While these comments reflect in part our experience with a Jeep purchase some years ago, it was recently inspired by our current discussions with their sales associates. Our first contact was with Christopher, who was extremely helpful in reviewing our fairly specific needs for a new Ram truck. We corresponded primarily by email, but also by phone. With such helpful input we decided to make the 50 mile trek to the Newport dealership. There we were introduced to Mark Lease, who was able to explain answers to the many technical questions we had, based on his excellent product knowledge. In the end, we could not identify precisely the unit we were looking for in their inventory. But despite this fact, the experience was sufficiently positive that we thought it useful to post these comments. Our dealings with Christopher and Mark confirmed our positive expectations of the Power dealership.

Bought my first car with the best of help from Matt. He was very informative on each car, very patient with me and also very supportive and helpful with my car choice. Being young and buying a car can be stressful but Matt made this experience very stress-free and now I know I can go visit family in a nice and luxurious reliable car!!! Thank you Matt!

We had a great experience with these guys. They make sure you feel comfortable, patient, and so friendly. If I buy another vehicle it s gonna be at Ford Power I recommend them highly to anyone who s looking for a vehicle!

Was getting very discouraged about leasing a Jeep Gladiator. I had done my due diligence, and researched prior to reaching out to dealerships. As this vehicle retains its value quite well, it should be a great vehicle to lease and I knew about what I should be paying (even taking into consideration our current state of affairs). The problem is that there are many dealerships (I tried 5 dealerships across the PNW before stumbling across Power Motors) trying to fleece customers for an extra $14k - $16k in finance charges on the back end (you read that number right, buyer beware of padded money factors). As a last ditch effort, I contacted Power CJDR in Newport on a Saturday. Thankfully, there are still some dealerships out there with some integrity who just want to help customers buy a vehicle; they make a little money, you save some money, everyone walks away happy. This is what the car buying experience is supposed to be like, but sadly, so often is not. The first offer from Power CJDR was right at where I was predicting my payment to be, thus I knew from the start, these were honest people who deserved my business. Because I live about 1.5 hours away, I did most of the negotiating (a total of three emails) from my home and then drove in to sign paperwork. I was physically at the dealership for less than an hour. My sales consultant, Matthew Delman, was kind, professional, & prompt. The sales manager came out to shake my hand and thank me for my business; a small but appreciated gesture that I will remember as it's nice to feel appreciated. Finance was quick & painless without any pressure to add anything onto the deal (THANK YOU). Mark Lease stayed late to help finish paperwork and help me get acquainted with my new Jeep. Mark never once made me feel rushed and still took the time to make sure I was comfortable with everything before sending me on my way. For a multitude of reasons, but mostly because they are just nice, honest people, I will be back for my next purchase. Don't waste your time with other dealerships in this area (unless you feel like getting legally robbed), go directly to Power CJDR in Newport. I can promise you won't be sorry!!

Didn't feel pressured which was nice however their offer for my trade in was the lowest on the KBB which was insulting. If they actually gave a realistic and fair offer I would have made the purchase.

Sales department - Manager is good, sales person was not. I walked and the manager called to make the deal.Service depth SUCKS! I recieved around "included" services when I purchased my jeep. They always took much longer than promised (I drove from Florence). Once I noticed that the mechanic checked all the boxes of things done, but after fmdriving away, my wiper fluid was completely empty...made me wonder what else the mechanic check done, but didn't actually get done.Today I find out my tires are worn out unevenly from no regular rotation. So it appears other things didn't get done as offered.I recommend Servicing your vehicle elsewhere. I don't trust the mechanics there. However, the people in the office are very nice & try their best, but it's the mechanics responsibility to get the job done correctly & completely.

It's not every day we experience service like we did at the Power Chrysler of Newport Service Department. I called after our window shattered on the highway and was directed to drive on in. When we arrived Pentera met us while we were still in the car driving up and explained what they would do. She took the car right away along with our contact information. We went on a walk and less than an hour later received a text that our vehicle was ready. They removed the broken window and taped up the opening with some super strong stuff to get us by until we could get it replaced. A few days in and there is no flapping or annoying noise that I would typically associated with a taped up window. In addition, they vacuumed all over the car and explained in detail things we might want to consider when getting everything repaired. My wife and I looked at each other and suggested that Pentera deserves a raise because she was SO awesome at her job. Thank you Power Chrysler of Newport and thank you Pentera!

I am lucky to have found a dealership that was kind and patient with me. This was my first time purchasing a car. Matthew was friendly and was very knowledgeable about the cars and the communication was above and beyond he listened and was able to guide me to the right car at the right price. Hands down the best customer service in the industry. On leave from Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA when my check engine light came on. Thankfully Tucker and the service crew got me in right away, fixed the issue, and had me on my way. I really appreciate them. Thank you for taking care of me an my family. Mark Lease was our sale rep for the custom ordered RAM 2500 we just purchased and brought home. He took us from order all the way through delivery, and we had an excellent experience. He was very knowledgeable and went over the specs and the features in great detail inside and out. He also made himself available for any future questions. I would recommend him to friends and relatives in a heartbeat.

Went in to the Jeep dealer showroom and no one was there; open doors, lights on but not a soul. I did the jig in the showroom just because I could. Looked at all the Wranglers but with no one to ask questions, I left.

Wonderful experience buying a new Ram with Mark Lease. Mark is very knowledgeable about the cars he sells and has a really easy going manner. I really recommend this dealership, price was better than I could get anywhere else. What else is there to say? This is the place I ll buy future vehicles from. This has been the best delivery of a new vehicle I have had - I have purchased many cars over the years! Mark Lease was wonderful, he is an excellent salesman and knows his craft well. He helped me set up the electronics and showed me how everything works. You have been so kind and helpful, I appreciate it greatly. Folks it is worth the drive to buy a vehicle at this dealership! Last October I bought my Jeep Renegade from Mark Lease, excellent experience working with him. Last week Mark reminded me that my first oil change is free, which I really appreciated he took the time to do. The service was excellent and smooth. Most sales people walk away after the vehicle is sold but this is not the case with Mark Lease. I needed some help a while back with the Jeep and he went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. If you are looking for a new vehicle I highly recommend him, he is old school and honest!

Power Dodge service and parts are awesome. We were experiencing tire pressure sensor issues which were a major concern for us as our Ram dually is our tow vehicle for our live-in fifth wheel.This occurred during our temporary stay in the area and they were beyond helpful. Spent unscheduled time checking out our problem ultimately getting new sensors ordered ASAP as we were traveling once again. Fantastic customer service! Wish we could always use this dealership during our travels. Thank you Power!

Overall it was a good experience. I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted and they even gave me more money for my trade in. They cleaned the car inside and out ( even though it was brand new) and filled it up with gas. They were all very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend them. The best part out of all of this, I didn t feel rushed and pushed around (like most salesmen do). They respected me and helped me get a really great car at a fair price. I will be returning for when my husband is ready to get a truck for sure! Thank you again John and everyone else at power who helped me!
