This location's terrible customer service has rovoked my former AutoZone loyalty, and I will be taking all my business *next door* to O'Reilly's, and encouraging my friends, family, and business associates, *and you* to do so as well.I recently moved here from the AZ desert. About 6 weeks later my car battery died; no noise at all when trying to start, and after jumping, it was silent-dead again three days later. I had a 3 year warranty from Mesa AutoZone for the battery where I had recieved excellent customer service for many years. With 1+years left on the warranty, I called ahead to see if North Bend AutoZone had one in-stock or if they'd have to order one for my '14 Chevy Spark.When they answered, they questioned which 2014 Spark, and I replied the not-all-electric version. He asked for the specific model code (but all the batteries are the same, except for the all-electric ones.) So I carefully read off the VIN, (and I asked about buying new windshield wipers while I waited on his long search) and he said "that isn't working for me." So I read off the licence plate, and with the help of abrasive background guy, he was finally able to locate my vehicle.Then he tells me that they don't have that battery, *and they can't even order it.* When I told him that I bought it at AutoZone, and it was under warranty, he (and background guy) argued with me. Eventually he petulantly offered that if I brought in the battery and the paperwork they would give me a partial refund. I don't want a refund: I want you to honor AutoZone's waranty. After they refused, he still audaciously tried to sell me windshield wipers! There's no point in installing new wipers on a car with no working battery!O'Reilly's *next door* had my battery in stock with a 3 year warranty that *they are both willing and able to honor.* They didn't need my VIN or licence plate to find it quickly in their system. I got my wiper blades there from those nice and knowledgable guys, too.

Been shopping here for years. Recently there was an issue with getting incorrect change and I didn t realize till I got home. I went in and talked to the manager and he solved everything with no hassle. Amazing service and will continue to do business here. Top notch as always! Thank you for the great service.

Best customer service On the oregon coast. Not only do the gentlemen there multitask Finding parts for multiple customers at one time but they are very knowledgeable And honest. Went in this morning and while What employee was helping find white bulbs thru a woman's cell phone picture He reached over and handed me the light bulbs that were in my hand correct number and everything. I always leave with a smile on my face. They price match to a degree too! I appreciate you guys and I always leave with a smile thank you for your hard work.

Ricky is best! Ricky deserves a pay raise! He is always very helpful. Friendly, and knowledgeable. He is that only reason i shop at auto zone. Ricky isn t working that day. I ll wait until he is working to shop at autozone. Ricky is A1!!

My Dad took me to get new struts for my Jeep at the North Bend/Coos Bay Auto Zone. Ricky was very friendly and helped us locating the correct parts and went above and beyond in his service by installing them for us. His kind of service is rare to find these days. I felt I had to take the time and give a shout out and a big thank you to both Dale and Sweely. I rolled in the door not once but 3 times last minute needing all kinds of help and parts. Even after they said my part was there and wasn t I was surprised by the superb customer service. Both of them called me to update me on the status. That and when they didn t have what I needed they called the competition next door and reserved the part I needed for me. That s the extra mile that brings me back every time. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work and I hope the right people see this because in my opinion they deserve the recognition.

Boston windshield wipers for my stepdad the guy was very helpful to put on the windshield wipers for us because we couldn't figure out how to get them off and put them on

I always go to autozone. They are very thorough when checking on parts and I never get the wrong part with them. They usually win the call around price check. On top of that they are friendly and ready to help you. I recommend.

Dianne was fantastic. Helpful, cherry, and just a wonderful experience. If you shop here and need any help ask for her. Managment here is awesome the General and Assistant Manager are great they will take care of all your concerns

I came in to see if they had a few parts that I haven't been able to find anywhere, unfortunately they didn't have them, but I found some other stuff. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, they didn't wait for me to find someone, they came up to me and asked if I needed help. I will recommend them and come back!

