Mark and Tony are amazing employees always going above and beyond for every guest and customer making sure they are getting the best quality service possible. Honest workers and truly care. The team here as a whole is outstanding. Been coming here for all my questions and needs since I moved to the area 2 years ago. Extremely pleased and satisfied every time!

The most rude inconsiderate OReillys I have ever been to!! I'm a 71 yo lady that asked for a brake light fix. Also to check transmission & engine oil levels. The man firstly stood @ the cash register in front of me & never acknowledged my presence. Finally after I continued to stand in front of him he did. Another man standing down from me was being helped by a different salesman so there was NO EXCUSE for his behavior. I've been to several other O'Reilly's & have never been treated like this!!

Did as best they could didn't have exactly what we needed first time around, but subsequent trips had what I needed and took good care of my wife in not really knowing what she needed, asked good questions and sent her back to me with the right stuff

Recent trip from Portland, we were stranded with alternator problems. They lent tools and helped us find a mechanic. John and David were even able to round up an alternator for a 45 year old car. Great people who helped us when we needed help the most.

Friendly and helpful. Got a printed quote for a brake job, printed broke down and explained, multiple options, all in about 5 minutes or less. The Only place I go for parts in town

On 101 when I noticed the tire was flat. Pulled up to my trusty Newport O' Reilly store for a repair kit. Cody came out and said I needed to get a new tire and proceeded to jack it up and put on a donut til Monday. Those guys are my go to on all auto related matters. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks Cody! Give that guy a raise!

I stopped in for the first time at the store, today. I had recently had a very negative experience at another auto parts store in town, and wanted to give O Reillys a try. Right from the start, I was impressed. Stefanie went out of her way to help me, even to the point of staying a few minutes after her shift. I purchased a new part, but had some difficulty installing it. Shawn jumped right in and installed the part for me. If this is an example of the typical experience at the store, it should do quite well. I highly recommend it.

The product I bought did not work but how can you complain when the one that did the guy pretty much installed it for me. I love going to places like this knowing they will help. You guys need a tip option.

We were having battery issues and stopped to get it tested. The woman who helped us was very nice and attentive. When looking up the battery it flagged it saying it may need to be vented. She then informed us we needed to take it to the dealer to have our battery changed. I've changed many batteries and was completely unaware of this. We ended up leaving to the dealer who also turned us away. Napa took care of our issues though. I feel as though a little more information could have been given before turning us away. Decent service though.

This is one of the best run Auto Parts stores I have ever worked with. I have owned my own shop since graduating high school & have experienced service from several different parts stores. O-Reilly is one of the best run out there. Manager & employees are killing it! Great morel even when there phones ring off the hook. Being popular can be difficult. They are good & being popular & they deserve it.

Want to give a huge shout out to Davis at O Reilly s in Newport, OR. He was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to help find the battery we needed and even went out of his way to install it for us, no questions asked. Davis saved my birthday weekend, and for that I am grateful beyond words. I ll be recommending this store to all my friends and family. 10 out of 10! Thank you O Reilly s and thank you Davis for being a 5 star employee.

Newport Oregon. Dark rainy evening 11-22-21. I bought new wiper blades and misc stuff. I asked if someone would install the wiper blades for me. I was told he wasn't sure where is help was but would send out when he came back.. I watched through the window and saw someone enter from the back. I waited a few minutes and no one came out so I went in and asked if he was coming out? I was told he would when he was done doing returns in the back. I asked " don't customers come first?" He told me he couldn't come out because someone might come in and rob the place.... I was parked at front door. Newport ore O'Reillys I will never return and until staff is replaced I suggest no one waste there time going in.

I appreciate the low prices and stocked shelves here. If I can, I drive an extra 30 minutes out of my way to shop here. They have friendly staff and some are able to help you try and figure out the problem. They have been able to hook up a scanner at times as well.

Called into O'reilly to ask about a warranty on a starter I purchased a year ago. A young man by the name of Davis was very helpful, professional and made it easy on answering my question. He gave me Faith that there are still nice and courteous people out there.

I bought a set of new headlight bulbs which ended up being wrong. I went to return them and found that the proper ones were $2.00 cheaper. The counterman then proceeded to attempt to tell me that they would exchange them straight across. When I called him out on this, he walked to the entrance and tried to give me a mail in rebate coupon that was available to any customer as if that made up for trying to scam me out of the price difference. After five years reflection, they have gotten better and deserve the recognition for improving in my review.

We were camping in the area and needed a new serpentine belt on our way out of town. We called Napa first and they said they had the part. We showed up and it took 45 minutes just to end up telling us they didn't have it after all even though the computer said they had three in stock; they couldn't find one. So we got back in the car, called O'Reillys and they said they had the part too. We showed up and they had it waiting on the counter for us. Nicest guy checked us out, and we were in and out in less than 5 minutes. It was a huge relief. Well done O'Reilly! We know where we'll be taking our business first from now on!

These guys are just the best! I love the knowledge, the friendliness, the understanding (with Covid craziness) and the willingness to just get along with people and continue supplying the community with great service despite all that's going on.I can't say enough good about this place or the people who work here. I finally left Newport Oregon for good (ya all are just too you-know for me), and am honestly sad not to talk to these guys anymore. Have a good life employees of O'Reilly's Newport. :)
