Very helpful knowledgeable staff that aren't afraid to come out from behind the counter to help you find what you need and if they don't have it they will order it for you and have it the next day

I stopped in here feeling anxious, because my oil light came on as I was about to drive back to Washington. Red asked my model of Subaru and looked up pictures of the dipstick and explained to me how to read it, and then sold me the kind of oil I needed based on the old receipt photo DH sent to me. We made it home safely. Thanks Red!

I was here on Monday (June 5th), to get a new battery. This was the first time I had ever needed replace a car battery, and all of the employees on the floor that day were so kind, supportive and gave me wonderful advice as I struggled through this new learning experience. It took me two hours, but the employees were always cheerful and helpful when answering my million something questions.

NAPA does not stand behind the products they sell. Due to an emergency I was forced to purchase an over priced junk electronic inverter from NAPA in Newport, OR. Having great knowledge in power inverters I knew this was going to be a waste of my money. I asked what there return policy was and he said, if you plug it in you can t return it. I have personally purchased 3 inverters over the years that were lemons right out the box. The fact that they don t stand behind the products they sell, (at a huge markup) says it all!

I was in there to replace my car fob battery and I was sold the wrong battery. One of the salesman working there grabbed it and handed it to me, I walked out in confidence I was given the right product. I got home and found it was the wrong battery. I returned in less than one hour, and was told I had to buy a new battery. They weren't able to replace it, because I didn't have the original packaging. It's a 7 dollar battery, I thought they would take care of me as their customer. Never going back again. I went to O'Reilly.

Night had fallen, and it was raining very hard. NAPA was about to close, but Samuel helped me pick out the right windshield wipers, rang me up, and even offered to install my front and back windshield wipers. He was so kind and helpful. Totally appreciate the five-star service.

Great and attentive service. The guys at the front desk were very helpful when we were driving through and had battery issues. We weren't sure if our battery had to be vented and they helped us look it up. If you're having car problems this isn't a bad place to go.

Husband not able to get around so I went and walked in and asked for help. Explained what I needed was helped immediately. One guy came out to the vehicle with several sizes and found the correct one.Helpful and cheerful was all that works there and if need help again will definitely go there.

I've always had a great experience with Napa Newport. These people actually help and not just make a sale. I do not live in Newport but visit almost every weekend. If I can I wait to buy auto parts until I'm here to support a great business.

Went in for a brake line on my old Ford pick up.No one has them pre-shaped anymore.Guy behind the counter (Red) took my old one and carefully measured. Set me up with a copper one that was easy to bend and made the job easy. Good customer service like this is rare these days.

Very helpful people of course it is Napa and they take alittle while longer when you come in to get something however you get the right part and don't have to bring to back like a couple other places I have been

The guy was a pain.Tried to overcharge on a part when i ask about it he got the part priced but it was still wrong. If your a tourist I think it makes a difference how your treated..In a negative manner

These guys know what they're doing! Very friendly staff members get to the root of my needs every time and they know where the products are. I don't have to wait long, either, because they have plenty of help.

These guys are great. They are super helpful and usually have the part in store or they can get it really easy. You pay a lill more than online shopping but you get what you pay for. I'll spend the lill extra for great service.

Again mixed emotions here. I went in to exchange a lifetime warranty caliper to be told it was only a 3 year. I worked for the company for 12 yrs I know what I purchased. Anyway that's my personnel experience here. Eclipse calipers were lifetime atm calipers were 3 yr just saying. But I had no option here.

While the closest competing auto parts store is open till 8 p.m. most evenings and often has some lower prices than Napa I have found that Napa is much more likely to have an item than the competitors. Further, with Napa one is more likely to find individual items to replace within a larger component rather than having to purchase the entire kit. For example rebuilding the front brake calipers on a 1990 Suburban rather than buying a kit including parts that I do not need including the bolts I was able to Simply purchase the all-important bushings. That's a big savings. I've been purchasing from Napa since it came into being about what? 40 years ago or more. Pretty much true that you cannot go wrong with the winner... Napa

I came in to get a replacement headlight bulb for my Toyota Rav 4. I asked if they could put it in for me and Rick the Counter Guy said " Negative"! Very Arrogant . If a Woman with a Nice Rack walked in he wouldn't hesitate to help her.
