I called Les Schwab and they quoted $75 to replace three wiper blades. I went to O'Reilly's and it cost $63 and they put them on for me. Quickly. Their customer service has always been very helpful.

I was having problems with my license plate lights. Went to O'Reilly's they help me put them in unfortunately that was not problem. So they tested my wires help me track down the bad wire unbelievable the amount of customer service that you get there fabulous

Today I came in to get a bulb replaced but the worker dropped the bulb & some how managed to get it stuck inside my headlight. He couldnt get it out. They Hire nothing but newbie's that cost the business even more.

Always have what I need here. It just seems like they need more help there! There is never enough help there there's always only one guy that actually helps people at the cash register with like four or five people always in the back of the store just kicking it. Other than that I really love the place

Staff is awesome. Ha. Any time I get near the front of the store they're perked up like, "I can help you over here." And they put my windshield wipers on for me.

Got help finding a kinda funky part, there was some unexpected shipping involved due to lack of stock in the distribution systems, but hey, they found the part,had a decent price and the customer support was great. Good job to Jerry for all help.

Generally, I have had good luck at this store in the past. But they really burned me today. I had borrowed my dad s boat and needed a hitch lock. I didn t realize it until that evening. I got to the store about five minutes before closing and they had already locked up. There s a guy standing at the counter, when I looked at him he just looked away. I realize going in five minutes before closing sucks. But I didn t want to leave the boat unsecured in the front of my house overnight. If you close at 9 then don t close till 9.

The whole staff was extremely helpful and patient!!! What made my encounter extremely amazing was a salesman named Chris... He helped find the right part instantly and gave me everything I needed to understand what was wrong and was right on point. Without the help of this crew and Chris I would be in big trouble!! Thank u Chris and Heath and everyone else at Newberg O. Reilly also to mention..they helped me find the right wipers and new motor for the windshield wipers on my popular toyota that no other shops around had in stock.. And refunded me for my core on the spot without any issue or problem ..(I read that someone said this store / people could not do those things in a previous review..and its just not factual.)

The ISS there is named Anna and she handles the commercial accounts and also does the deliveries on occasion she's amazing and really knows her stuff I trust her to get what I need and I can always count on it being right. The rest of the staff are great too but if I was any one else I would go to her.

UPDATEWent to the Woodburn, OR store and they took care of me no questions asked.ThanksWent to exchange one of there batteries and they knew it was theres. I didnt have receipt and they couldn't find in system so they refused to replace under warranty. They even said it was only 1 yr old bases on the code on battery.

I called to verify they had a part on hand as their website said they had only one available. I further explained that I had gone to two other stores and once I got there they didn't actually have the part so I was calling it advance to make absolutely sure before making another trip. Liam assured me they had the part in hand and he would leave it at the front counter. Well wouldn't you know it wasnt there after driving 20 minutes. Liam tells me they don't have the part. I said what do you mean you don't have the part you just told me you had it in hand and it would be up front at the counter. He then went on to say it's an inventory problem. This is not an inventory problem, it is a personnel problem. Horrible service and quite dishonest that someone would just straight deceive me in the thinking they had the part after I explained the situation.

They guy at the counter with painted finger nails ( can t remember his name) was very knowledgeable about the headlights I was looking for and was real helpful as well!

Top-notch staff always willing to help me find what I need as an amateur mechanic. Very knowledgeable and helpful even if you have to order something they don't have at the moment.

Went in and had a real quick question. Not only did John know the answer. He basically fixed the issue for me right then and there. You just don't find that many people who still put their customers first.Thank you John!

Yep it's another O'Reilly's but the staff is wonderful their young willing to learn very helpful and it's the only place I go in town reasonable prices they match prices and for me they're always in a good mood. Thanks, Altered motives....

I had my headlights go out and realized it around 8:30. Not were they still open, but helped change them out. I got home tonight because of their help.

This is our "go-to" auto parts store in Newberg. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. If they don't have something in stock, they can order it for you, or recommend another option.
