The staff at North Bend Powersports was fantastic! Jen answered all my questions and called me back in a timely fashion with answers. When we arrived at their shop to purchase two kid quads, Manny assisted us till Jen returned and they did awesome job playing along with us just being there to buy an expensive sxs part . The financing process was painless too!! We ll definitely do business with them again :)

I had a flat on my streetbike and the people at northbend powersports absolutely rescued my trip! They had a new tire in stock and we worked together to get me back on the road in record time. It was like a NASCAR pit stop. I really appreciate that they prioritized me and got me back on the road so quick. not all shops are cool like that.

Exceptional dealer to work with! Bought my 2nd, 2023 Troy Lee designs 4 seat and was a quick in and out process. Have done the service and all accessories for the first and 2nd Polaris here as well. Parts and service department is top notch . I have been coming here for years .. they have saved many trips of mine . Dave thank you for helping me with my ecu problems and injector issues and saving my trip

Stellar customer service! We broke on our first ride out for the weekend and stopped by in search of some bushings, a nut, and bolt for an aftermarket part. The employees at North Bend Powersports hunted around and found parts that would work for us and saved our weekend!

Mark Conway and his team in the tire shop couldn't have been more helpful in getting us back out on the road after a major tire implosion while midway through an 8day ride. They saw three dirty guys in riding gear and understood we really wanted to get our bike fixed and head back into the woods and did everything they could to make it happen. Huge thanks to Mark and his gang for helping us out.

Needed a rmz kick starter in Florence and they were the only one that had it. HUGE shout out to this dealership for keeping these types of parts in stock! These parts need to be considered as consumables. They saved our trip!

Not sure what to think about this place we stopped to see about getting tire put on a motorcycle it was Wednesday late morning and my observation looked as if they were not busy. We told them we had the tire with us and would not be purchasing one. They told use leave the motorcycle and they would try to get to it before they closed...anyway we couldn't wait that long and they couldn't refer us so we found a place down the street that got it done

Had to check out since sold and store moved to this location. Hard to tell, think there is more than before. That place was small and they had stuff everywhere. Now spread out a lot more. Very helpful staff, answered questions I had. Found shirts we liked and a few other things too. Prices seem the same as other shops I visited. Will definitely go again.They also sell Polaris. And I think repair any brand.

These guys are great, they have quite a selection of the things I always seem to need. They are a Polaris dealer and yet they still have the stuff I needed to meet my banshee going.

My husbands 2014 Razor broke down on his first ride of our memorial weekend. While he was stranded on the dunes I called North Bend Powersports as he s been wanting a new razor S. I asked Jada if they had any and they didn t but she called other dealerships and found one. Within 4 hours My husband had the razor that he had been wanting delivered to our campsite by the owner. The whole crew worked very hard to make this happen as it came in a crate and had to put together. The weekend was saved and my husband has never been so surprised!
