If your car is already clean i guess its fine. It completely missed the entire front bumper, parts of the back bumper, below the drivers door, and the area where the license plate is. And the fact that someone dries the windows and didnt notice? Save your money

Very cool little local car wash with great employees that care. Well maintained place in the wash does a good job. Hand dried by the employees.

Friendly attendant. They scrub your car before you go in the tunnel and towel dry it after. I got The Works and it left my car clean and shiny.

It got the front ,sides and the top of the car pretty clean but didn't do much to the back of the car, as it was still full of road grime. Could be the design of my car.

My vehicle looks great after the wash here. They soap and brush the tires back and front end to get rid of bugs. They towel dry the car. I bring my own towel to get the small spots while they dry my most of the car. Cash only but the price is reasonable so it s no big deal.Service: Car waxingService: Car waxing

Wasn't too bad really. The attendant was super nice, helped me dry it off after the wash.Wasn't the best wash I've had but my truck was so bad that I couldn't complain. I will use them again.

I wish they would take a card and not be cash only. That seems a bit antiquated and that always bugs me and makes me ask why. You could have more business and less cash risk. The car gets pretty clean, and I love the help with the towel dry at the end. But, if the car is a little more dirty they say it's going to cost more and it seems like a bait and switch after your pulled up in line. The one tall employees is not a nice person and to have him as your greeter-cashier, I think you have lose some regular customers and may not leave a good impression for new customers. Richard

Great for a fast car wash. Lotta bugs still on the windshield. Workers very nice and friendly. Car looked great. Not allot of wait time.

awesome place! obviously if you haven't washed your car for a while,and have AN INSANE AMOUNT of build up (like 1 star reviewer Michael TOTALLY had), you gonna need to lower your expectations coz you lazy and need to be realistic. Awesome staff !! very nice!! good clean vacuum area!!

The perfect car wash for me!Friendly folks, attention to details and nice wash facilities.Can vacuum your car on site but I've not tried it yet. Pricing is quite reasonable with various options to choose from.

Only game in town. As they say take what you can get - old facility with newer equipment. Tunnel too short to be able to get the necessary equipment in place. To assist with drying your car they have a person who drys your car after exiting the tunnel.Got my car clean but $12 dollars?Same experience inland would run $6.00

It's a good deal for the price. Employees are always pleasant. Easy in and out. A rare find a vacuum is only a $1 still and plenty of time to clean out an SUV.

Just awesome, they even got in bed of my truck and swept it all out of twigs and leaves....price was super reasonable, ill be back!

Always head here for quick car washes in Newport. Rarely have time to do a full car wash at home these days.

The attendant was very friendly and that was the best part about my experience at this car wash. Otherwise, the wash scratched several areas on passenger side of my truck. No phone number to call and we live about 40 minutes away so, it's not convenient to go back - especially when they aren't open when their hours say they should be. Additionally, the wash didn't even get my truck clean, it was dirty in a number of areas.

Old fashioned service you don't see anymore! They scrub your car down before you even enter the car wash, and wipe it down after you get out. The gentlemen working there are pleasant and professional. I will most definitely be back!

Confusing place. The only one who can answer questions can't hear you due to noise.When I get my car washed, I expect the lower part of the car to be included. Here tires are $2.00 extra. Very slow line to get started & you can't leave. It doesn't blow off the water, so you're captive again while cars ahead of you get their windows wiped down by people collecting tips. Not user friendly.

don't feel that you get what you pay for and my car is small and not that dirty, but the drive through didn't get it very clean. Wasn't a fan but there isn't much else to chose from in that area. Maybe that is why they think they hey can get away with it?

The place is usually tiddy and employees are mostly friendly, I just wish if you pay $13.00 for a full wash "the works" you didn't have to step out of the car to finish the process. The rims never get cleaned, they don't spray wash the undercarriage and the hand dry is not very effective so you have to go over everything again. But if you're in a hurry or can't wash your car yourself this is better than nothing.

Wash does a good job on my pickup with a canopy. I usually have to touch up my nerf bars, and wheels which is no big deal.They always dry my truck off nicely and my windows too. Not bad at all for the price!

Old car wash that does not clean that well. I had a hand full of debris in my truck bed and that I needed to remove it before entering.

We take our vehicle there at least every other week. Just a little amazed as we get the works and from start to finish is done in under 3 minutes. Place we moved from had similar place and we got the works there and took between 10 to 12 minutes. Husband says it will work as we have no area to do our own.

We like this place too; easy in and out, price competitive. The only thing that s odd is they are not always open during posted business hours. Can somebody tell us when they re open?

Staff was extremely rude they do not accept debit cards and the staff yelled at me for pulling up behind a car instead of parking by the hedge and not accepting cards no atm machine available to get cash so never going there again

6 months ago, I would have given it 2 stars, but the pre wash the attendants do has stepped up, and the machines seem decent. However, it s a crazy expensive for the wash provided.
