I discovered them via a Google Maps search and liked what I read in the comments. I found them to be super nice, knowledgeable, and professional. I was able to get scheduled within a week and out the same day. They fixed my leaky Outback sunroof for an incredibly reasonable price. (To my surprise, they found a way to fix it without replacing it, which was the original plan.) I felt well informed, well taken care of, and very fairly treated. I highly recommend them and will be sending people their way!

I highly recommend Springers Body and Paint, they have excellent customer service. Since the first day I walked in to get an estimate for the auto repair Kathy and Mitchell where the dream team. They were very friendly and informative. They advocated for me with insurance and helped the process run smoothly. The finished job was amazing I was blown away by the quality of work and how amazing my car looked. They definitely earned my recommendation 100%.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I got hit by a truck in November and I was referred to them by a local shop. It took a bit to get into the shop but they were up front about the timing and how long would it take to fix once we got it into a repair process. I attached a picture of what my car looked like from one side of the car it was a mess. Updated to add what it looked like when I got it back. I was beyond impressed.

Andy and his team are top notch at customer care. I brought a technical paint job in for my Porsche 911 and they handled it with care. Don't hesitate to bring your expensive Auto or car part that needs paint to his shop as they have all the latest technology to create a wonderful finish to your product. They won't let down.

Kathy and the whole team are truly there for the customer. They have integrity, are professional, and responsive. I cannot recommend them enough. If you need a trustworthy shop that will stand up for the customer, this is it.

I drove an hour out of town for this auto body shop: and it was worth every "unnecessary" extra mile. Springer Body & Paint is extremely good at what they do, love what they do, charge very fair low prices, and will treat you like a pharaoh. I wouldn't run out of good things to say about their service even if you had me do it for months. They have earned a very loyal customer in me. I had a great experience at Springer. Andy fixed my car door with in 30 mins I took the same issue with other body shop and they mentioned it is not fixable. But high skilled and Experienced person like Andy won't be like that.. And also Kathy in the front office is super friendly and she was able to save me money, which I like. I highly recommend this business.

Great family owned business! Andy was able to see me within a minute or two of arriving for my appointment and because it was a pretty minor repair got my 2010 Outback in to get fixed immediately. He took it for a quick spin around the neighborhood to check that everything was in order. Even after the work was done I ended hanging out for about another half an hour because I was having a great conversation with Aimee! I will be recommending these guys to all my family and friends - including my father that restores vintage cars. Totally worth the drive from Portland proper.Service: Body & Trim

If you re seeking a reputable, honest, and high quality automotive repair shop with the best customer service look no further than Aimee, Andy, and the team at Springer Body & Paint in North Plains, Oregon. They fully repaired my Toyota Tundra in what was classified as quite an extensive repair as most door panels and truck bed and front bumper were damaged. The team took my truck into their care and fully restored it to brand new condition. They gave me a prompt estimate, realistic repair time lines and also called me regularly throughout the process giving me progress updates. They were so friendly, honest, and hard working. Full disclosure I did not get my car repaired here so this not indicative of their repair work. I simply got a quote here.They didn't force me to schedule time for a quote so they saw me as soon as was convenient for me. Very friendly staff including their very nice dog.After getting some quotes and talking to some other repair shops I decided to go with a different one. The only reasons being were the distance from me, and the other place set me at ease by explaining, and ensuring that the paint would be a priority.I told both the other company and this one the same thing. I bought my car because I loved the way it looked. Mazda red paint is spectacular on their new cars and I wanted to be reassured they were confident they could handle it. My last Mazda repair they botched the paint and I really didn't want that to go through 3+ attempts to get the color matched.Springer almost shrugged my concerns off. "Yeah it's a three stage paint that is easy." I admit it could be, I am not an expert here. They could do great work they are extremely confident in which I assume to be the case. But the other company acknowledged my concern, highlighted that it is more challenging than other paints, and went over the process with a lot of detail and assured me the they would get it right.Service: Painting

My SUV had scratches and dents on both sides of the car and Springer did a great job fixing it, my car looked brand new when I picked it up! Aimee in the office is so wonderful and very helpful. I live near Beaverton but it is worth the drive out to North Plains, l highly recommend this place.

