One of my tires had a slow leak. Bill found a screw lodged in the tire that another well-known chain store had missed. No charge! Very kind and generous - appreciate the great service and expertise - thank you, Doug and Bill.

Excellent place to go for service! Doug is the best. He cares. He doesn't price gouge. He handles your situation with professionalism & rare to find personal service. Ocean Tire Factory probably doesn't need social media to fuel their business. One of their customers told me Newport citizens know where to go for their auto needs. Your will give them 5 stars too. Thank you Doug. Your crew rocks!

Doug and Bill were awesome...scraped off the front skid plate going into a parking garage and didn't know if there might be additional damage...they checked the car out immediately, removed the skid plate for us, and gave her a good bill of health...then they didn't even charge us anything for it... tried to convince them to let us pay something but they wouldn't hear it!Awesome place....awesome people!!

Can't say enough good words and accolades for Doug and has team at Ocean Tire. Always willing to help with what ever issue I bring him. His tire brands are top tier but he'll let you know if the high end tire you're interested in is not a right fit for your vehicle. He's not about trying to sell you the highest priced tire but more to what's best for your vehicle base on your needs and driving habits. I've been shopping at Ocean tire over a period of 9 years now and it's about time I give him a "Shout Out" that's long over due.

Always have had great service from Ocean Tire. Moved here about three years ago, went to the dealership and another independent for auto repairs and maintenance. Both service centers had problems, one very serious and unethical. Ocean Tire was the third and best who now has my business. They are always helpful and willing to help - even when they help for free.

These guys come highly recommended from other service providers in the area. I decided to use these guys after another tire place in town completely ruined my tires from doing "Free" hole repairs. My "Free" tire repairs is now costing me $700+ because I now have to buy 2 new rims and replace one of my new tires because its completely warped from whatever the last place did to get my tires off the rim. Ugh.If you need car repairs, these guys are the ones to see.

Bought tires here. I've tried three times to get an appointment for warranty rotation with no success. Last time, I gave them a three day window and they said "booked up." Service work prepaid in the purchase price means nothing if you can't get the service.

I went to get a simple tire repair. I had a nail in the side. Originally he told me he could repair the tire but it wouldn t hold, and that I could get a used tire. However as I went to check google and friends to confirm that indeed what he was saying was correct. Which I think is fair for anyone to do. Afterwards he was unhappy I double checked his word. And that he would not repair my tire and that there were absolutely no used tires. After 20 plus years of service there I can say I am done. I will be taking my business to Pacific tire where they treat people with respect.

Ok customer service but they did an all wheel drive car without even offering an alignment then acted like it was my responsibility to ask. And when one of my brand new tires popped and I called about a warranty they never got back to me. I think they are more interested in servicing the town's municipal vehicles then the residents or anyone else

I've taken several different vehicles in, with several unique and challenging problems, and these guys have been beyond awesome every time. Not only quality, knowledgeable work, but nice guys that will work with you too. Absolutely recommend.

Great service and reasonable prices. Owner is a hoot, very entertaining. Have been pleased with work so far and will be taking vehicle back for further items that need done. He likes when I come in and do the magazine purge!!!

Blew me off, wanted exhaust work done.Went in said they didn't have time to look, scheduled me for 8am two days later, didn't expect me to show up wasn't even on schedule. They take it lift it comes back says can't do it maybe a Bolton kit I will call you when I get prices took less than 5 min. Call back a week later, no clue what I was talking about. Sorry but I got money to spend and you guys missed out on future work from me. Try somewhere else that likes having customers and money

Great place for honest automobile worki have a 2007 Chrysler sebring that had the fuel pump go out and i didn't have the money to get it fixed. Chrysler, Ford Chevy all wanted 8 to 9 hundred dollars to fix it.so stupid me let it sit for a 8 to 12 months.when i had the money i had it towed to Doug at ocean tire and found out the motor was seized, well Doug fixed it and replaced the original problem (fuel pump) for not much more money then the cost of replacing the fuel pump.his company will have all of our work in the future.and to add 2007 Chrysler have a known problem with motors so beware.Tim & Terri

Showed up without an appointment and they were able to quickly diagnose a problem that 2 other places didn't know the answer to. Bill and Mike were very kind and friendly.

Lazy and sloppy work. Missing parts and lied to about parts "disappearing". Wouldn't trust them to change a battery
