1 star only because 0 isn t an option.I don t like talking bad on people but they were highly unprofessional, uncoordinated, and like to stand around to add on work hours.I decided to shop local and I payed the price for it. Next time I d much rather hire an actual professional that takes they re business and career seriously that values my time as much as theirs but non the less I did not receive any of that from specialty glass.Service: Installation

2 weeks to get an estimate that took literally 10 seconds to do! I wanted a POLYCARBONATE window.... i got plexiglass!!! They tried to caulk the window in place, when I brought in the seal from the old glass... the seal they used has already come loose! Not even 1 month later... the owner seemed not interested in doing my custom job in the first place "it'll take an hour just to make a template...." "it's a hard cut" and the secretary is very forgetful. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone! Wish I could post picturesService: Auto rear window replacement

Genuinely displeased with this service took on a job that he clearly couldn t handle ended up sub contracting the whole thing and still took weeks from the original start date to finish . Save your time Save your money hire a professionalService: InstallationService: Installation

We had a leak and had called Specialty Glass about coming out an giving us an idea of whether it could be repaired or not. After working with the technician and finding out it was a pretty simple fix and a repair he made immediately, we asked what the total would be. We were promptly told someone from the office would call to let us know. Boy were we surprised when the call came and it was well over $230! For around 45 minutes of labor, most of which was just talking about life and the technician smoking, we couldn't believe it. Would recommend extreme caution in working with this company as we did not feel the pricing was upfront and honest. We have worked with many contractors and normal service calls are at best around $100.

Awesome CUSTOMER SERVICE! After Newberg glass put in a shower door for us last year that has never worked correctly and would not return our phone calls to come out and fix it we called specialty glass & Sally was so sweet and getting us help and getting somebody out there tomorrow to fix it! THANK YOU