Springer has been so amazing to work with. My car got pretty badly damaged by a pole in an apartment complex and they made this process so quick and easy for me with all the repairs I needed done. I couldn t recommend them enough. They communicated throughout the entire process and left my car looking better than it did when I bought it. Wowww! Simply Wow! I got this body shop and mainly Mitchell's reference from my friend s manager and I simply went there to show my cars minor body work issues. Kathy (front desk) was simply amazing to understand the issue and then I met Mitchell! He was such a kind and helpful person, and he was so happy to hear about my referral! If you want a professional, supportive, and responsive service, here is the place. They put customer first here. Aimee helped me with explaining the process and Mitchell took care of the the work and gave me lots of good advice for dealing with the insurance. My car was rear-ended and the insurance company was putting a lot of delays processing the claim. These guys played my advocate and helped me throughout the process. Definitely suggest this body shop for any minor or major body work.

A friend of mine told me about Springer who has not used their services but just went there for an estimate. I looked them up on web, read reviews and I was skeptical at first because every single review was 5 Star. :)I took an appointment and went for an estimate. Kathy went through the damage and worked through estimate. It was not just an estimate for cost but she had all the details on how long it will take for parts to arrive and what is the timeline to get fixes, working with insurance, etc.There are four things that matter the most to me and that decided my rating:1. Cost Estimate2. Commitment to Repair Timeline3. Quality of Job4. Regular UpdatesAll four of them were addressed beyond my expectations.I was not charged even a dollar extra on first estimate. Kathy & team dealt with Insurance to get necessary approvals.Parts were ordered just on the basis of my confirmation to go with them over a phone call. The parts arrived within the given timeline of 5 days and all were OEM. I dropped the car 'after' the parts arrived. (Some collision centers denied to do so). The job was completed to perfection 4 days before the committed timeline. I received updates every alternate day and never had to follow up.I can't ask for anything more and definitely a 5 Star for me! :)Thank you Springer!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my F150 in to have some scratches repaired. I was referred to Springer by another auto body shop who said Springer was the best shop around who could match the ruby red clear coat on my truck. They were spot on. Springer not only repaired the tailgate and matched the color 100%, but they went the extra mile and did some touch up on some small rock chips. Their attention to detail was unsurpassed. I talked with several of their specialists while waiting and could tell they were passionate about the work they do and wanted to ensure that their customers are 100% satisfied. Their quoted price was fair and did not change from what I paid. I would definitely recommend them for any paint and body work you may need.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have had two cars that had autobody and paint completed. The owner Andy Springer and Aimee Hall customer care services is top notch. They know their business and would never take advantage of you. Prices are very reasonable. I Can't say enough about the business they should get 6 stars!!

I just got my estimate from Aimee and it was less than I expected. Everyone was very professional and very welcoming at the same time. Aimee even stayed late after hours to accommodate my work schedule and squeeze me in last minute. They came highly recommended from another trusted auto body shop. Excited to see my car look like new again!

I had a wonderful experience at Springer. Andrew is an artist with body work and paint and I could never tell there was any damage once he was finished. Aimee in the front office is super friendly and she was able to save me money, which I like. I highly recommend this business and I am so glad I brought my truck there.

Aimee, Andy, and the team continue to impress me with great service at a reasonable cost. They are working for the customer, not the insurance company. We had significant damage from a comprehensive loss. Our insurance adjuster wanted us to settle for $1200. Aimee went to bat for us and Andy and the team did a beautiful restoration of the damage. The effort was 4X what the insurance company was trying to get us to settle for and they paid it. On another occasion we had minor damage that wrinkled the fender slightly and Aimee recommended a paint less repair shop that did an excellent job without paint which saved us about half. These folks are honest, highly skilled and work for the customer, not the insurance company.

I can t tell you how many bad experiences I had at body shops. That is until I went to Springer. I immediately felt trust with them after the pleasant experience with Aimee in the front office. She kept me updated every step of the way and I ended getting my car back in better shape then when I drove it off the lot when I bought it. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. I highly recommend this business!

Living up to their reputation of "doing right by the client" they both were very professional, and did everything they could to negotiate with the insurance company, making sure I was taken care of. I'm beyond happy with the work Springer Body & Paint has done on 3 of my vehicles. They repaired scratches on our 2019 Subaru Outback. Repaired damage on my 2019 GMC Denali truck and just completed a full body paint on my 1998 Dodge 3500 dually truck. Amazing work!!! Looks like it just came off the showroom floor. Great customer service!!! Great Technicians!!! Wonderful people!!!

I can't imagine how a body shop could do a better job than they did over at Springer. Everyone there was incredibly professional, nice, and very friendly. They walk you through everything they'll do to fix your car and try to save you as much money as possible while repairing your car as best they can. They even went above and beyond and cleaned up a few extra things without billing me. When I picked up my car it looked to cleanest it has inside and out since the day I bought it. Wouldn't recommend any other auto body shop.
