I have come here three times now, when I needed help with a phone. All I can say is that I have never had friendlier or more professional service than I get here regardless of who I work with.This is an excellent team, and they are more knowledgeable than the Verizon support center beyond a doubt.I can't recommend this place highly enough!

Out of all my years of traveling across these beautiful states with various different phone services when I hit the Oregon coast 15 years ago I came to Verizon in Newport and became their biggest fan. All the gentleman that work there are so knowledgeable and friendly and even when I had major issues coming in day after day for a month trying to fix the problem they never not once got short with me or made me feel anything less then yes we will be able to help with smiles and all. I m so loyal to these guys one time I bought a phone from this location all the way out in Missouri. Luv luv you guys

I was very pleased with the service I received at this Verizon retailer. I had very little wait time. The sales person, Josh, was extraordinarily knowledgeable. He was patient and explained everything to me. There was a nice vibe in the business, and no one seemed stressed or impatient. Even the other customers seemed to be relaxed, because the two sales people were efficient and the line kept moving.Josh explained why I should upgrade my plan and showed me how I would save money. He set up my new phone and went above and beyond to help me with certain settings I needed for my rural address. He got me a great price for the trade-in of my old phone, and I walked away spending a lot less than I thought I would have to. I will definitely return to this Verizon retailer!

Service is incredible. After meeting with the manager Josh I was so pleased with the service I actually wanted to work there so I could help others like they do. Trenton was the associated that I was working with. Yet another example of great people skills and excellent service. Any issues they always take care of me and my family. Love you guys.

We visited this store location seeking help with a brand new phone, after multiple unsuccessful attempts in Portland. Josh Duffy was very helpful, courteous, and patient with our questions. Would highly recommend this location to anyone needing service at Verizon.

We had a very good experience at our local Verizon store. The young man who helped upgrade my husband to hiss first smartphone was very knowledgeable and took great care of us. His attention to detail saved us money. The store had everything we asked for on site. I appreciate that convenience so close to home. Neither my husband nor I can remember the young man's name but we came in amidst a rare coastal snowstorm and the person who helped us had just become a father for the first time. He was an incredible professional and we were very pleased. This gentlemen is definitely a 10! The only thing keeping our rating from being a five star rating was the young woman also working that day. She was loud and disruptive, bounding about the store, looking for reasons to no have to come to work or close the store early. She was a constant interruption to the many helping us. To his credit, he managed the situation beautifully. Will will use this Verizon store for all out telephone service needs UNLESS our only option is the young woman, in which case, we believe it would be worth driving the hour to Corvallis.

Best experience I've ever had at a Verizon store hands down. Trenton is awesome and gave me great options on what I wanted to accomplish. He's very personable and friendly and really cares and enjoys his job. I look forward to doing business here in the future.

Ross was excellent even though we got there really close to closing time !! He took his time and got my daughter set up with her new phone. He was much nicer than I would be. Whoever runs the website needs to update the hours

Arrived at the Newport store dealership a bit frazzled, as I'd permitted a system update to my Samsung S10 that morning, and the phone suddenly froze with the "aqua screen of death" at the 25%-updated point. I immediately looked up the issue on my laptop and learned the exact fix to reboot my phone using it's volume, start, and Bixby buttons in a couple of particular sequences. I performed the sequences eight or nine times, and the phone began to reboot but each time then reverted to the "aqua screen of death." My first question to the three staff at the dealership was, "My phone has a problem; which one of you guys is the most techie?" All three answered that they were! Relieved, I handed over my phone, and although they tried mightily, their ultimate conclusion was that the software had fatally failed during the update. Chris helped me select a new phone and stayed with me every step of the way while we got it up and running and all of my Verizon Cloud data and photos downloaded into my new Samsing S21. All three staff deserve the highest of accolades. While there, I witnessed how each one calmly and competently helped me and all the other customers who came into the dealership presenting with one problem or another. This dealership gets my top, ten-star rating!

This crew is absolutely amazing. After a very stressful situation Josh and Trent have helped. They have always been there even on the smallest things . I can't thank them enough to help cover down what Walmart couldn't even make right. THANKS A TON!!!!!

Great business. Trenton was very personable and spent an inordinate amount of time with us setting up our new tablet and linking it with our cell phone. He also set up a link for us with his phone and email address so as to simplify access to him with any problems or questions we encountered. Where do you find this kind of personal service in this new corporate world? I would highly recommend this business to anyone setting up a Verizon service account on the central Oregon coast.

I cannot express my gratitude for the service that was above and beyond my highest expectations! They saved some irreplaceable photos that were in my broken phone and gave me an incredible deal on some fun new accessories for my new phone. They are simply amazing!

My mother was having problems with her phone. I live in Eugene and she lives on the coast. We have insurance and extended warranty coverage on the phone so I figured they'd do some basic troubleshooting with her and if that didn't work, give her information on how to contact Verizon and setup a replacement.Instead, they did some initial troubleshooting then decided to "check for liquid damage" - except whoever assisted her does NOT know how to read a liquid damage indicator. They told her there was liquid damage, so when she contacted Verizon she mentioned this and they insisted it would need to go through insurance rather than a warranty replacement (a $150 deductible difference). We both knew the phone hadn't been exposed to any liquid directly or over time, so the tripped indicator didn't make sense.Since I couldn't confirm this myself damage myself, I tried contacting the store (I'm the account owner). Despite being able to verify EVERYTHING about the account, the person on the phone wouldn't even tell me if they had left notes about water damage on the account, what they saw, etc. Without driving from Eugene to Newport and being there in person, he wouldn't tell me _anything_. Ridiculous.After working with Verizon directly I received a replacement, and when it came time to setup my moms new phone, I checked out her old one. As I mentioned, this store can't read a liquid damage indicator. Inspecting the indicator myself, it had NOT been tripped! There was no indication of liquid damage. This store nearly cost me a $150 deductible for a phone that didn't have water damage, and then refused to tell me anything when I called them for more information. What a waste of time and effort - this whole situation would've been so much smoother had I never suggested my mom walk into this store for some basic assistance.

Came in on an emergency....Trenton was wonderful!He calmed me down...got me into a new phone....and spent time explaining all my questions. This office has amazing energy! The employees are first rate!
