Newport, Oregon's Power Ford Service Department is a busy place. Call 4-5 business days in advance of when you'd like to go. I appreciate that Power is a preferred option in a town with a number of auto repair shops. When calling, I've been referred to speak with Nathan a couple of times when I've questioned whether a promotion or customer satisfaction program might cover needed labor and or parts (no dice, but I like that he checks). After my vehicle's last diagnostic, Nathan took the time to explain in detail the recommended work and options. Giving people bad news and ensuring customers understand scope and cost can't be easy. Nathan does it well and it's one reason I go back to Power Ford. The other equally important reason is that I've been happy with each service / repair. Not happy at spending the money, obviously, but happy that each thing has been one and done. Power Ford Service Department is my number one choice when my Ford needs work.

Food was tasty. Server was nice. Being a non-smoker, the ashtrays could have been cleaned out. It is bar, but a little smoky even outside.
