional service, generous service. My only problem with Les Schwab is that they do not have operations in Anchorage, AK.
