I've been making appointments for oil changes for years, when my regular place wasn't answering their phone I decided to try out these guys and it was a great experience. In and out in what must have been no more than 15 minutes. No hassle just good service.

They literally helped me figure out everything I needed and offered the best help I ve ever gotten from an auto place. Above and beyond, I m going back there next time.Super kind, not scary, not pushy, but knowledgeable.They said they offer wiper replacement, didn t try to upsell me but they mentioned they do it, and then they brushed it off so they wouldn t be pushy (RESPECT) and I was like I need that too actually, can I do that? Perfect place, and perfect customer service/support.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection, Wiper blade installation, Oil change

A great crew of older, careful and caring gentlemen. A total opposite of the young high-risk individuals working at Newberg Jiffy Lube. These guys are not super speedy, but it is worth the wait to have quality work done! I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

I hate oil changes. I hate being harassed by sales people selling overpriced services.But this is not that place.No nonsense I pulled in these guys change my oil put a sticker on checked the oil pressure.The price was very reasonable. There s no better place in Newberg. Try it next time.

Great speedy service with no hassle or pressure for the up sell. They default to a level of service that includes vacuuming the car out which I don't typically require. They are happy to help with little chores for a few additional bucks. I think it cost me only $5 to have an undercarriage fender replaced and tightened (not including part). Nice guys usually less than 20 minute wait to be seen.

They are always friendly and efficient. Prices might be a bit higher than other quick oil change places butbits worth the extra.

First taking my car to anyone other than dealer as first car I purchased on my own after husband passed. Very friendly. Very thorough! Thank you. Now I know why my son highly recommended them! Will be going back.

Slow slow slow. Last couple of times I ve been there it s taken 30 to 45 minutes to even start an oil change. Place must be under heavy pressure to upsell other stuff.Response. I came yesterday. I waited for over half an hour to get my car into garage. Was told the car in front of me was getting spark plugs put in. So I left. The issue I have is these places start doing things unrelated to oil changes in an effort to make more money. I go here to get a quick oil change. It doesn't actually take long to do the oil change once it starts. My issue with with the actual waiting. I go to a shop to get more complicated things fixed.Service: Oil change

Super fast and friendly servi e. They changed some bulbs, vacuumed my truck and changed my wipers. With oil change was in and out in no time

I have been using this place for my oil change for almost 30 years. They never try to sell me anything I don't need and they are very fast and efficient. Plus I get my car vacuumed out every time which I love. Really nice employees and very helpful. I will continue to always go here

10-23-19 Wednesday - I always take my vehicles to Newberg Xpress Lube - excellent caring service - quick but good - priced right - Amazing people - Mark took care of my older vehicle today and I am so impressed - Thank you for helping keep me on the road. Bless you. P.S. Wes is good too!

I went there for an oil change. Everyone was great, they did a fast and efficient job. There's a really good vibe there, and they were informative about what I needed. I'll always go there now and will highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you!!

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! WARNING!!!Had a fuel filter change there, the mechanic broke the wire's to a piece of the fuel filter. So then he told me I have to pay for the part he broke, on top of that I had to walk to the dealership to get the part. Worse customer service ever. I will not be using this place anymore.(Edited) after contacting the BBB Newberg Xpress Lube contacted me and said they will give me a free oil change and hope to not lose me as a customer. I gave them another chance, they changed the oil for free with no problems.Then my vehicle was due for another oil change so I took it back and got the engine oil changed. They said I should change the rear differential oil and showed me the oil (which didn't look bad at all) and I said go ahead and change it. Well 2 weeks later my differential ground down all the gears and the AAMCO I took my vehicle to said this happened because there was Coolent in the differential. Called the owner or Manager of Newberg Xpress Lube, and he said angry it wasn't possible and did nothing to fix it.$3125.00 of damages left for me to handle.

I've been coming here since I was 18. I've only had my oil changed by one other place and it was such a terrible experience that even when I moved to Portland I still come here. Everyone is super friendly and no one tries to treat me like I don't know anything because I present female.

I have used this company for many years. However, the last time I went, the technicians keep sniping at each other. Today, I went to have my oil changed, pulled up and while there were no cars inside or waiting, there did not appear to be anyone inside even though it was 9:25 and the sign in the window states the store opens at 9.I went to the front door and it was locked. Went back to my car, still didn t see anyone so I honked my horn. A guy came to the door and said yeah? I asked if they were open and he said not yet. When I responded that the sign said they opened at 9, he said we re running a little late. When asked how much longer, I was told he didn t know.Guess it s time to take my business elsewhere.

Well have to say i dont know what happened but the last two visits were not that great. Both times within a day i ended up with low pressure warning on my tires. Guess thier airpump is messed up since they checked air pressure. Service qas slow and staff appeared like they didnt want to be there.Moved on to another oil change place in McMinnville.Friendly fast simple oil change place, nothing exciting but service is better than jiffylube.

Great service by great technicians who clearly explain what ought to be done. I've not found any other shop as efficient as Newberg XPress Lube. Price is fair. Highly recommended!

It would have been nice if your site stated you were closed today so I wouldn't have wasted my time or gas. Website says open, I get there and the worker says they are closed for painting.

They forgot to put the coolant cap back on after an oil change. They bent over backward to make it right and provided truly great customer service.
