I ve taken my car here for oil changes and a repair. They are friendly and get you in as fast as possible. The are Nappa certified so parts have a THREE year warranty (not one year). Great service. Quality work.

The entire team is FANTASTIC. They do quality work, they are so friendly & affordable. I have gone there on 3 different occasions & each time they had the parts, they were efficient & got back with me immediately with any questions I had. These guys are great. We came in with a clunking on the right side of our car after a two-day drive.They looked at the car right away and diagnosed and fixed it in minutes. That made two happy wanderers very happy and much relieved that our holiday wouldn't be spoiled. Thanks so much guys and have a wonderful xmas.

I can t say enough good things about this Auto service! I ve been in the area just a little over a year and because my car is older it has required several up dates and repairs, the latest being a front end tie rod. They towed my car on a Sunday, and had it repaired by Tuesday. Pat, T Cory and Brent you are the best!! Honest, caring and always concerned for the customer! I can t thank you all enough. Hands down some of the most amazing service I ve ever received! I frantically called shop after shop to try and get my vehicle checked out when I finally called Northwest Allpro. Thi answered the line and while having a full book of appts for the day welcomed me in to have her mechanic take a look at my vehicle. While we couldn t get anything repaired due to time restraints. Thi and her me mechanic went above and beyond to make sure I was helped out! Thank you guys!

Service was 10 out of 10! Very professional, did not try to take advantage of us. Diagnosed issue very quick, ordered the parts right away. Communicated every step of the way. Pat was extremely knowledgeable about everything he did, and explained to us so we would understand. Corey figured out my Rams electrical dilemma, replaced a fuse and I was out the door for minimal dollars. This was something the dealer hadn't been able to figure out unless they checked it in and assigned a tech to it. So thankful for Northwest Allpro! We took trip to the coast for the night with our toddler and as we were getting ready to head home our check engine light came on. Not being from the area and no longer having our hotel room we were in a tough spot. When I called Northwest Allpor and explained our situation, they got us in right away. The husband and wife that own the shop were unbelievably nice and helpful with our son. They got our car fixed in a very timely manner and charged us what we were quoted. Would highly recommend for locals and visitors alike!

I love working with Pat. He was honest, fixed it right the first time, told me when it was a recall printed the paperwork and sent me to the dealership when they had never even said anything about a recall. YES. I would refer people here. And the women who have felt talked down to by other mechanics that won't happen here. Honesty and great customer service.

My wife and I were traveling through Newport when our new F150 had the break fault light come on. The local Ford dealership was unable to diagnose the breaking issue for seven days. Called and Pat was most helpful in his evaluation of the problem and his recommendation not to spend money for what should be warranty work. We were stranded on vacation, far from home with a cylinder mis-fire and not able to travel without repairs. After getting no sympathy from several other auto repair shops who all indicated it would be a week before they could look at it we called on Northwest Allpro. Pat diagnosed the problem and got the vehicle repaired the same day we brought it in. We were thrilled to get this kind of service and understanding. Felt he was honest and very knowledgeable. Pat and Corey are Very Honest. Pat tells you what is wrong with your Vehicle and explains whether it is worth fixing or not. My Wife has a 2006 Chevy Impala that needed a new Steering Rack put on. He told me that the car wasn't worth fixing due to its age and mileage. We decided to go ahead and get it replaced anyway. Car runs Gr8

Our vehicle warning lights was on for oil filter and tire maintenance on the way from Richland WA to Newport OR. Northwest Allpro Auto Clinic fixed the problem efficiently and professionally. The owner Pat is a very caring and honest person. I strongly recommend him,. Thank you Pat for helping us.

If I could only rate them higher, I would. Pat (owner/operator) went above and beyond for me when I had a pretty traumatic breakdown of one vehicle, and another ran off the road. Not only was his work prompt, excellent, and affordable, he went FAR ABOVE AND BEYOND what could be expected of him when dealing with my insurance company. Over the course of several months of the insurance company losing paperwork and reciepts, even after I had paid him cash out of pocket, Pat went to bat for me and resent and re-emailed everything i requested of him to make sure I got paid. He's got my business for life and I would recommend anyone to him.

We were having problems with our Outback. He (sorry didn't get his name) did a quick scan and found the problem and the solution. We were able to continue our vacation without a side run to Corvallis. He would not take any money and told us "Have a safe trip!" Highly recommend this business!

Pat was able to diagnose my sarting problem and correct it quickly. He had told me on the phone that it would be $100 to look at it. After getting my van started he refused to take payment saying that he hadn't really done anything. That wasn't true what he did was when the opportunity to take advantage of me he didn't. He demonstrated that good and decent people still exist.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I never write reviews. Until now. I know I won t regret telling the world that this car repair shop is it. It s all of the things: honest, fast, friendly, and the job they do on even the most bizarre of requests is met with a no problem at all and handled perfectly. Go here. Be happy. Thank you, all!

If I could give this place 6 stars I would! They were so nice! I accidentally ripped the tow hitch off my Buick on a 10 day road trip and Northwest Radiator fixed me up in 2 hours!!! Thanks Northwest Radiator!!!

Was in a tight spot with a rental Camaro convertible who s top and trunk would not open. They worked us right in, and were able to get our backpacks out; removing and reinstalling the rear seat after a few valiant attempts to get the stubborn top to work. Highly recommend them as they went above and beyond!

Hurray for Harry at Northwest Radiator. He got us back on the road again, being honest about what it would take to replace and repair our radiator. My husband says he undercharges...;-). What a super guy!
