Place sucks basically got scammed outta 80$ jus so he can look at my truck for an hr an say i cant do it. After the fact i came in before hand showed my headlights to them an him verifying That he can do it. So folks save your money anything you can do he can do.

I've been an Allstart customer for years. The staff is always super knowledgeable and amazing. I've also worked in the car profession for the last 4 years and I never hesitate to recommend them to customers. David and Scott have always been amazing and are great techs! I had been fighting with the dealership where I bought my jeep. They charged me to say there was nothing wrong with it. I,was having to Jumpstart my car 1-2 times a day 4-5;days a week. Allstart electric had it fixed in 2 days. I have not had to Jumpstart my jeep. They also were very reasonable in price. I couldn't be happier. They know what they are doing. Great place! Went to see if they could replace my alternator. The tech said it would be about a week to fix because they were busy. If I had a secondary vehicle and I wasn't forced to live in my vehicle it wouldn't have been an issue.I'm very happy that he was honest on the time it would take.If you aren't in a rush or a hurry then I do recommend this place.

I was on vacation from Boise and on my Harley. The battery never gave me any trouble until the trip of course. I gave Jerry a call at the shop and he was sure he had a battery for my application, rode over and had it installed in know time. Turned out we knew mutual folks in my neck of the woods. Great people to do business with!! Thanks again Jerry!

Really thankful for these guys. I had an alternator go out on a Friday and needed to get back to work by Monday. Allstart Auto Electric took the car late Friday afternoon, waited for the part to come in (5pm) and worked in the evening so we could get the car on Saturday. I'm super thankful and recommend them without hesitation.

Had alternator troubles and these men were beyond kind with their time. Traveling from another state for thanksgiving and they completed the tasks with care and ensured it was completed in a timely manner. Excellent work and customer service. Thank you gentlemen!

If you've read my negative review regarding Kiefer Nissan of Corvallis as to my Nissan Pathfinder's unsolved electrical issue, you might be curious as to how the story ended. The problem? Despite Kiefer Nissan's assertion (even to Nissan Corporate Customer Sevice) that my battery was "good" when I brought it into Kiefer's service shop AND that their refusal to honor the battery's Nissan Warranty was proper (i.e., because the battery was allegedly "within guidelines and only needed charging") -- the ACTUAL FACT is that my Nissan Pathfinder was dead again when I tried to start it the very next day. The solution? I pulled out my trusty AAA card and called for a tow to Allstart Auto Electric, in Newport, Oregon, having been told that they are a great shop for auto electrical issues. I literally offloaded my electrical problem onto them: either it was a bad battery OR a phantom electrical drain. To rule out a phantom electrical drain, Allstart Auto Electric put a brand new battery into my car and, as a test, let it sit on their lot from Friday morning to Monday morning. They also put my old battery on a trickle charger for the same period of time. The verdict? 1. The new battery had NOT drained in those three days. Thus, my car has NO phantom electrical problem. 2. The old battery had NOT taken a charge in those three days. Thus, my old battery was NOT "good" when I took it to Kiefer Nissan of Corvallis; it was BAD, but Kiefer could not figure that out. The conclusion? After this real-life acid test (please excuse the pun), Allstart Auto Electric is the hands-down, top award winner in diagnosing auto electrical issues. I award Allstart Auto Electric Inc. my 10-star, highest recommendation. Use them with confidence. They're the best!

Go see these guys they know there stuff, fast services. I took in an alternator and they checked it out right away got me a new one the next day. They have batteries and lights. Oh and for those DUII guys I guess he does that too however I have never needed that breath starter on my car...

Simply the best. Fixed fifth wheel/truck electric bug that meant lights weren't working. These guys went above and beyond to get us and our rig back on the road. There aren't enough stars.