I had good experiences in the past here, but not lately, I ordered and paid for a drive axle for my Subaru Outback and not only did it not arrive but nobody called to tell me it hadn't been shipped, so I drove an hour each way to pick it up. When I went to install it, it was the was the wrong one ! This continued with the rear hub/ big assy., it was a front, I just can't trust Autozone any longer. It cost extra time gas and numerous trips back and forth. I won't be going back.

AutoZone has been doing a great job with customer service.On my last visit I borrowed a torsion bar tool needed to install a lift kit on the truck my daughter had just picked up, they required a refundable deposit but no fee, great program.In addition they offered the same online discounts in store, plus they signed us up on their rewards program for additional savings.With everyone moving to online buying for savings and convenience they're making it worthwhile to stop in and take care of business.Great job...

AutoZone in the Street Mall here in Coos Bay North Bend is fabulous. The guys are efficient conscientious about what they're doing and can I mention affordable. I went in today and had some things that I needed to get he got them he helped me get what I needed helped me make an informed choice. I can't ask for more. thank you

I give them four stars for the simple fact that Art one of the managers was very professional and helped us get the service we needed. Also Most of the employees that my boyfriend has dealt with are super kind and overall very helpful. They loose a star for the one rude employee that wanted to say he couldn't help me and instead of explaining why he couldn't help me change my break light, he chose to have a condescending attitude. So yea I do recommend Autozone even those some things may be considered pricey, my boyfriends always been happy with what he's bought, the quality of items and the service overall. I'm going from a four star review to a two. For the simple fact that the last 3 times we've gone here my bf and I have had difficulty getting help. The first time I asked for help on my light bar they said they don't do light bars. Fine I let It go even though I've had friends tell me to go here and someone would help me change the fuses. My bf then asked for helped with our check engine light that came on. The guy literally just told him what part he needed and the cost but when my bf asked if he would be able to help he said no he cant. Which is bs because the wall literally says, " check light on? We have the tools to help." So I dont know if its becaus he can't or If it was more he won't. Also it's just the vibe certain employees give. My bf and I are both people of color. Iam Pacific Islander he is half African American and I just want to be honest when I date a white man I never had an issue at Autozone or anywhere really but in the last two years I've dealt with so much prejudice and its just sick. So no I don't recommend this autozone until they make it right. There's only two employees that have ever been helpful or kind to my bf and I the rest of them just do not pass the vibe check.

We ordered some brake parts previously in the week. At first we were told that the parts did not come in or that they were not ordered. Then another clerk took over and said they weren't ordered because we have them in stock. It would seem that you would have that together a little bit better.

I came in to have my battery checked and it was indeed bad. Chris took great care of getting me a new battery installed and on my way. He was very personable. I'll defenitly be back when the time comes again. Thank you Chris!

I needed a new battery. They were kind to put it on free of charge! Thanks Auto Zone! I needed to have my battery checked today, Preston was absolutely fantastic!! He checked everything under my hood!! I am very pleased with their service and employees like Preston!! Thanks Auto Zone!! You will always be Number one!!!

Love these guys! One of them helped me change a licence plate light in tje pooring rain! They also give military discounts which is a hige bonus in my book! Thank you for supporting our troops!

The guy at the counter was very rude not much help at all if he doesn't like his job he ought to work somewhere else the place wasn't busy at all it was obvious the guy didn't like his job he didn't even want to answer questions really rude and stuck up it was an old man time was around 2:30 something on June 6th

The guys there are the best. Very helpful and go above and beyond to help. If they aren't extremely busy, they make time to go out to your vehicle and help you look under the hood if you need help. Great group of people

On our wedding day our truck broke down and the employee that helped us is Art, we would ve never been able to do it without him and little thing we needed he was on it, we live 2 hours away and we re broke down at the beach, every time we have a question we would call and even if he didn t know himself he would look it up and give us an answer, we really appreciate Art and all his help, really wouldn t have been able to do it without him, thank you
